Great place to come with kids (if you have any) I don’t have kids. I hoped it’s possible to rent a kid at entrance to walk around and not feel like this strange couple without kids in here but the kid rental is not available. Best to ask your friends before if you can take their kids with you for small fee. Otherwise you are just two grownups in a place manifested by parents and kids. Great fun and many places to learn by fun. Also tones of screams and running children around. Some say if you loose a kid here for a night next day they get a Nobel prize.

Superb place. Science everywhere. Exceptionally good for kids. You can spend 5 hours easily. Just to walk all around and see takes 2-3 h. So many things to do and learn. Busy on a weekends. Good Caffe with riverview.

It is an amazing place to teach the kids the science. The sciences shows have been distributed into different classes. The ground floor is related to electronic technology and music, while the upper floor is mainly related to optics and mechanical science. The kids will learn a lot. In addition to that you can enjoy nice meals.

Visited this science centre few times over the years and no matter how many times one visits this place, it is still interesting and exciting every time 😊 it’s very fun and educational experience. However this place has so many visitors that we had to wait in line pretty much at every attraction in order to try it out. Lots of English cards next to the exposition units were missing so that was a big minus. This place doesn’t seem to be able to manage queues, there is always massive lines to the ticket office, cloakroom etc. Suggest buying tickets online and it seems it gets slightly more quiet in the evenings when visiting on a weekend.

A Fascinating Experience at Copernicus Science Centre! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I recently visited the Copernicus Science Centre, and I must say it was an incredible experience! Here's a breakdown of my visit: Queue: I was pleasantly surprised by the short queue. Despite its popularity, the staff efficiently managed the crowd, and I didn't have to wait long to get in. Exhibit: The exhibits were mind-blowing! The variety and interactive nature of the displays kept me engaged for hours. From astronomy to biology, there's something for everyone, and it's perfect for all ages. Tickets: I found the ticket prices to be quite reasonable, especially considering the wealth of knowledge and entertainment on offer. Definitely worth the cost! Translation: Don't worry if you're not fluent in Polish. Many exhibits have informative English translations, making it accessible to international visitors. Roof: The rooftop garden was a hidden gem. It provided a serene escape with a stunning view of Warsaw. Perfect for some relaxation after an enriching day of exploration. Overall, Copernicus Science Centre is a must-visit for science enthusiasts and families. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I can't wait to return and explore even more!

The exhibition was boring. And the science equipments were not fun :( Many many kids were there. For young kids might feel fun there. But in general, I think that their instructions of science equipments are not clear :( Even read it, still hard to know how and what to do :( Some equipments were not available to use. Here could be better and more fun for kids and adults. I feel pity about it. Hopefully the staff will improve here more to impress more kids and adults in the near future.

Bit pricy for Poland £17 for two but a good rainy day activity. Most exhibits are interactive and touchable. You can easily spend half they day here to get your moneys worth. My tickets didn't let me in or out, but luckily, an English speaking staff member was able to let us in after looking at our tickets. English translations for each exhibit. The working ants had escaped. I reccomend getting the train from central 20min tickets costs around 3pl and is a direct train from central.

This is great place to spend a day with kids. We was with 3 kids, and they saw something cool for themselves. The most excited was playing with water. Of course the children were wet, but their emotions were incredible. We knew this, so we had a change of clothes😅.

Obviously a high budget project, but the interactive installations could definitely be more engaging. The robotic and high voltage theaters however were great, don't miss them if you visit.

Very interesting place to visit with family, friends or couple. We spent here 4 hours, and it was super interesting! So much interesting interactives, the latest technologies, interesting facts. A lot of things to think about and to discuss. ✨👍🏼also we were shocked by the Copernicus robot, it's a very cool invention!

(Translated by Google) In Warsaw there is a unique Copernicus Science Center. There are probably analogues in the world, but haven’t been anywhere in such places yet. This is really a whole scientific center and all the exhibits or models or, you can even call them, visual aids of many physical processes that occur in our lives. A low bow and respect to those people who created all these models. They really did an incredible job in order to demonstrate with the help of simple visual exhibits the physics of many processes that surround us daily and which have become part of our life so much that we do not even think about it. We are more often indifferent to things that are familiar to us. But it was not always so. After all, people have not always used what we use now. And behind every invention is the titanic work of scientists, researchers, inventors and simply curious cranks. But many processes have always occurred with us and around us. But it was not always possible to explain them why this is exactly what happens. In this scientific center, you can just see and figure it out in many ways. An incredibly interesting place not only for children, but also for adults. I am sure that every person will not remain indifferent after visiting here. In addition, exhibits and models periodically change, because the processes taking place in our amazing world are endless. I made several videos and photos, experimented personally with some of them and got a lot of pleasure. Thus, I seemed to plunge headlong into the fantastic world of physics, as well as history. I admired the genius of mankind. If one day you will be in Warsaw and you have a minute, I highly recommend stopping by at least a couple of hours, although there will not be much day spent here. Copernicus Science Center is one of the places in Warsaw where you should definitely visit (Original)

Hours of fun and entertainment for kids and adults! I really fall in love with this amazing science center! It is a great place for curious minds, with every step you discover more and you want more. Visit by 8 milion people from 2018 when it was open, and having over 400 interactive exhibits, this is a realy amazing place to see and wonderful experience to live! We visit from Romania and plan to visit every time when we go to Warszawa.

