Awesome restaurant for Pork knuckles. Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Portions are big, seriously, pork knuckle is not enough for two people. Horse radish had a very nice “kick” goes really well with the pork. Schnitzel was also really good. We also had pickled cheese with bread which was not so good. Overall it was a good experience. Price are reasonable compared to other restaurants in the same area. Menu was short and simple which is usually a good thing. Can recommend.

I would recommend it to anyone who loves meat and beer! You won't find here a lot of options for your meal but the options you can find here are more than enough! Delicious food (big portions), good Czech beer and last but not least, great staff - especially Martin who is very friendly, attentive, has a big knowledge of what they are serving and has a great customer service skills.

Pork knuckle is enough to share for two! Crispy crackling on the outside and nice tender meat on the inside. Horseradish is fresh and powerful. Mustard goes very well with this dish. Possibly the best pork ribs you will ever taste. Not the usually honey glazed or BBQ glazed ribs. This one is sweet but with a hint of spice to mellow out the sweetness. The meat just falls off the bone and melts in your mouth. Garlic bread is crispy and goes well with the ribs. The sauerkraut is fresh and very tasty and accompanies the dish very well. Staff and friendly and attentive. Great lunch stop after visiting Prague castle or crossing the Charles Bridge.

It's the best crispy pork ever. They served a crisp and tender pork knuckle with a delicious crackling skin. Pork’s also offers a wide selection of brewed beers, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a classic Czech meal.

This is a must! you might expect from the location of this dining spot to be a tourist trap but NO! It is an excellent place to experience the best of “Pork” in Prague. It is slow roasted and more savory than you can believe!! The rack of ribs literally fell off the bone! And the pulled pork sandwich was filled with flavor. The dark beer is a smooth sweet cool refreshing beer so smooth you’ll forget it has alcohol in it. The service is excellent. We were seated quickly and 3 different servers attended us with expert teamwork. Each one with a smile and pleasant demeanor. They treated us to a delicious shot of honey alcohol. So good we purchased a bottle from them. Tips are not expected but I happily left 15% I will definitely return.

Heaven for meat or beer lovers. Great selection of all kind of meat, but pork knuckles are must try! Crispy on the outside and really juicy and tender inside. Awesome service, helped us find a table in a fully booked evening. Also the price is very affordable considering the location - in the heart of lesser town. Only a few steps away from Charles bridge

this place slaps! didn’t manage to make a reservation, but we were pretty lucky to be seated right away for a late dinner on a weekday. Food was amazing, will definitely return to dine in again ! pork knuckle, roasted pork ribs and potato salad is a must to order.

Amazing restaurant. The pork knuckle is incredibly good and prices are quite good. We did not try any other dish but they did seem appetising. I would recommend sharing one portion, as it can easily satisfy two people.

We visited this place at noon, without reservation and found just a few people waiting in line. We were seated within 10 minutes. The place was packed, but still we got our order fairly quick and with very good service. We ordered the pork knuckle, the ribs and the schnitzel, everything was amazing! The pork knuckle was crispy and delicious, and the ribs were super tender and tasty. We're definitely coming back!

The best food I had in Prague from every perspective! The pork hock is crispy outside and tender juicy inside. Customer service is great (per north american standard) big portion, good value, beer tastes great too. It's just cross the Charles Bridge in the new town, highly recommended!

Make sure you make reservations - you can do so on-line. The customer service was good although they do not speak very good English so have patience. The food came very fast and was hot and fresh. The knuckle could be shared with a side as it doesn’t come with anything but a small amount of coleslaw. The pulled pork sandwich was good but it may be wise to ask with no mayonnaise if you don’t want too much on it. The pickled cheese was very tasty but could use a few more pieces of bread as there is quite a lot of cheese. The beer - cool and tasty! The facilities were clean.

Very good place! Great food and drinks. The menu has a QR code so we can see photos of the plate, I really appreciated this as I don’t speak the language. They have a mixed beer with light and dark beer, it was very good. The portion of one main dish is enough to split in 2, friendly staff and fast service. We were able to get a table with no reservation in lunch time during week day

Wooooow! Fast service, friendly staff, menu in multiple languages. The Pork Knuckle was incredible - best I’ve ever tried, absolute MUST HAVE, but share between 2 because its massive. Pork Cracklings as well, amazing. I had the local cider, but would highly recommend any of the beers as well! Extremely fair price as well, we rolled out of there for 30 euro. 10/10!!

