Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch in der Shisha-Bar. Der Service war wirklich schlecht und unhöflich. Das Personal hat mich nicht respektvoll behandelt und mich geduzt, obwohl ich sie höflich angesprochen habe. Es hat eine Ewigkeit gedauert, bis ich meine Bestellung bekommen habe und das Essen war kalt und ungenießbar. Ich werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen und empfehle auch niemandem, dieses Lokal zu besuchen. Schlechter Service und unfreundliches Personal sind jinakzeptabel.

This is the best shisha place in Prague by far. I’m so glad my friend brought me here. The owner is the most hospitable, lovely woman I have ever seen. The cocktail variety can be chosen in terms of strength, she always offers things on the side for free and the staff is lovely. On a hot day some free lemoncello, unique liqueurs that are made in house are also offered that can warm you up on cold days. The shisha is top notch, one of the smoothest. I love the ribs they offer on their menu. There isn’t enough I can write to express how much I love this place! Go visit!!!

First of all it's Russian not czech, which is a huge thumps up from me after some really bad experience with czech pubs.... The lady who's probably the owner, took great care of each guest. Prices are okay. My girlfriend asked for a cocktail. She got a "sex on the beach" was crazy strong 100ml tequila. :D sounds funny but in pragah I had to have the best experience in a Russian bar. I think it's tells everything..... Thank you agai for them!

The best shisha in Prague ;) Denis(shishaguy) is the best in Czech republic. Family atmosphere, individual music, drinks, pizza, sushi, fast food delivery. Very nice people always inside. One of the best places for quiet relax in the evening. And yes, you can meet me there :-D

We loved it here!! The sisha is great, the staff is awesome. Everyone is super nice. The prices are fair, the cocktails and shots are tasty, and they have plenty of sisha flavors. Definitely worth coming. We were tourists and felt welcomed, unilke other places in Prague. The owner was really kind to us, even tough she couldnt speak our language (of course the other staff member could). And also the bathroom is as clean as in my home.

Great place, good hookah, friendly staff, it's my go to place to relax. After change of ownership I was apprehensive at first, but new owners actually improved pretty much everything.

Very unfriendly staff. Like he would be happy, if we don't go in. And the waiter didn't wanted to speek english.

After the first time I visited this place I left 5 star here. But during my second visiting with my friend we were EXPELLED after 2 hours because new people arrived! And it would be ok, if we were warn that they have reservation, but no, the woman just came to our table with new people and said "you are sitting too long, leave". I don't who this woman is, but if she is an owner of this place I am shocked about her way of doing business and her justification that we were sitting too long (which of course is non sense as our hookah was still ok) and there was some football event on the tv. Even Starbucks, Macdonald do not do such things, though the coffee/menu cost 100+ czk there, here you will pay 760 for one classic hookah and 2 bottles of cola. In addition, according to other reviews this kind of service is common to this place. As I have never been treated like this, I strongly don't recommend this place!

Great place to hang out - and they definitely know what they are doing. Great place to start out in Prague - or finish you last night in the city. The locals are chilled, the staff is great, drinks are definitely not influenced by tourism. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Ps: if you're not a smoker you can try a very mild one or just enjoy a few drinks - they are great!

Shisha sehr gut, Durchzug sehr leicht. Pfeifen etwas teuer, aber dem Standard der Bars hier entsprechend. Tabak Auswahl sehr gut und Getränke Preise sehr angenehm. Sitzmöglichkeiten bequem, nur Kopfstütze wäre noch angemessen, aber bei weitem kein Muss. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nr. 1 Geheimtipp in Prag Die beste Shishabar in der ich war. Jedes mal in Prag ist es einen Besuch hier Wert! Enorm große Auswahl an Tabaks, die immer sehr gut schmecken! Die Mitarbeiter und die Inhaberin sind unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist frisch und schmeckt sehr gut. Ich kann nur jedem der nach Prag kommt empfehlen hier ein Paar entspannende und lustige Stunden zu verbringen. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch in dieser Bar :))

After one hour of enjoying this place, we were expelled as new people arrived. We haven’t finished our drinks and shisha. In such cases, staff should notify in advance visitors that there is reservations or at least say some time before actual expelling, that limit of sitting is expiring:) The owner was really rude. And also she interrupts visitors by crying/calling staff, solving own things near tables. Cool place, but wrong attitude to the visitors!

Great place, we are coming to this lounge to chat regularly and every time that is awesome service! If you are smoke lover, here you can find many options of tobaccos and also drinking selection is wide. Honestly recommended!

I don't think I've ever written a review, however, this venue left me in an awe! I haven't got booking, but they still found a place for us, staff was incredibly attentive, explained us the difference between the shishas they have and made us one that lasted so long. All with the cozy atmosphere and ambience they have there, I just wish I had more cash to leave more tips! Definitely be going back when visiting Czech republic again.