This centre is huge and covers all physics subjects you can imagine. All exhibits are interactive one way or another which is simply amazing, because there are so many of them. Be sure to come here rested and with a full stomach, because this centre needs more than two hours. Number of people inside is regulated, so it is not too crowded.

Exactly as others posted: how in the world can a museum be sold out, in a Wednesday at 12:00? This isn't a Michael Jackson tour, it's a damn museum. Be careful not to come here and experience the same.

This is a great science centre for all ages! Many exhibits over 2 floors with hands on displays, explaining the science behind the things around us. Upon entry, there is a huge Foucault Pendulum to demonstrate Earth’s rotation. Recommended to purchase your entry tickets prior as this museum is very popular. You can spend easily half a day in this place!

If you like science and experiments, and enjoy planetarium experience, this is a place to go to for at minimum 4 hours. This is great for all ages from 5 to 105 year olds. Parking is next door, coat check inside. You can get tickets at the door, but some planetarium shows may be sold out, so I recommend getting tickets online.

Pretty interactive and cool place. Especially good for children. We bought tickets in andvance but if you don’t there is long wait. I liked how educational it was. It was showing things about our climate , pollution and I think that was great. There was light and sound parts of the centre which I really liked.

A very fun and interactive museum about physics and science. It is named after Kopernicus but most of the museum is about science in general and fun to visit with kids. We did not visit the planetarium but seemed like a fun addition to the visit. You can spend hours just walking around and interacting with the exhibits and the shows are also nice to experience.

(Translated by Google) An incredible museum for people of all ages, but children will be interested in ages 9-10. There are a lot of exhibits, everything can be touched, twisted, controlled. Instructions in Polish, English and Russian. You need to allocate at least noon. On the ground floor there is an opportunity to eat. There is also a separate part of the museum with attractions for the youngest children. 100% recommend to visit! The center has a massive collection of scientific exhibitions which are for people of all age groups. Ground floor of the center has a big focault pendulum, video and musical devices along with water rotors for fun. The first floor has more of optics, mechanics and air based apparatus. There are also physics, chemistry, biology, robotics labs and a high voltage theater that people can take classes at specific times during the day. Must visit for those who have a knack for fun through science.

A science centre with lots to offer. This is a huge science centre with lots of different displays and interactive activities for people of all ages and is also great for kids. I particularly liked the displays about artificial intelligence and modern day / future technology. The museum also features multiple toilets throughout, a lift, a restaurant, and a outdoor roof terrace giving views of the river and stadium. I would highly recommend this to be added to your itinerary when visiting Warsaw.

For children and not only, really great place for curious souls. We spent 4,5h, smallest child (8yr), was still not eager to leave. Poss: interesting for all family, lots if different things to see and to try, place to take a snacks, not too crowded, amount of max persons ir limited, enough of information also in english, staff is helpfull. Cons: at some exhibtion places you can expect to wait, tickets usually have to bought in advance, parking might be difficult to find in kilometer radius. Overall recomended!

This place was so much fun, big with lots of hands on experiments and exhibitions to get involved with, all information was displayed in several languages so my lack of Polish speaking wasn't an issue! We paid PLN 80 (around £15) for two adult tickets, much cheaper than our local science museums Eureka and Life Science Centre back in northeast England where we live for just as much (if not more) content, my fiancé and I spent hours playing in here. It was super busy though with at least four school trips on site while we were there, which meant having to wait to get onto some of the equipment but I cannot fault this place. Such a great experience.

The place is super interactive and interesting. I believe every child should visit this place. Huge amount of interactive physic based games, loads of things that will impress children from 3 to 60 years old 😁💓. Trust me. The only thing I would suggest, do this from very morning, as the place is big and not only kids but also 30+ people will be "dead" in 2-3 hours, but 2 hours would be rushed exploring of the place. Just prepare to be there for longer time, its not easy, but rewarding. If that is possible, i would ideally do 2 runs in the morning - then go home for a rest - then go in the evening to see the rest. But most likely its not possible, i would ask staff though. Also, I didn't participate, but heard very good opinions about planetarium, so now i'm sorry that didn't go there myself 😅

I recommend it mainly to families with children, especially school-age children (primary school). And I recommend reading the exhibition descriptions. It's quite noisy because of the children. I recommend underground parking.