Awesome restaurant for Pork knuckles. Overall, it was a good experience. Price are reasonable compared to other restaurants in the same area. The atmosphere is really nice, the staff is friendly. Portions are huge, one pork knuckle is enough for two people. The menu is short and simple, which was a good thing. Not goog place for people who don't eat meat.

In general the food was OK but the bread, the bread was very dry. Kind waiters, we got our food quickly enough. Unfortunately I reckon we came in a rush hour and ended up being seated right next to the glass door where cold air came through and where strangers looked at our food hungrily. The beer was superb though.

Fantastic food, great place to come and try some traditional czech dishes. We had a salad with goat cheese, pork knuckle and pickled cheese. All really good. The service in our case was excellent, very attentive and fast. Thanks for the experience, will recommend

Portions were big. We ordered 2 pork knuckles and a pork ribs for 3 pax. The ribs melt in your mouth and were falling off the bone. Smoked to perfection! The pork knuckles were great and flavour was amazing but I do recommend sharing because a normal sized human may find it a struggle. Then again! Amazing value. Oh and order the potato pancake!

Super good. Came here as it was recommended by a friend, didn’t take long for us to be seated. We got the pork knuckle and goats cheese salad to share which was more than enough, was served really quick and it was really good, the meat was so tender. They also give you a little caramel/honey chupito before you leave. Service was good. Highly recommend.

We went to this restaurant to taste their pork specialties especially the pork knuckle and spare ribs. We had both and an ice cream, although we weren't terribly hungry. I think it's the best pork knuckle I've ever tasted, as well as the spare ribs. Too bad I couldn't taste anything else. The environment is created in corridors and on several levels. The cleaning of the floors is not the best but the welcome is friendly.

We got the crispy pork roll to share, it was huge and very delicious! The service in the beginning was a touch slow however very attentive once we had ordered. We would definitely return if we were in a Prague again!

We waited around 10 minutes for a table for 2 people on a weekday afternoon. The place is not big, but the deco is warm and cozy. Waiters are polite and helpful. Food were great; nice portions and presentations. The bone-in porkchop was tender and juicy. Highly recommended by the locals as well.

As everyone else says, a must do it you are visiting Prague. We had been booked in advance by friends, and were very pleased they had done so. One knuckle was enough to share between two, with room for a shared dessert to follow. Good beer, efficient service. Absolutely packed and with a line outside - make sure you book!

  • 5/5 Pam B. 3 months ago on Google New
Their pork knuckle with mustard, horseradish and sauerkraut was crunchy, tasty and tender. The serving was more than enough for me and a girlfriend. We ordered the potato pancake as a starter, which we didn’t enjoy as much as the knuckle. Get a reservation before going. We were fortunate to be seated without a reservation; we just had to leave after two hours, which was adequate for us. Service was excellent! Our server gave us honey liquor free of charge after our meal. Very near Charles Bridge. We easily walked from our hotel. Dog friendly place, too.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly people. Had lunch there, the pork knuckle meat sandwich was amazing, as were the homemade chips. We had light and dark beer (beer is always amazing in Prague). Prices were very reasonable, about 27€ for two people

This is the cutest place. We seated ourselves ( You can choose inside or outside). We both had Pilsner Urquel drafts that were fabulous. For dinner we shared potato pancakes, homemade potato chips, pork schnitzel, potato salad, and the pork sandwich with mayo and Cole slaw. Everything was fantastic with gigantic servings. The service is great!! We really enjoyed our time!!

A great Czech 'pub'/diner right next to the Charles Bridge if you want to have a cold beer and a bite to go with it. As you might have guessed from the name, the place has a limited menu consisting of only pork dishes, the highlights being the pub's poster boy - the giant roasted pork knuckle, and the huge schnitzel. If you're not hungry, try one of the traditional beer appetizers. The prices are city center standard but the value for money is much higher than some nearby tourist traps... The service is Czech, too. Take that as you will. Meat lovers welcome, especially.

Ok, this is hands down the best pork ever! Lovely staff and atmosphere. A bit loud after a while, I would call the plas a gastro pub rather than a restaurant. I'm definitely coming back next time in prague.

