When we ask this person for a drink, he replied: I only speak French… we said: ohh, oui, on parle francais, then he said: sorry, only Italian… we replied: parlo italiano anche. At the end he accepted to serve us (in English, which we also talk). We are from Latinoamérica and it turns out we do speak all the requested languages by the person who seems just to try to find excuses in order not to serve us. Not only that. We paid 310 CZK for the drinks, we paid with 500 CZK, then change was suppose to be 190 CZK. He returned us 180 CZK, only until we claim there where 10 CZK missing, he gave us the rest of the change… This happened around 01:00am of Friday, November 4th 2022, just in case any manager reads this and want to know who was this person. I attach a picture to proof I was there. The environment and karaoke was fine but the racist person on the bar, was not good.

Visited two times: 1) Went with a friend, all tables were booked so we sat at a bar. About 60 minutes later we saw that one of the reserved tables was still empty even hour later after the reservation time, asked the staff to sit there and they let us. Another hour passed and a waitress asked us to leave the table because the people who had the original reservation have arrived - 2 hours later??? Rude. 2) Booked a karaoke song right when we arrived - 2 and a half hours later our song still didn't come up. The same people kept singing songs and the DJ also sang several songs herself. What is the point of karaoke bar if you don't let people sing?

Used to be a nice bar but the new DJ is absolutely horrible. Doesn't want to sing your songs because it's not her 'taste'. I only got my song because I gave her attention. She ruins the experience the last 4x I went there. Before that it was a great place to go to for Karaoke. In conclusion: fire the useless dj who ruins your pub asap. Thanks.

Average cocktail bar. Karaoke is hit or miss. The DJ doesn’t take names and there is no singer rotation. You will hear the same people sing every 5 minutes while others wait hours before they can sing 1 song. Not a fair system.

I don't recommend this place. I visited it twice and always the same dissapoinment. Seems like the karaoke dj's are not following the queue and instead only choosing what they wanna play and sing. Or if I am wrong, they must have a huge mess in the order of the ordered songs and they have to make better system in that. Reading previous comments and rating from here, we were not the first ones who experienced that there so I don't understand why the owners are not doing anything with that. You're losing your customers and it is a pity, because otherwise the place is beautiful and the stuff at the bar is friendly (even if actually overwhelmed with orders).

I don't recommend this ,,karaoke" bar. The drinks are kind of overpriced which could be okay with great karaoke experience. However DJ doesn't follow the queue, skips it for her own and stuff songs to sing so you might wait forever and your song still won't come.

This space we used for celebration of birthday in the backyard and it was very cool. Summer time, music, tasty drinks, interesting food and good service made our party bright and really positive. Perfect atmosphere and beautiful interior. Everything you need to spend good time in friendly place.

This bar could be one of the best karaoke bars because the bartenders are polite and make awesome cocktails. However, the karaoke portion needs a little work. There is no system for the order in which people will perform. I’ve been to this spot several times and people always complain about someone arriving after them and getting the opportunity to sing before people who had been waiting for hours. That is not ok!! So I suggest you guys invest in the karaoke computer program that will keep track of the order so it won’t be random and all over the place. The program will even list the next song so the person is ready to go once the previous performer finishes. It will save so much time and allow more performers to perform. Also, the DJ has an awesome voice but she performs entirely too much. Whenever there is a long queue, she shouldn’t perform multiple songs. That would be fine on a slow night but not when 30 people are waiting. Other than that, the atmosphere is high energy and lots of fun. I truly enjoy the Berlin Bar!!

DO NOT GO THERE. Well we have came in, requested a drink from a menu that didn't have and therefore ordered Cuba libre. They gave us a check to pay about 40% more without any notice. There is a karaoke going on inside if you are interested. However they do give out free beer (small one) for positive review which is scummy. Toilets have water(or worse) all over the ground.

I was at the Berlin Bar on this Friday, and the tall DJ girl with short hair (I think her name is Anya as others called her) was rude, the music she played was not for dances, she didn’t play my song for too long and she messed up the queue. I think she only works here to sell herself? Then it’s better go for streets 😉

I would definitely not recommend this bar! Extremely aggressive "security“ guard who arbitrarily harasses guests and then feels provoked by defensive behavior of those. Me and my friends felt very uncomfortable and left after one drink.

The bar itself is alright, but I got to say that the DJ controlling the queue for the songs was a nightmare (and I can see on the other reviews here that I am not alone with this experience). It was the same five people getting the microphone throughout the whole night - and most of them seemed to be the DJ's friends. It doesn't make it better that the choice of songs really destroyed the vibe in there... So I was wondering: why have a DJ if the queue doesn't matter and the music is bad anyway?

Only a 2 star because they let us sing ONE song. Went in to sing karaoke and have some drinks - we were told "we don't do karaoke on Mondays and Tuesdays, we do private corporate events." Meanwhile, obviously, their website says "karaoke every night of the week" and so does the entry sign on their bar. They let us put in ONE song and acted like they were doing us the world's biggest favor; nearly an hour later (of which HALF of we waited for 2 SIMPLE drinks), there was a ~20 minute break when no one was singing. We asked if we could go again and they were like "No, it was a private event." We spent most of our time at this bar feeling like they were trying their hardest to get rid of us.

After an hour of waiting for my song I noticed that same people kept singing over and over again so I asked the DJ what’s going on. She said “they tip her” so she moves their songs up in the list. If you don’t like this kind of toxic treatment, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to sing. The personnel at the bar are alright though.

Atmosphere is great when busy. Service is friendly, but scammy. No menu with prices listed, bar staff charge whatever they feel like for beer. We were asked to leave a 5 star review in exchange for a free drink at the end of the night.

Unnecessary noisy music, quite expensive, very limited selection of non-alcoholic beverages (not even tea or proper coffee). But solid service. Definitely suited towards more karaoke, not for having a chat with friends (because you have to shout).

I used to come here a lot over the past few years ago and it has completely changed. The wine was awful and we couldn’t even hear the singers when they were singing. It’s a karaoke bar, we would like to hear the singers and not just the instrumentals.

Me and my friends were in this bar on Friday everything was good except the DJ. She was very rude with us and didn’t want to put our song in the queue without explaining why. It’s basically a cocktail bar with a small dance floor and club vibes rather than an actual club. It’s small which is good because it’s intimate, therefore not what you’re looking for if you want to go out out. They have karaoke with mostly English songs being sung, and in between the DJ played r&b/dance/pop songs which was cool. Cocktails nice and pretty standard price for the area (120-210 czk/£4-£7) with lots available on the menu including house specials.
