Yesterday I was here at the dinner with my fiancee. The food was amazing but at the end I noticed that on the bill is some item which we did not eat. So we asked a waiter what is that. He told us that It was a bread with some butter which u traditionaly get at the begining.. But we did not eat it at all. Waiter just shrugged his shoulders and told us to pay it. Despite the fact that food was good. I am dissapointed and definitely wouldnt recommend this restaurant.

Nice restaurant, good service, nice view

I was so disappoined by this restaurant. We had a reservation, were seated, ordered drinks, and our dinner order wasn't taken until over an hour later when one of our party got up to ask (this was a party of 7 so it's not like we were off in a corner somewhere). Of the courses on their Christmas menu (mind you this was Christmas Eve), the snails were good, risotto was debatable between the party, the soup was ok, the main dish (cod or veal) was terrible by all accounts and the dessert was odd and flavorless. The most important thing to note besides the TERRIBLE service and not so great food is the EVERYONE in our party spent Christmas in the bathroom with great intestinal distress. I'm not sure if the service was exceptionally bad for us because we appear to be American (we are expats living on 3 different continents) as other tables were able to order and get their food quickly (I can't speak as to whether or not they also spent the next day in the bathroom). Do yourself a favor, save your money and look elsewhere.

Its good to know that in 2017 you can still pay for something you did not get at all... Please, why am I paying for somehting I did not get? "But we gave you 50% discount on this item, because you didnt get it" How about no you prague thieves? This restaurant should get award for "the most east european restaurant in central europe with rip off management of the 21st century". For whoever is going to eat here... just dont go there at all if you are not a guy who wants to be robbed.

Disappointing! The restaurant had been recommended to us as a good place and we were really disappointed. Except the view of Prague Castle, service and cooking were not as expected.

Although soup was great the main dish not so fresh. They didn't have many menu items and wine selection. Wouldn't reccomend with so many other places nearby.

First of all many thanks for having us! Even though they were not really open due to big function, we managed to get the table. My, oh, my! Absolutely fabulous meal we had. There was nothing obvious about the dishes, beautiful and delicious surprise on every plate. I can't praise service enough! Having table of 40 next to us we didn't feel left out for a single second. Manager and waiters were attentive and helpful, giving us the best experience possible. Definitely recommend the place

Super cool ! Aristocratic dining for very ok price

me and my friends study here in prague, so we had decided to visit this restaurant to eat. The waiter was very rude to us, he suggested us to leave the restaurant and go get food somewhere else after my friend placed her order and started saying how ungrateful we are. Afterwards, while we went to pay, he added to each of us 5 euro tip for service. We told him that service it not included and that he shouldn't have added 5 euro, but he lightly declined and called us stupid. Very awful service.

Great food with amazing view on Prague Castle. Enjoyable evening in the city.
