I came at 23.20 and asked for one beer. The waitress (bonde) told me that they're closed. In bar was about 20 people at that moment. Definitely most arrogant waitres I've ever met.

Best local restaurant in this district. Prices are good, portions are large, very delicious food and good service! What you may dream more about?? I've been here 3 times with my wife and will come again. Thank you! ❤️

Fried eidam(cheese) with french fries and tartar sauce. You definitely need to taste it with dark kozel beer. Awesome service with not expensive prices!))

This was the only place where my wife and I ate together that day, and we chose the same dishes. The next morning, we woke up with severe poisoning that lasted for 2 days: muscle pain, vomiting, and a full pack of joy. I wrote to their customer service about it (twice), but they didn't even comment on the issue. P.S. I can see they replied that I could complain with the phone number specified. Actually, I did and they didn't reply. Twice before writing here.

Doesnt appeal very much from the outside and kind of makes you feel like you enter into a village pub, but once you are there it’s fine. You will find czech classics on the menu as well as many variations of meat. The food though is average. Service is kind but not really fast, waited more than half an hour for a meal. Prices average and it is also the word that signifies this place.

As a local person, I can say that svíčková here was one of the worst I’ve tried in Prague. The cream tasted as if it was diluted. Not authentic at all. The food and drinks were priced above average and the amount of it was miserable, 0.1l - 0.3l, you literally won’t get enough of it. The lemonade was a joke, literally some water and syrup, no taste at all, last time I drank something similar was in some cheap asian place. Maybe the food for 250-350kč is better but after such poor experience with some basic meals, I don’t feel like coming here again. There are much better places for better price.

The food was good but the service was disastrous. The problem is a blond waiter who treated us with contempt from the start. Only to us for being foreigners, with the other tables he had a normal treatment. I have never in my life been discriminated against in a restaurant because of my origin. I hope the owners take action.

My team and I enjoyed our time here, good food, staff worked hard and swiftly and I was also here 5 years ago for the first time in Czech Republic. Be back soon! Cheers! 🍻

Nice beer, regular and quite expensive food, just ok bar But... the staff here isn't really good. I've come here with the group of friends to watch football. We're ordered beer and some food but not all of us wanted to eat or drink and the waiter said they must go home then (no matter whether we're as a company). Then after we finished that waiter counted more beers then we took and without our permission added a tip 100czk Everything except for the staff was nice

The bartender was really rude when we entered. He did not hear us say hello and when we walked to the bar to ask if the table by the window was available, he made a mean comment about us not having manners. "Great customer service". If you don't like working with people, then don't. Simple.

Do pay a visit if you are in Prague. Serve authentic Czech dishes. Must not forget to order Pilsner Urquell to go along with your food. Price is reasonable too.

The waiter was very rude and offered us zero help with allergen information. He literally told us "the problem is yours not mine, there can be allergens everywhere" a shame because the food was good but we won't be back.

Food, atmosphere and price was really good, but seems that tourists is not very welcome... Service was so so, menu only in Czech language.

Randomly walked in and got a table. Great staff and an excellent meal of grilled steak with wedge potatoes. If you want a break from tourist areas take a tram (number 5 or 9). Get off at station after Lipanska.

The waiter was superb. However the food was on the low end of mediocre. I don't expect fine dining for such a reasonably priced pub, but the salmon was watery and overcooked, potatoes tasted old like they were cooked days ago and stored in the fridge. Goulash was 95%sauce and 5% meat. I'm sure it's a great place for a drink and watching sports, but I can't recommend eating there, sadly.

I had a delicious salad with honey and mustard sauce. Nice place, good service and affordable price. I recommend this place

Fair but not wow. Nice ambience, simple style. At the best ignorant or even rude, non English speaking staff ( except 1 waiter who was really trying).

Take this review with a grain of salt. There's nothing wrong with this place, but it's not my type of restaurant, and I only tried daily lunch menu. The staff is super friendly.

Essen war super vorallem für den Preis dann doppelt so lecker. Pilsner Urquell direkt aus dem Tank besser geht's ja gar nicht. Bei den anderen Rezession kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen was gemeckert wird. Es geht in Richtung Pub mit sehr guter Küche, dass sieht man ja auch direkt wenn man reinkommt. Gutes Zeichen ist auch immer, wenn viele einheimische herkommen und nicht nur Touristen ;) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall solange wir ok Prag sind nochmal her. Kurz zusammengefasst Sehr leckeres Essen, sehr leckeres Bier, Pub typische Bedienung. Alles im grünen Bereich 👍👍👍

Man würde von außen in der Gegend kein so ordentliches Restaurant erwarten. Also unbedingt rein gehen :) Bier und einfache Gerichte gehen immer und wir sind positiv überrascht gewesen von sehr leckerem Essen zu super fairen Preisen !

This restaurant is closed with whole row of shops exterior upgrading work. Not sure is permanently closed or will open again.

Really good quality of food for the price. It is a fish and meat restaurant. The bill is about 15$ per person. The only issue is that waiters will try to scam you if you are a foreigner so be careful with your bills.

The beer was delivered in a steady stream. Food was nice and even if it was full house we did not have to wait long.

Good food and beer and the menu has a decent variety. I had the duck and dumplings, althoug it looked a bit bland, it tasted awesome. The decor and ambience was really nice. It is also right across from the tram so it is really accessible. The only downside was the reception from the staff. They were a bit rude when I arrived and I asked for a different table then the one they showed me to. I guess it might be because I could only speak english
