Dear Madam, I gave 100 euro to the exchange office in the old city square, they gave me 355 zloty. They received 25 euro commission. When I said it was wrong, they said they couldn't do anything. When I went to the police, the police at the reception did not help me because they did not speak English. When I told him to call another police he got angry with me and said only in Polish. I am a traveler and have been to many countries in Europe in Asia. You have a beautiful country, but I am very sorry that I was scammed and I was not helped. this is not a good thing. 25 commissions are not taken anywhere in the world. very sad for tourism. I will be glad if you can help. Thank you.

There are other tourist information centers listed on the map, but this is the official one. There are brochures in a dozen languages, including Hebrew, maps of Warsaw and Poland, and the staff is helpful. Free wifi is available on site.

Throughout my experience of going around the world and going to tourist offices, depending on the person who assists you, they may or may not be professional, but unfortunately only the antipathy or the pleasantness that one may encounter comes to light. In my case, on Saturday, February 9, 1924, late in the rainy afternoon, I had bad luck.

I recommend getting there immediately after arriving in Warsaw, preferably straight from the station in 4 minutes. Two employees nicely and extensively explained to me what was worth visiting, I received free maps of the city and leaflets of attractions. They even found the connections I asked about online for me. Entrance from Złote Tarasy in the Palace of Culture and Science.

The lady in IT is very nice and helpful. She told us what was worth seeing, where to go, etc. You can see that she didn't force herself to sit down.

Mostly unfriendly, grumpy staff. But the view from the 30th floor is sensational.

A useful place where you can take the Warsaw pass, which is well worth it if you plan to visit many museums and other attractions. Friendly staff, who will give you all the necessary information for your stay in Warsaw 🤗

I recommend going before visiting Warsaw. You can get a map of the city and the ladies will advise you what to visit.

They don't speak / understand much English. The only good thing is that they have free information material in different languages.
