I made a last-minute booking. The hostel staff was friendly and very responsive. As the reception closes at 8 pm, she told me that I could get the key from a key box when I arrive at 9 pm, after prepaying for the stay. This worked very smoothly. The room was more or less as expected - not outstanding but I also wouldn't complain. However, the towels (and soap) that they were supposed to provide were missing. I don't carry a towel when traveling. I immediately emailed the staff and started looking for a towel in the public areas in vain. The consequence was: I could not take a shower and was wiping my hands on my t shirt. Well, mistakes happen. However, what really disappointed me: 1. I had to address this issue up myself during checkout, even though I emailed 12 hours earlier 2. The staff said "sorry" and nothing more. 3. I had to repeatedly state that I'm disappointed, and that it was a real inconvenience that there wasn't a towel provided. I found it really disappointing getting answers like: During the current pandemic, some travellers don't even want a towel. I was 'upgraded' to another room that I did not even ask for. 4. I told the staff that I'm disappointed and want to give them a chance to make up for it. And that I can't acceptable being told unrelated arguments. Finally she gave in and told me she'd talk to her manager a few hours later to ask for a refund. I asked her to get back to me by email, no matter what is the response. 5. Two nights have passed since and I haven't heard from them. I'm disappointed by the unprofessional behavior much more than by the fact that the towel was missing, thus I'm venting through this review and warning another travellers. I will be staying in places where paying customers are treated the way they deserve next time.

Good room, quite old, a bit pricey but in the nice location - center of the city. Self-service, keys in safe. Good for a short staying (-:

I got a single room with 3 bunk beds. There is nobody at the reception but the self-check-in process is really simple. The location is great. Right next to a bus stop, tram is nearby too. Central railway station just a 10 minute walk away.

Nice rooms for the price (47 euro for a night). Our room had small windows (see in the pictures) but they had a small fan, so it was not hot. The self check-in is also convenient. The common place have microwave, fridge and a sink with all the necessary kitchenware

Location - prefect Ideal service - my room was ready a bit earlier than they have to prepare it. Got an email and a message on how to enter. The instructions were clear and all worked like a charm. Cleaning - not sterile, but rather clean. The bathroom was rather clean (little dust here and there, but nothing critical) The room had everything I needed, till the last detail, including a hair dryer and a fan. A cozy and well thought kitchen. Separate bathroom means you have an exclusive access to a room which is in the corridor. The only trouble is the noise. If you're easily woken, consider another place: even though the place is hidden in the yard, you'll hear EVERYTHING, including someone coughing in the same building and the snow melting outside.

Everything as it should be, self check-in at 23:00 was fine, location is great...but I recommend to take a pair of earplugs, the walls are a bit thinner , we had room for 2 people with 2 beds

I've arrived around 10.00 p.m. on 17th June to Hostel Coco Warszawa and tried to come inside hostel because my employer made for me reservation. I called to this number 531-771-171 because of none was in reception and was informed in last time that my reservation was cancelled! I asked if I could to make new reservation and I was ready to pay for it. But I was informed that is not possible. I called to my employer and he was also surprised pertain to this accident. My employer called to reception and he was informed that reservation was cancelled. He got this information in last time. Very poor service! I don't advice to stay in Hostel Coco Warszawa!

The phone number at the reception doesn’t work

Spent 3 nights here.Very quiet and nice place,pleasant staff. Decently strict rules to keep it quiet after 11pm. The place is not the prettiest but its clean and very good choice if you come with a group of friends,a partner or even a family with the intent to spend time in Warszaw. You can easily walk to most parts of the city from here in a short amount of time,or take an uber pretty much anywhere for less than 20 ZL.

Greate location, friendly staff, clean room

I liked staying in this hostel. If you need a cosy/warm/clean/quiet shelter 7 minutes walking from Warsaw central train station for few hours, and you do not want to relay on people (to meet you, to get the key, to wake you up and to get your room key) - you get what you want there for a reasonable price. Plus, you get tea/coffee/kettle in the room. And the shower gel. I rated a bit lower because of peeling plaster on the ceiling in my room (it was not falling on my head, just a piece was missing).

Hostel located in a centre of Warsaw with cosy rooms and fully equipped kitchen. The standard of this hostel is much higher than I would expect for such a low price.

Great location, room isn't in a good condition, but it was clean. Parking possible for a fee in the backyard.

Everything was greate. Clean room with comfortable bed. Near the city center and close to public transport stop.
