This place reminds me of PKS. Crowded, stuffy, only the bus is new. Ladies at the reception with the impression of "what do you want from me?" Additionally, I noticed a predisposition system there. No matter how many people there are, you will always wait an hour. And for the underground parking lot and the size of its spaces, someone should spend the rest of the space in jail. I haven't seen such tightness for a long time.

One star for the correct organization of the registration point with numbers. Unfortunately, there are no numbers for the collection point anymore, the queue is formed in an analog way. The collection point is open until 10:30 on Saturdays. From 9:30 to 10, maybe two patients came in and there were a dozen or so waiting. When asked whether all those waiting would be served, the answer was that the point works until 10:30 and that's it. I do not comment on the parking lot, it was done in previous reviews. This is my second visit to Luxmed facilities in recent days and organizational problems are visible everywhere. The impression I got is that Luxmed has too many subscription patients to be able to properly serve them. It took me 10 minutes to perform laboratory tests in a small laboratory a few kilometers away on Saturday and receive the results on the same day. In Luxmed facilities I lost time from 8:30 to 10 and I failed.

I use dental services at this facility, everything runs smoothly and without any problems. Staff nice and very helpful. Special thanks to dentist Mrs. Anna Małkowska for professional help. I came to my first visit asking for help in preparing for the installation of orthodontic braces. The doctor approached the topic in a very comprehensive manner, ordered the necessary treatments and photos. I continue my treatment at this facility. I heartily recommend it!

After visiting such a place, you start to miss NFZet. No matter what time you arrive, there will be a queue of at least 2 hours, and there are "only 15 people in the queue for 5 doctors" - and you still have to pay a subscription fee. Fortunately, my employer has been changing the medical service provider since April...

Stop listing that you are open 24 hours if you are not

Drama! When you don't arrive, there's a crowd of people and the receptionist assures you that there are 10 doctors and 15 people in the queue. Then 3 hours of waiting and watching someone enter the office sideways every now and then. As for the National Health Fund... I am not the first person who wants to convince the employer to give up Luxmed's services.

Please provide accurate information and do not mislead. The dentist is on duty until 8 p.m., not 24 hours a day.

On 14/06/22 he performed a filling on a front tooth. firstly, it was done very unsightly, secondly, on June 15, the seal was partially broken. It's been less than a day (I haven't eaten anything solid). I do not recommend dentist EDYTA BANASIAK. Money wasted, half a day spent and the problem was not solved. I won't come back here again.
