The doctors take their jobs really seriously and will follow up with you via email after your appointment, to check on your pet’s welfare, discuss test results, and offer extra advice. But in the clinic they immediately took analysis and it turned out to be a piroplasmosis. They saved our dog and right now he's getting better. Thanks!

The worst treatment at the clinic I have ever had. I came in with a very sore dog ear. Unfortunately, the visit was not scheduled because no one is clairvoyant that this could happen. The lady at the reception said that the doctor would see you, you just had to wait, without even specifying how long. After 2 hours! While waiting, I was informed that the doctor would see me in 20 minutes. Then another hour passed and of course it was still unclear whether the doctor would admit me. So the dog waited for 3 hours stressed and with a sore ear and you didn't do anything about it. Then, when I said that we were going nowhere because waiting 3 hours was a joke, I heard the lady from the reception say, "Okay." Well, I guess this is not a decent approach to a sick dog.

My rating is very poor. Doctors work very chaotically, no time management when it comes to small patients, they don't give a damn about everything... The second thing is that the cat was treated for a completely different disease than the one he died of. This is the attitude of doctors. And it's just a financial scam - I don't recommend it

As a warning - during 10 months of treating my dog ​​at this clinic, I experienced: - providing an incorrect amount for the treatment of PLN 1,000, -lack of respect for the customer from the manager - no information about delays in visits, - receptionist bored with their job and not looking for solutions to the problem, -doctors leaving during visits, -lack of individual approach, - ordering tests that brought nothing, - no information on the receipts about what this amount came from, -treatment plan that worsens the dog's condition. PS. Let me add this after reading the owner's response to the review. I came to this place with respect and trust, it was recommended to me. Is it disrespectful to expect an amount within the range given by the attending physician during the visit approximately 3 weeks before the procedure? It is disrespectful to call a client difficult when he was misled by a doctor and then treat me worse after that situation. And so we found a much better place where the dog is cared for for its well-being (and not for earnings) and the reconstruction of its bacterial flora, which was completely destroyed in your clinic.

I enrolled my puppy in the clinic from the very beginning and I don't regret it. Fast telephone service, convenient appointments for which you don't have to wait weeks, Shaper, i.e. the dog, has already been visited three times, once in a unique emergency situation, each time we were served professionally, we received a lot of information on what we could do to make the dog better, every doctor The person we visited showed great patience, knowledge and empathy. If I could I would give more than 5 stars. Greetings to the entire clinic, we will certainly be happy to come if necessary.

I rate this place very well. First of all, great and always helpful staff at the reception, especially the manager. Dedicated doctors who engage in treatment wholeheartedly. Our attending physician is Doctor Astakhov, who is amazing. She is very attentive and can treat very difficult animals. Moreover, the medical team is very good, tests were carried out efficiently and on time (ultrasound, x-ray). An animal-friendly place and always with a heart for people (guardians). First oncological consultation with Dr. Jagielski - detailed, patient, with detailed explanations and answers to questions asked. I left with the belief that my dog ​​was under the best, professional care.

Wonderful doctors who give their whole hearts to animals. They saved the Finnish woman from trouble many times, and if they were unable to help and it was necessary to consult a specialist elsewhere, we were not charged for the visit several times. The reception is unable to answer the simplest questions such as "Is there any delay". No confirmation of appointments, which resulted in an appointment at the wrong time. The amount for the procedure on the day of the procedure increased from PLN 2,000 to PLN 3,000. The staff explained the increase in drug prices when the amount was given 3 weeks before the procedure. When she noticed the problem, the manager called me a difficult customer and refused to continue treating the dog. I don't know why this clinic is still open.

Oncology consultation with Dr. Urszula Jankowska is of the highest standard. The approach to the dog patient and me, as the owner, helps to go through complicated treatment in a less stressful way than before. Additionally, an explanation of what we are dealing with and the opportunity to contact us by e-mail in case of questions or doubts - irreplaceable. Additionally, staff who are understanding and help control a stressed dog is a huge help for the owner.

We have been receiving treatment here for many years. Previously with two and now with one Westka and we always feel taken care of. We mainly go (depending on the schedule) to Dr. Tymochowicz or Dr. Wesołowska. Both doctors are amazing and we have 100% confidence in them. Iness is examined "from head to toe" at each visit. You can always count on telephone contact with the doctor after receiving the test results. The technicians who take blood etc. are very empathetic. The only drawback is that the reception (if Mrs. Małgosia is not there) rarely answers the phone.

A wonderful clinic. Extremely dedicated, animal-loving veterinarians and entire staff. Dr. Jagielski is a veterinarian by vocation, with a huge heart for animals and great experience. I have never experienced such great commitment and empathy before. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I have been a guest at this clinic many times recently. Overall, I rate it as good, there are many diagnostic possibilities on site and doctors of many specialties are on site. A special mention goes to Dr. Tymochowicz, who is very committed, professional and inspires immediate trust (although other doctors I have dealt with are also fine). The ladies at the reception are also very nice and helpful, and the manager is a miracle, honey and nuts (she could conduct training on how to manage the reception in any business). The disadvantage of this clinic is that there is no clear information about the need to make an appointment, otherwise there is a very small chance of getting to a doctor "off the street". I think that if it was clearly announced in the facility and on the website, it would save people who come without registration and are sent away disappointed. Another disadvantage is that there is almost always a long queue at the clinic and there are delays - for me this is ok, because the specialists are good, but people who are sensitive to delays may be dissatisfied. To sum up - if you have serious problems with your pet and need professional care - I highly recommend it. In the case of minor issues such as deworming or nail trimming, you can go somewhere else. What would I wish for - maybe a new location in a larger premises and more good doctors - so that the problem of queues would be alleviated :)

Our Giza is currently 18+ years old and 2 years ago in January, malignant mammary cancer was discovered - mastectomy, additional surgery to remove lumps that appeared later, 5 chemotherapy treatments - it was hard but we have another 2 years together. My sick dog first went to an excellent oncologist - Dr. Urszula Jankowska, whose patience and commitment before and after the surgery are highly appreciated. Everything ended successfully. But later more problems appeared and then we met the Angel, i.e. Dr. Magdalena Wesołowska. Her several-month-long fight for my baby was amazing - she was looking for the best solutions, a set of medications that would not burden the body, but would effectively defeat the disease (and there were several of them). She always greeted us with a smile and took care of my baby with tenderness. Thank you Doctor with all my heart!
