Contrary
to
most
reviews
here,
I
do
not
recommend
the
country
life
cafeteria.
The
dishes
are
overcooked
and
poorly
seasoned,
and
I
find
that
the
value
for
money
is
higher
than
Loving
hut,
which
has
the
same
concept
of
a
vegan
cafeteria.
I
also
find
that
the
dishes
lack
vegetable
proteins
to
balance
the
nutritional
intake:
no
legumes
(kidney
beans,
chickpeas,
lentils...)
and
no
substitute
such
as
tofu,
tempeh
or
seitan.
Disappointing.
On
the
other
hand,
the
room
and
the
terrace
are
pleasant
and
calm.
For
those
who
love
vegetarian
and
vegan
cuisine,
I
would
rather
recommend
Loving
hut,
Forky's,
and
Linh's
vegan
corner
for
a
meal
in
the
city
center.