Fantastic food in a warm and cozy enviroment. Very welcoming and friendly waiter Jacob who helped us with any request, and gave us great menu suggestions. We were so happy that we came back 2 days later for the same dishes! I ordered their signature dish of pork knee, which is out of this world and my wife ordered the pork ribs. Amazing all around. Would come back for sure on our next trip to prague.

Great pub, beer and delicious food!! Came there after Honest guy recommendation and don’t regret! I was maybe a bit surprised by the limited selection of main dishes, but better to do few perfectly then many average.

I knew Pork Knuckles was a thing to try in Prague, just like in Germany.. but in most places we went to, it just wasn't served crispy (maybe it's the Prague style?). This was the only place we saw in Prague that had them crispy and so we went for it. Huge serving! We could barely finish our order (we each got 1). Had to take home half of mine. Quite hard to finish with all the fatty layer. Also got their crispy pork cracklings as a side dish cos I just love chicharon and wanted to try it. It was a bit salty but so good. Just tried a bit and took it home too, it was still crunchy the day after and the day after that too (when it was finally finished). It was served in a glass jar so we took it home with that, and we were charged for the glass jar.

This pulled pork sandwich is delicious, the mayo is really good and the butter bread matches the entire dish perfectly! I highly recommend this dish and it can be definitely shared by 2 people.

By far one of the best Pork Knuckles I had ever had...Juicy, tender and the skin alone was just crissspppy!! Service was excellent!! Pork knuckle is easily good for two people, I struggled to finish the meal, even at my 240lb (110kg) frame!!

  • 5/5 Michał T. 1 year ago on Google
Definitely, the best pork knuckle I've ever had. Absolutely perfect crunchy skin, and soft mouth-melting meat. Fruit dumplings also were amazing. And of course, perfectly drafted beer. People say you cannot eat well in popular tourist places, and that place proves them wrong. I will for sure come back at the first possibility.

Simple big restaurant in the heart of Prague. If you want to taste a typical local dishes you have to visit this place. Staff is very kind and helpful. There is no large choice of the dishes (I prefer it) and the food we ate was so delicious and of course so the great Czech beer! I absolutely recommend this restaurant!

  • 5/5 Martina D. 1 year ago on Google
This was a true delight! We only came to Prague a couple of hours before, tired of all day flights, and decided to go to the city and randomly pick a place just to have a beer and maybe some food. We thought, if it turns out to be a very "touristy-bland food" place it's fine for the first night, as long as we can have some good beer. But boy did this place surprise is. Great beer, as expected, but the food... The food! We shared the pork knuckle. Omg. This is the softest, yet crispiest, juiciest pork knuckle I ever had. We devoured it. My husband is not a big fan of pork, yet he loved it, and had more than I. It was slow cooked on 265 C degrees, and done to perfection. The white part was thus sweet and perfectly almost melted, and the skin stayed crispy and thin. The pickled cheese was the first for us, not very surprising, stuffed in oil, a nice appetiser but could use something with it. But the knuckle... Superb. Very recommendable! Very simple food, but very good.

  • 5/5 Seb B. 1 year ago on Google
Very nice meal, ordered too much which is easy! The pork knuckle was fantastic as were the ribs, the potato pancake with cabbage was interesting! Good beer, good service, good atmosphere, good food; what more do you want?! We reserved a table as it can get busy, easy to do on their website.

  • 5/5 Debbie L. 1 year ago on Google
Best crispy pork knuckle I've ever had. Ultra crispy skin, served hot, with juicy tender pork inside. The portion is huge - could easily feed 3 people. Served with crispy sauerkraut, mustard and horseradish. So so so delicious. I grew up with roasted pork knuckle, and it was nothing as good as this (sorry grandmother). Even our leftovers made wonderful sandwiches. Highly recommend it.

  • 5/5 Nadiia I. 1 year ago on Google
You will find the best ever meat and beer here! During our vacation in Prague we've visited Pork's 3 times and tried all the main dishes ) Everything is delicious (portions are just huge!), and waiters are always ready to give the suitable advice! Prices are fair.

  • 5/5 Angelina K. 1 year ago on Google
Best place I've been to. Only here you can feel all the traditions of Czech cuisine. We ordered pork knee and ribs as main dishes. I was pleasantly surprised. Service and serving of dishes at the highest level. It is worth noting that the table should be booked in advance because there are a lot of guests.