Wonderfully immersive science center, designed for kids and adults alike. Definitely reserve tickets in advance! Pack whatever you need (snacks, diaper bag, etc,) but be sure to utilize the coat check (and lockers if needed), While you're welcome to bring your own food, the café/kawiarnia has a great selection of lunches and desserts, too! Can hardly wait to go back!

  • 5/5 Hell M. 1 month ago on Google • 5 reviews New
A small part of the exhibits was damaged, the food in the buffet was mediocre and rather expensive. There is no scale, so it is impossible to verify how much was actually charged for the plate, which can significantly increase the cost for a trip involving several people. The center itself is very clean, there are attractions for a few hours, I recommend purchasing screenings in the planetarium, and checking the website when new thematic exhibitions appear. Employees are friendly, empathetic and willing to help. The only major drawback are the trips - if we go on them, we can forget about having fun, but no one can influence that.

  • 4/5 Vlada K. 3 years ago on Google
The best place to spend time with family. Children will fall in love in this place. There are a lot of attractions for them. They can interact with most of them and make physical experiments. For adults this place is less attractive than children, especially for adults with technical backgrounds. As most of the expositions demonstrate physical laws from the school books.

Fun for big and small. Nice exhibition with loads of interesting experiments, fascinating facts and something for all of us. You can hardly grasp it all in one visit so our next one has already been scheduled. And that is the only important thing to do before you go, make a reservation as the place is immensely popular and it is very disappointing to stand there in front of a closed door due to full! House!

Although the place is very interesting, every other interactive exhibition is under repair. Warnings like the one in the picture are all over the place. The other attractions like the robot zone or the chemistry lab were all closed. There are zero precautions regarding coronavirus, no hand sanitizer in the installations even though there are a lot of interactions with hands, eyes and headphones.

Regardless if you have children or not, this place is well worth a visit. Copernicus Science Center offers a multitude of experiments to touch, see, blow up, have fun and in the process learn some serious physics and chemistry. For children it's a fun experience, which will spark up interest in science and curiosuty about the world around us. I really recommend this place! PS. A great destination for young and old equally. Plenty of interesting exhibits showing the science in practice. The exhibitions change occasionally so it's worth visiting more than once. For the con - seems the centre might be a bit understaffed. You can omit the queues by buying tickets online, but you may get stuck in the cloakroom.

Very interesting bike and AI exhibitions. Lots of very cool, interactive stuff everywhere too. Didn’t get to see as much of upstairs as we unfortunately only had 2 hours. Planetarium was also closed and maybe that’s where the Copernicus-specifics were as I didn’t see much on him (or maybe I was just being unobservant!). Definitely plan to spend a good afternoon, or even whole day, here.

Great place, I spent 3 hours there until I got around to it, so much activity, new discoveries, new experiences. I recommend a visit.

Amazing museum well worth the money you pay for as you can spend literal hours going over all the various exhibits. The exhibits also change throughout the year so you can come back more than once and enjoy something new and different every time. Definitely recommended!

Place is interesting and you can learn new things, but there were so many kids that were really distraction and while watching some attraction they always interrupt and did not have any patience while we were watching something or making photos, so we had to give up a lot on many attractions). We wanted to enter to Planetarium as well but it was fully booked so recommended to book in advance.

Wonderful museum and interactive experience for everyone from 2 to 99. Despite the tickets being sold out, one can get in if he presents a certificate of vaccination.

(Translated by Google) Children are delighted with the various scientific exhibitions. Almost everything was considered and tried. Tickets for Ukrainians are free. The staff were friendly and interested in helping. Spent time from 12:00 to 17:00 and even had a snack. On the territory of the center there is a cafe where delicious food is prepared, and the prices are reasonable. Both adults and children really liked it.

(Translated by Google) The place is interesting for both adults and children. We spent 4 hours there and during this time did not have time to go around all the exhibits. Definitely recommend. Next time in Warsaw I will definitely visit this place again.

Place where you can spend the entire day. I'ts educational, pretty much everything you see you can interact with in some way, observatory is a must try if you have never been in one. The only downside is how many people are there even in a weekday when most people would be working, so ofter you have to wait to be able to interact with something because it has a queue to it. Would recommend going to the rooftop garen when leaving. You can get some nice views of the city and river from up there.

A very interactive museum for small kids and big kids! Lots of things to touch, move and play with which is perfect for those little hands that need to touch everything! we spent half a day here and also managed to get tickets to the planetarium which is a well worth experience learning about the planets sun and moon in a way that children understand. we are an English speaking family so they gave us head phones for the second part of the show. toilets located everywhere, gift shop and restaurants/cafes on site.

