I cut my hair today and I must say that the service was amazing. The lady spoke English and was very caring. The haircut was good as well.

The experience was highly unpleasant. No proper greeting from the staff. No tea or coffee. The service itself - the lady, Mariola, was flexible to add eyebrow regulation but the product burnt the skin. Apart from this, the nail polish remover also burnt (which has never happened to me before in Jean Louis David or any other salon). The color of the eye brow dye did not work for me either. The shape of the manicure was not what I asked and I did not want to add the color because of this. I still was charged the full price for the service. I’ve been a customer for years but I highly doubt I will make a reservation again after today’s visit. This was my first time in this salon and the last. Two stars instead of one as I did not have to wait long (though, there was a delay).

Girls are very friendly and knowledgeable. My hair came out better than expected . Highly recommended .

I came after reading Mikołaj's very good opinions and it was just as I dreamed :) Mikołaj devoted a lot of time to diagnosing my hair, listened to what I wanted to do and did it professionally (generally, you still feel that this man knows what he is doing) and in a nice atmosphere . I got a discount for my birthday and I have beautiful blonde hair, so overall everything's great ❤️

I recommend cutting and coloring with Mr. Adrian. I also recommend fantastic back massage chairs ☺️

Another visit to this salon and another hit! I have been looking for "my" salon for a long time, where when I go in I know that I will be 100% satisfied. I highly and sincerely recommend this salon! From the very entrance you can feel the friendly atmosphere (which is rare in other salons). I especially recommend Mr. Adrian for his approach to the client and the quality of the haircut! Today I have had my hair done at Jean Louis David (Jerozolimskie 25 Branch ) with Caroline, I highly recommend this great place. Caroline was very profesional, lovely & a true artist, we were very well communicating, we discuss about what I want and she done the amazing job . The result is wonderful I love my hair color actually I can say first time asking for the color and done exactly the same that I expected. Thank you so much for the great care you have done to my hair and make me feel good in the salon 💫 it will be my favorite place to go all the time. Good service, friendly staff. The hairdresser with the blond short hair knew how to handle my hair, eventhough I have a very thick and black hair. She was good with the haircut and excellent on hairdryer. 5 star! RECOMMENND
