This place was great! Beer is good, food is amazing! Went two nights in a row. Both meals were fantastic. Their fries are really good too! Highly recommend going there.

Good burger perfect french fries. The burger need to be more juicy then it will be perfect. I made the order by Wolt and the delivery boy was very gentle.

We went there because we heard they supposedly have good burgers. Unfortunately the burgers are not that good. They are not terrible, but also not really good. Also the prices are quite high for very small meat patties. A normal burger has 115g meat, which is way to small. Only good thing where the fries. Also we could only sit at the bar since apparently all tables where reserved. No one sat down at any of these tables during our entire stay.

We love the Tavern! The burgers and drinks are phenomenal. The team is lovely and really friendly! The style and atmosphere of the entire restaurant are awesome. My wife and I loved the West Coast Burger, French fries, the raspberry margarita, mulled wine (which came in a cool Hollywood mug), and the beers on tap. They were all delicious! I highly recommend them all. This was an amazing meal. We hope to be back soon and enjoy more of their burgers and fried chicken sandwiches! Friendly tip: definitely reserve a table ahead of time.

Ah🫠 so good burgers and the blond girl named Wendy or Vendi who’s working here is very very sweet, positive, comunicative, helpful and enjoying person!!! We had a great time here. Please give this girl a raise, she deservers it!

Their chicken and waffle offered on Saturday and Sunday is amazing. I have tried chicken and waffles at 3 different places and theirs is the BEST!!! The chicken is seasoned and cooked to perfection and their waffle is great. You can control the sweetness with adding however much maple syrup you want. I have been to The Tavern several times and have also ordered take away and it's always good. It's perfect to have on the weekend for a wonderful treat. Highly recommend it.

What a great meal after a lockdown. Everything was beautifully cooked, well seasoned, hot and delicious. The service was friendly and warm also. Excellent menu with choices for all tastes and a fair few vegan and vegetarian options. You should eat here, it's awesome!

We got a recommendation from a neighbour so visited here and we were very happy. The burger was so tasty and coleslaw with beet or red cabbage was so good. Fries was too much for me and it was not so crispy as I've expected. But overall everything so nice, so we have ordered one more burger to go :)

This review is purely for the lack of customer focus attitude in regards to online orders via WOLT: You cant accept an order while you publish it will be at somebody their place within 25-35 minutes, and than once received the order change it to 65!!! This is ridiculous. That is purely luring a customer into ordering online because the waiting time is acceptable, and than once the order is received change it to more than 1 hour. And NO I dont take it that it was " suddenly" busy. You should be honest about the delivery time.

Extremely small portions! Main courses are the size of an appetizer! Ridiculous for the prices they're asking! Food tastes good and is well presented, but for the money it's a rip off!

Maybe the best burgers that we’ve EVER eaten! 🍔 We had beef burgers and the quality was excellent. The meat was cooked perfectly and the ingredients all tasted fresh. We also had chicken poppers on the side, I’d personally recommend the boom-boom sauce. The drinks are good value and the service was great. The Tavern is definitely worth a visit! 👏

Good Lord, the burgers. The delicious burgers. I've been there several times now, and every burger is better than the last. The buns, the patties, the condiments, the materials from which everything is made: all top notch. I was originally going to say that the "Tower of Power" was one of the best burgers I have had in Prague, but that's not accurate; it's one of the best burgers I've ever had in my LIFE! Besides lunch, I also took my wife and friends to brunch here a couple weeks ago, and I ended up ordering 4 different entrees because everything on the menu was so fantastic. Just thinking about the breakfast sandwich makes me salivate. I can't wait to go back for brunch again next week! The atmosphere in The Tavern is cozy and warm, and it's somewhere that immediately feels comfortable to spend time, so eating in is definitely recommended. The waitress was sweet and friendly, and the owners, Lori and Dean, are gregarious and kind. Frankly, The Tavern is now one of my most favorite places in the city. I will be going there for as long as they're open. The food is incredible, the prices are fair (if not a bit on the cheap side), and everything about the place is wonderful. I only have fantastic things to say about The Tavern.

Nice selection of burgers and dishes to share like fries. We didn’t try the vegan burgers but they have a separate menu. Also ordered drinks which were really good. The service was friendly. Overall no complaints and I will return back if I can.

Really great pub/restaurant. The space inside is cozy, the atmosphere is great, the staff is really nice and friendly and they play good music too. They also have a great variety of burgers and also vegetarian options. Fries are amazing aswell. Really worth a shot if you want to experience this kind of atmosphere. Absolutely recommended.

Solid place for a burger but not enough to win awards. Good value for your money. Curiously, their Chicken Poppers with Buffalo sauce were pretty good so I may come back for their Chicken and Waffles. They serve Ježek beer which is pretty good. Waitress was friendly and managed to find me a table although I didn't have a reservation. The place is OK, I suggest you seat outside if the weather is good.

Just had the best vegan burger I’ve ever had. Delightful staff, really easy to book a table, lovely atmosphere, great beer and cocktails. What’s not to love kids 😊

Went here after a recomendtaion for the youtube channel Honest Guide. I do not regret coming here. The burgers were super good, with a good portion of fries. The resturant itself was also very cozy. Would recomend if you want a great tasting burger.

Wow what a surprise. We didnt expect much when we entered and saw the little bit old-fashioned interior but the burgers proved us wrong. I consider myself a burger fanatic and those heavenly compositions of meat, cheese, bun and sauce blew me away. The only negative point is that they dont deliver to Berlin as we were only visiting Prague for a few days🤣

Nice burger joint. Huge range of burgers with lots of vegetarian ones too. Menu in Czech and English. Burgers and sides were good. It’s not big inside and was busy on a Friday evening with most tables booked, so worth reserving ahead. Good service too

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I came here over 10 times and never get bored. This is the sister restaurant of The Tavern, so expect delicious burgers and also American dishes (tex-mex). They also have 4 different beers on tap and their delicious homemade ginger vodka, alongside other drinks. Also, don't forget to try the homemade cheesecake 😋.

Not worth a hype. Menu differs in the restaurant from the one online. I took fries for 180czk with chedar and chili, but got old and nasty pile of fries with yucky sauce on the side and few strips of old cheese on top. Beer is expensive and its just not worth it

Surprisingly not a typical Czech concept but fully American. Great for vegan people, who love to enjoy really innovative vegan food along with Czech Craft Beers. Friendly and excellently English speaking personnel, nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. 👍

The best burgers anywhere, not just in Prague. Love their cocktails too, the Žižkov Mule is incredible. Highly recommend a visit.

So glad I finally was able to visit this spot. Being vegan and loving tavern/bar food doesn’t usually play well together. But, the vegan menu here is not only extensive, but absolutely delicious.

I’d like not to wear a jacket inside in order not to feel like an eskimo. And for the food… what should I say, it’s fine, just the portions could be like +50% in volume at least (the positive thing about that is a room for desert). EDIT: They charge more beers on the bill. Avoid! Never again to come here with the group!

One of the tastiest vegan burgers I've ever had. Quite expensive for the size of it though, especially because fries are not included. Fries are pretty average, but they seem to be everywhere in Prague.

The burger meat actually taste quite good, however the size is too smal to be honest for single patty to be just 110grams.. normally at least 150g (small) to 250g (big) (150g medium. So I took the tower of power where they had double patty to solve it, otherwise not enough protein in the burger. Fries are good and fresh. Would reccomend.
