    It's officially my favourite wine shop in Warsaw! Great selection of reasonably priced red wines from Argentina and Australia. I usually place an order online and pick it up in the shop in order to avoid any disappointments. Very friendly and helpful lady working in the shop.

    It was all too much trouble. Young woman with long black hair, just cannot be bothered. There is no way I will go back there. As for the other reviews and the owner saying they wil learn from them, well you need to learn some more, like treating customers, who want to spend good money on good wine, not being treated as an inconvience. I will make sure I will tell all my friends in Warsaw not to bother with you. For anyone reading this, if you pop across the road there is an "off licence", not a great choice but at least they are helpfull.

    For me it was disapointing. Could not find what I was looking for - good value for money wine. The lady was not that nice. Didn't even bother to ask if I need assistance...

    No reaction at all to all my e-mails... *edit: i send 3 e-mails to different adresses. I spoke to a polish guy who worked there on whiskybase, because i wanted a specific bottle of whisky for the birth of my son! This guy warned me, i won't get a reaction when they don't have the bottle, even if it's on the website...

    I wanted to send Champagne to an address in Warsaw. Contacted through Google Maps Zbigniew & Agnieszka were so very helpful. We worked out all the details and the champagne was delivered with a greetings card and importantly with a smile to the agreed address at the specified time. Thanks for your helpful and patient service