Must visit place. Price is reasonable. Took have good look and try everything you have to SPEND ALL DAY there. Sometimes instructions seems to be just in polish an sometimes misleading. Single events held in rooms could be in other languages as well.

(Translated by Google) A very nice place, the kind of those that are lacking in the whole country, and abroad in the real world (the civilized one ...) such something is simply the norm, and it has been for many years. It's worth going, but rather not too often - everything can get boring;) The annual ticket is a good solution, but I do not recommend exaggerating;) (Original) Bardzo fajne miejsce, z gatunku tych, których w całym kraju brakuje, a za granicą w prawdziwym świecie (tym cywilizowanym...) takie coś to po prostu norma, i to od wielu lat.

Both children and adults should go. Many things are shown through installations. I think it's a real talent to describe complex phenomena and processes simply. We bought tickets a day in advance, came in the morning, and stayed until closing because there is something to see... and think about.

An amazing place to go on your own if you are an adult, but better still to visit it with your kids, they'll be excited! The weekdays are much more quiet, the weekend is way more crowded and then you have to book the time Lots of things to do, see and try! Strongly recommend to visit Planetarium, it's worth it, you can get the audio guide in different languages (ask for it before you enter the planetarium).

Najlepiej i najbardziej opłacalne wziąć pakiet z planetarium ❤️

Very nice and fun activity. The museum has plenty of activities for both adults and kids. All exhibitions are interactive. Some of them are funny, some of them are educational. I have spent almost 3 hours without even noticing! Be sure to book your tickets in advance.

Bardzo fajne miejsce, ogromny wybór eksperymentów pokazujących działanie fizyki, chemii i matematyki. Niedaleko znajduje się galeria Elektrownia, w której można znaleźć kuchnie całego świata. Wracając, Centrum Nauki Kopernik znajduje się tuż przy brzegu Wisły i oryginalnego pomnika syrenki więc można sobie odpocząć. Bardzo fajne miejsce i świetna lokalizacja

I'm a fan of interactive science museums like this - spent 3.5h there and couldn't stayed longer :) Note: there were translated descriptions, but they were missing on some stations. Also, on some stations, the scientific explanation wasn't very detailed.

We got here the second time, at first we tried to get here on Friday, we arrived at 11 am, at the entrance there was a sign that the next opportunity to enter was only after 8 hours. It was decided to return the next day and buy tickets online. I advise you to buy online, as it is difficult to do it on the spot. Lots of interesting exhibits, almost all of them you can interact with and everything is very interactive. The only thing is a huge number of small children who scream, jump in without a queue and interfere with watching and reading. If you are in Warsaw, be sure to visit, you can see how Poland is proud of its scientists, there is a monument to Copernicus nearby and there is a street.

  • 4/5 Peter S. 11 months ago on Google
Definitely buy the tickets online, this way you are going to avoid a queue and it might even get sold out. I believe this is more fun if you have kids. It is OK for adults, but this is mostly a science-discovery and popularisation for children.

Beautiful and interesting place to visit in Warsaw for children and adults as well. Here you find various location of sciens and can experience many natural science phenomenon. The best place to falling in love with science for children. It definitely helps to understand nature and show how amazing it is. Recommend for all ages. Worse to visit. Better to buy ticket in advanced on museum site. The place is very popular.

Everything looks fine and staff is helpful. Clean and safe but be aware about reservation. It's limited amount of people who can get it into museum.

  • 5/5 Paulina Z. 9 months ago on Google
Cool place for children, definitely book minimum 3 hours if it's your first time and add planetarium. Kids love it and you can have a little nap 😉

  • 5/5 Naumintė G. 8 months ago on Google
We got lucky and got tickets without reservation, but it would be better to buy it online so you know you'll really get in. It's very crowded and sometimes noisy. It's a large museum so take at least 3-4 hours or even more. There's a cafe on the second floor which has a variety of snacks and drinks (and it's cheap)

  • 1/5 Carina S. 6 months ago on Google
As a family/ kid activity this is great. BUT if you’re without kids, I’d advice you to better spend your time somewhere else. I went with my partner and even tho we both like science and games, it got extremely boring and I felt like I have just wasted 20 bucks on nothing. Most activities are designed for kids from 2-6 and that’s it. Also all the cool chemical experiments in the laboratories are exclusively taught in polish… so if you don’t speak the language it’s a shame.

It's in the center so easily reachable. Prices are okey. Center is fun for all age. It's got wardrobe where you can leave your stuff for 2 zloty (you get this back) then enjoy 2 store lot of fun and science 🔭. There's cafeteria wich is expensive but i enjoyed sandwiches there. You can spent 1-3 hours 🙂 there depends if you see everything.
