I've been waiting 14 months to see a specialist, I arrive on the scheduled date and time and the doctor is on vacation... Next visit in almost a month. No one informed me by e-mail or telephone about the change. The woman with dark hair at the reception says that the doctor is responsible for informing about the change. Who hired her, what is she doing there, playing solitaire and drinking coffee? Since when does a doctor make appointments? Mockery.

One star is definitely too much. The attitude of the staff towards the patient, especially at the registration desk and some nurses, is below decency. Everything is still dissatisfied, humming for no reason. It's simply impossible to get through, and when I come and call while waiting at the registration desk, the phone is put aside so that the patient doesn't bother with the guitar, and the ladies are gossiping! Mr. Head of the facility, I think it's time to take an interest in your staff, because the old era has long since become a thing of the past.

This clinic could be a great game called "Times of the Polish People's Republic". As a patient, you are trying to get in touch with a great doctor, but lack of numbers prevents you from doing so. To get any, you have to stand in front of the building from 5 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. The hardest mission is nasty women at registration (black hair with highlights is the ultimate boss) and getting a prescription - it is written either by a nurse or a lady from Belarus who is not a doctor. They do not have the authority to prescribe everything and if you have such a medicine, in theory the prescription will be redirected to the doctor, but in practice it will get lost and lost. Often, online prescriptions disappear and you have to come to place them in person. Additionally, there is also a rude uncle who shouts at his patients (I myself witnessed how he insulted a terrified old woman because her beads fell and told her to clean up). You can also choose the mission called telephone registration - of course, no one will answer the phone, but that doesn't matter because at the other end of the line there is a mysterious patient service center that has no idea what is going on in the clinic, the number to the clinic itself is more closely guarded than Angela's private number Merkel. In general, there is no better experience of the Polish People's Republic, I recommend it for historical reconstructions.

EDITING THE POST AFTER SOME TIME: Another doctor (not from this clinic) ordered tests for me after Dr. Gancarz was unable to diagnose me - I have ACTIVE MONONUKLEOSIS AND AN ENLARGEED SPLEEN, and I train professionally and often have injuries to my abdomen. If it weren't for this diagnosis, I would continue to exercise with this condition. spleen and it could burst xD Congratulations, the diagnosis of this disease was not that difficult because I reported a 3-week sore throat!!! This clinic is a joke. Doctor Andrzej Garncarz treated me like an idiot, he didn't believe that I was often sick, and he was an hour late for work (apparently this was an everyday occurrence). When I told him that I was a biotechnologist, he apologized and said that I could be treated differently because everyone googled the symptoms. And what else is left for patients whose doctors do not believe in their symptoms, do not help them because they have NO KNOWLEDGE and are reluctant to recommend any tests? An ordinary patient does not deserve respect and understanding? Such people are not suitable and should not work as doctors because I am sure that I would help a sick person more than this doctor. Mrs. Maryna, in response to my request for a referral to a psychologist due to panic attacks, said that she had the same problem and that she had the same idea of giving birth to a child and that I had to pull myself together. My aunt recommended putting a warm egg on my forehead to help with headaches. XD I went to the doctors in I visited this clinic many times with various symptoms of the whole body, indicating a bad condition of the body, as a young person, no one was ever very interested. When I was informed that I was sick every month or more often (even in the summer), I heard that the doctor felt the same way. In this clinic, the doctors who I know are good are Mrs. Brzozowska, Mr. Rzodkiewicz, and for children, Mrs. Wasiluk (a wonderful, very warm and wise person). I definitely don't recommend the rest. As a person from the scientific community, I am ashamed of such doctors.

I've been trying to call the registration desk for several days now, either it's busy or after an hour and a half of waiting on the line, it's suddenly disconnected! There is no way to get through to registration

The ringing phone seems to calm down the receptionists, they don't care about it, even if there is no one at the reception desk in the clinic.

One star for the boorish and narcissistic behavior of the young waitress at the children's counter. This person at the registration desk is destroying the good business card of this clinic, which is a pity because the doctors in this clinic are very good, outstanding specialists.

Like every NHS clinic, it has its own rules. There are nice nurses, great Dr. Wasiluk, but there are doctors who treat patients like garbage. Add to that queues, queues, queues, and it would be enough for people to make reasonable appointments or blood donations

Massacre. The service was below any criticism. Ladies are rude, angry that someone wants something, there is an eternal queue at the registration desk, and they sit and gossip. RTG does not accept electronic referrals, in my case a person with a broken leg was chased downstairs to get a printout and then back to the cash register, also one floor below. The system servicing the clinic is a medieval monument. Registration by phone - waiting time is at least an hour, because if you hang up while waiting, you have to start playing again. No possibility of registering via the portal... anyway, the whole thing looks as if time had stood still a long time ago. Appointments of several months to specialists.

The staff performing gastroscopy on August 10, 2023 was very friendly. Professional assistance from nursing staff. Dr. Tomasz Błażejczyk provided information about the health condition in a professional and accessible way. I'm very pleasantly surprised.
