The rooms and the shared bathrooms are quite clean. The hostel is directly above a party street. So in the night it can be pretty loud. This is the only demerit I experienced. The price is very cheap.

Good quality and localization for the price. Staff is very nice and helpful, the place is rather clean but the rooms get very cold and despite heating it’s hard to keep yourself warm at night. If noise outside is interrupting your sleep it might be hard to rest properly during the weekends as there is a bar and a music club right next to the place.

I've been to many different hostels in many different countries and this was definitely one the worst experiences I've ever had. Even before getting there, the communication by email regarding the booking was really bad. We stayed two nights and we couldn't pay with credit card because the machine was broken. Nobody seemed to be interested on fixing it. On the second night, a Sunday, many rooms were empty and they took advantage of it to paint many of them with led to construction works noise even beyond midnight. We ordered breakfast (pretty basic but expected) and on the second day I returned since we were waiting for milk to be provided while the girl at the reception kept saying for one and a half hours she was waiting for the delivery. It's bad service in general but even more having a supermarket 3 minutes by walk... Last, but not least, we also booked the parking option which was basically an outdoor yard with a light fence managed by a old couple who knew no single word in English and were quite arrogant. The day we left we found out that the parking booking was only until 11am, same time as the checkout, and we had to pay extra for it. Obviously nobody from the hostel told us. Talking about accommodation facilities, the rooms were small, ours at least was a bit dirty and with a back-destroyer mattress. However, on the other side, there were plenty of toilets and showers and they were quite clean. Summarizing, please do a favor to yourself and go somewhere else!

Awesome gem close to the centre, this hostel is more like a hotel! Wonderful staff, warm rooms and very CLEAN! They have a box with clean towels you can help yourself with, huge amounts of toilet paper -so you never have bad surprises when you go to the toilet!-, even a hair dryer with a diffuser!! It might get loud on a Friday night, however they have a free earplugs disposer.

Very central location and excellent prices. Downside is that it got quite noisy in the hallways late at night.

Nicely decorated rooms with enough furniture and tv. Very close to pubs and the city centre. Polite and helpful staff. Kitchen and the services could be improved. There was no milk for the cereals.

Really great place for great price. I and all of my group were so happy about this place. Beds were really comfortable and we could have a really good rest after a long way from Netherlands and before continuing our journey to Latvia. I recommend this place. Also this hostel is in a good location. You can go around and find some great places. :) Staff was nice and helpful! Thank you so much!

It’s the worst hostel I have ever been too and as a former holiday representative and tour guide I’ve seen a lot. Not recommended.

Comfortable stay in Warsaw. If you are not looking for anything “fancy” and just a nice place to sleep in, this is the perfect accommodation, as all of the Moon hostels in Poland☺️💙

There was no Wi-Fi in some places but the beds were very comfortable

Although the place was nice, we had a terrible experience. We lost our keys and the support (that they claim speaks fluent english) could not produce an english sentence to us. They did not have a spare key and left us to sleep outside. The next day we were fine with paying for the lost key but they also made us pay for putting in a new lock! The administrator seemed happy while demanding us to pay. Im sad to say but the conduct of the administrator was honestly ridiculously vile. We had to basically sleep outside and pay double the cost just because they didnt have a spare key and could not communicate with us at all!

We liked the cleanliness and the perfect location of the hostel. It is worth the price, for the paid amount of money we had everything we could need for a short stay. We met two receptionists during our stay, one of them was welcoming and helpful, the other one seemed a bit more reluctant, but there were no serious problems whatsoever. The equipment needs to be improved a bit, especially the bathroom, and the Wi-Fi often stopped working. The street can be loud at night, no wonder though, as it is full of bars. Overall it is still recommended. If you are aware of what to expect, you will enjoy your time, these are typically things photos about the rooms don't necessarily tell.

Great, clean, helpful staff!

This place may seem uninviting when searched online, well to me it did, but that wasn't the case at all. You get what you pay for, but in this case, it's not a bad thing. The room was basic but comfortable. The floor (3rd floor) was clean. The other guests weren't rude and loud etc. Location is cool. Friday night it was jumping right outside the building. Good location for bar hopping and clubs. Best $14 I've ever spent lol sometimes you don't need to spend a lot for XYZ, only if you truly desire. I like to experience it all. First time at a Hostel and it was chill. Had everything I needed.

Low quality hostel. Very good location, and worth the money if you are there to stay only to sleep. Communal bathrooms were kinda gross, and shower clogged all the time. Carpeted floor were also gross, bring your own shoes. There are very few rooms with a private bathroom, those usually house permanent residents or are overbooked. There is a communal kitchen. Check in is very easy, they leave a key and door code for you if you arrive after hours.

Room is nice and clean. But the toilets could be cleaner. Once a day cleaning the toilet is not enough. I recommend this hostel for young people who want to stay in Warsaw for a few days

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Starting with the fact that the room looked nothing like the pictures and highly deceiving. The hygiene in this hostel was abysmal: Dead roach in the bathrooms, dirty toilets with urine everywhere, showers with tin foil/food inside, showers with dirty towels inside, horrible smell… the worst was that it’s not only the communal area but also the floors of my room were full of hair and there was trash under the bed with bottle caps and clumps of hair. I have been to so many hostels around Europe and know that it’s not like a hotel but the lack of hygiene in this place was really disgusting. There are like 5 showers and toilets for 28 room and there were some days in our stay when the restrooms were not cleaned. If you want to be scared to take a shower and go inside your bed I would recommend this place.

This hostel is in a good location, perfect for taking public transportation to/from the airport and exploring the city on foot. However, it is severely lacking on hygiene and cleanliness. I stayed in room 17 (double room) and the smell was terrible! Smokers obviously disregard the no smoking signs and the staff doesn't care to enforce the rules. The bed, mattress, sheets, curtains stink of cigarettes. No towels were provided for showers and the staff leaves the hostel at night so there is no one to assist during off hours. I have stayed at dozens of hostels around Europe and this really was a bad experience compared to everywhere else I stayed. Maybe the other rooms are better but I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free.

The hospitality is excellent! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. With pretty decoration and an amazing view. The stuff is very friendly and they provide you with information and everything else someone might need. The hostel is also zero waste friendly, they have recycle bins and zero waste tips in the kitchen. Definitely the best hostel I've ever been to.

Nice hostel with very good sanitary facilities. The beds are quite comfortable. Our heater was broken so we couldn't turn it off which was quite annoying. The location is absolutely brilliant if you want to explore the Warsaw night life.

Clean, large room, ample facilities. Central location, good cheap parking on doorstep. Hostel not the easiest to find, small sign hidden among others on the building facade. Recommended.

Although, the room was clean, there were towels and basic necessities - the staff was terrible. We lost our room key and the staff was unable to help, the support team did not speak English, they did not have a spare key, we had to sleep elsewhere and the admin charged for the lock change and the key even though the support team said we will only have to cover the key price. The administration was rude and charged us way more, the communication between admin and support team is incongruent. If you want a good room with terrible staff - perfect place.
