Great chocolates. My favourite: black chocolate with chilli

Complete disaster. I had been sitting for 25 minutes in the middle of table area with less than 20% tables taken. Nobody approached me even to hand out a menu. Waiters and other staff strolled behind the counter or ran like headless chickens to the prep area behind and back. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the dissappointment. The place sucks!!!

Horrible service. Dirty tables. Waitresses look a bit retarded and don’t bother cleaning tables or taking orders. I had to clean the table myself. Our order was white Americano and green tea. I had to wait 20 mins for the tea (which tasted disgusting btw), and my friend was served black americano (instead of white) which was more like hot water of black colour. Anyways, this is the worst coffee shop in Zloty Tarasy.

We got the combo it came with two cappuccinos and two desserts, one ice cream and the other one was bez with bananas and whipped cream. It was 50 zolty.

Fantastic drink! We ordered the drinks from the machine and from the description we couldn't understand exactly what they were about. However, it was super delicious and tasty!!! 💜💙

Always a pleasure to visit. A real must for all chocolate and coffee lovers! The staff are polite and friendly. I really enjoy the atmosphere there and there is so much choice on the menu that you can get confused. TIP: always get water for the table as all of this chocolate will leave you so thirsty 😆

I was there two days ago in the evening. I was served by two nice girls, Mrs. Emilie and Mrs. Marta. They helped my friends choose drinks, told me where to go for bubble tea and were very nice and understanding. The only drawback is the idiotic self-service system where when choosing in English... the items are in Polish anyway :) Best regards.

I ordered milk chocolate and the taste was like water with milk, so awful service, very expensive. I needed to wait almost 20 min for take the order and than another 15 min for my “milk chocolate”. The worse cafeteria in zlote tarasy. I don’t recommend this place.

Great choice of drinking chocolate, desserts and chocolates. Tasty chocolate, good service and WiFi made me stay here a bit longer than I’ve planned.

Unfortunately, you have to work hard to get the attention of the staff; My friend and I decided to go to the counter to order, but the ladies sent us to a table, where we waited probably 10 minutes, if not more, to order (there weren't too many people in the room, and there were probably 5 people behind the counter). Chocolate costs PLN 23 and cocoa tastes from the store, I will definitely not come here again 😅

I strongly advise against buying Easter sweets at the Wedel stand. Wedl's "chicken" for PLN 20 tastes like the cheapest Sterile Santa Claus for one zloty. Big disappointment

Came to the cafe, sad down, then I thought I needed to take my own menu so i came up to the bar the first time and was ignored by two baristas, the second time I came up, took a menu and sat down again. Nobody came to take my order so I come to the bar again and a man tells me to sit down, but still nothing happened :D so eventually we just left

Price super huge and poor quality. It is better to buy chocolate and milk in supermarket and buy by your own.

The food was good, but so what if the service was terrible, we waited over 40 minutes for someone to come to us. The staff has time for gossip, and there is no one to work, which is a tragedy... I do not recommend it!

Istuimme tyhjässä ravintolassa vartin, kunnes hapan ilme kasvoillaan tarjoilija tuli hakemaan tilauksemme. Tilattiin yhteensä 4 eri juttua, oletuksena että edes kahvit pystymme juomaan yhdessä. Jokainen tuote tuotiin meille pöytään erikseen. Lopulta jouduin kysymään puolen tunnin kuluttua viimeistä kahvia, johon henkilökunta vastasi ettei heillä ole mitään tietoa kahvistamme. Älkää menkö tänne, töykeä ja uskomattoman hidas asiakaspalvelu. Tuotteet melkein oikein; kylmä sulkaa tuli huonenlämpösenä, mansikkadrinkki lämpimänä…

The worst service I have met ever. Was waiting for crepes with mascarpone for more than 20 min, and only after that waiter said that there is not mascarpone.

Amazing place for coffee, icecreams and chocolates.. they also have a good breakfast menu that is enjoyable a at a decent price. Personal favorite: latte with white and milk chocolate. Their hot chocolates are to die for..

Extremely slow. Most probably they won't even notice you. If you ask them for a menu, they will most probably forget about it, as well. You may have to fetch a menu from neighboring desks yourself (like a joke, right?) If you are the lucky customer of the day, they can forget about your hot chocolate order and it may get cold. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yummy dessert and drinks from Poland's equivalent of Cadburys. I wonder why Cadburys don't do the same in the UK?

Half of positions are missing on Saturday morning, which was totally unexpected. With excuse being: “we sold it all yesterday”. Our breakfast was ruined.

Great hot chocolate, good desserts and very nice service

The food was good, they got the best chocolate but the service wasn’t really nice and assisting. The table wasn’t clean. We had to wait a long time and had to ask for the waiter to come twice as well come and pay directly by the cashier. The server told us we had to wait 30-40 minutes for chocolate which is reasonable. As it was rush hour but at the time there actually wasn’t that a lot of people so it was kind of ridiculous. Overall I do recommend Wedel as a cafe but maybe not necessarily in Złote Tarasy where it’s busy.

The redesigned Wedel cafe was a big disappointment, with missing menu items, disinterested staff and a poorly coordinated kitchen that left some members of our table waiting for 10 minutes for their pancakes when the other two dishes were already served. Not so much as an apology, nor a smile when serving us. As long-term customers of Wedel (since 2006) we have seen this business drop in service, sharply. Emila was particularly rude and disinterested. Honestly, go elsewhere.
