A
terrible
experience
for
My
family.
The
star
is
only
for
the
trains
bringing
you
the
beverages
and
food.
Rude
staff,
they
don’t
understand
or
pretend
they
don’t
understand
English,
so
we
had
a
bad
time
in
the
beginning,
no
big
deal.
The
trains
were
having
some
problems
so
one
of
the
waiters
served
us
the
food;
understandable
but
when
we
asked
if
they
could
send
the
train
again
for
the
delight
of
our
2.5
y/o
boy
the
waiter
said
“that
he
needed
to
talk
to
the
manager”.
What?
OK.
I
asked
the
manager
and
she
sent
the
train
twice
with
no
problem.
My
son
wanted
to
take
a
closer
look
and
my
husband
was
behind
him
as
he
was
following
the
trains
coming
and
going.
There’s
a
place
where
the
trains
stop
so
the
waiters
put
the
food
on
them
and
my
son
stopped
there
as
well
and
in
that
very
moment
the
manager
came
and
pulled
out
my
son
of
her
way
in
the
most
rude
way,
despite
my
husband
was
behind
him!!!!
She
touched
my
son
so
I
stood
up
and
went
in
front
of
her
to
tell
her
that
what
she
did
was
totally
wrong,
that
she
should
never
touch
any
kid,
specially
if
the
parents
are
on
sight
she
should
talk
to
them
first.
I
talked
to
the
man
on
the
bar
and
I
asked
for
the
manager
and
to
my
surprise
they
told
me
that
SHE
was
the
manager.
OMG!
Anyway
I
told
her
that
my
son
was
not
doing
anything
bad,
that
he
was
just
watching
not
even
touching
(which
for
a
2.5
y/o
boy
would
be
understandable
but
this
was
not
the
case).
She
told
me
that
she
just
touched
my
son
softly
with
her
hands
but
I
saw
her
and
it
was
not
like
that,
then
she
said
“OK,
I’m
sorry
I
swear
I
was
soft”
as
she
touched
my
hand
to
“show
me”
but
to
her
bad
luck
I
saw
her.
She
made
the
whole
experience
very
bad.
The
food
was
OK
and
we
loved
the
trains
but
nobody
ever
touched
my
son
that
way,
I
felt
very
bad.
the
rude
staff
should
always
thank
the
trains
because
they
are
the
only
good
thing
there.
