Don't waste your time and money. Me and my friend were having a few drinks in this place last night, we're both Slovaks so we having an understanding what is include a dishes and how to prepare them. She is veggie so she chose to have a garlic soup. The soup turn up and there was a meat, it's very unusual to have a meat in garlic soup, but OK, not a big deal until we tried return the dish with argument,,there's a meat and shes veggie''The staff blame us why we didn't ask how they make their soup. This argument would be fair, but we checked the menu, there's no allergens written about the dish, or even what is the dish contains as I mentioned above we both having understanding how to make a garlic soup and either of us haven't seen this soup with meat EVER. We apologised and told him we couldn't know what the dish contains, becouse on the menu was no allergens. He was just extremely rude, raising his voice and having a massive argument with us. Wasn't able to calm down, refused to call me his manager. I was completely shocked and never experienced this kind of service before. I would highly recommend not visit this restaurant anymore

Not on my top Czech restaurants in Prague but overall it’s okay. We tried the beer ribs and buffalo ribs, as well as the goulash soup. None of the ribs impressed me in anyway, to be honest. What I missed and wish they would have, was a bolder flavor, a bit more spices, salt. The French fries were good, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, as well as the nachos, but I guess those came from a bag. The goulash soup had definitely more taste than the ribs but still not as good as I tried in other places in Prague (a bit of bread to go with the soup would be very much appreciated). Beer was of course, we are in the Czech Republic so you cannot really go wrong with that. The service was overall okay, even though many time we had to remind them that we ordered some thing a while before and still waiting. What I really liked about the service is that they spoke English so that’s a plus. Prices were a bit high, if you ask me, but only because I would have expected slightly different when it comes to ribs. And in the end the waitress had to mention a couple of times, and very loudly, that the tip is not included and when we left 10% out of the whole thing, I guess she was expecting more, as she rolled her eyes. It might be that other things in the menu taste good or some other people would like what we had but for me it was not what I was looking for.

Horrible experience. I usually check the reviews before I enter a restaurant, should have done the same thing now. There were exactly 3 tables occupied (including the terrace), the drinking came quite fast but when we had to order food (despite the waitress telling us she will come in 5 minutes), we waited for over 40 minutes. Meanwhile, while looking for the toilet, I ended up in the kitchen which seemed quite dirty. The toilet smelled HORRIBLE. Couldn't spend 10 seconds in there. There was no tap water either in the men's bathroom. After we finally ordered and our food came it was cold. And by cold I mean freezing. The bun of the burger felt like it was taken out of the freezer and thrown on that barely warm piece of meat. Am not exaggerating but the bun had small pieces of ice on it. We obviously got really mad and sent the food back. It came back after another 30 min (while the restaurant remained just as empty), this time warmer. The store manager (I believe) tried to apologize (even though it was she that served us) and said the dessert is gonna be on her but nothing could convince us to spend any more time in that place. Don't recommend at all, most horrible dinner we had in Czechia. It was the last main meal we had before leaving the country and it left us a bitter taste about the food in this beautiful country.

Pork schnitzel to die for ! Beef burger has a nice gentle spicy sauce. Beautiful beer & friendly staff! You can even pour your own beer from the taps at your table, just don't push the cover under the taps unless you're cleaning a glass or you'll get wet... go on, it's a laugh! Large venue, quite quiet when we visited, but it was still an enjoyable evening eating & drinking for our party of 5.

It use to be a great place to eat.. Now we taste unbelievable cold and chewy ribs with uncooked fries, in "svičková" was missing cream otherwise very good sauce with NOT homemade dumplings - how hard is to make dumplings? Deep fried mushrooms was not crunchy - but gummy. Soup was good and hot, service quick but unfortunately very unorganized..we get soup in same time as main and the server was looking at us like that we are the one to blame. Price average and cozy place. Beer good!

Not a bad place, lacked a little atmosphere as there were not many customers. I ordered chicken schnitzel and potato salad. It came very quickly and was very good, tasty. The staff are attentive and helpful.

Nice setting and seating. New year punch drink was lovely. The food arrived in good time, and was great. Sadly no kids menu or pasta choices, and limited vegetarian meal. Dog friendly and staff were attentive and friendly.

Pleasant atmosphere, very pleasant staff, but the food was sub-optimal, under average dry pork ribs with some awful barbecue sauce. The hamburger was ok. The price wasn’t too high comparing to the location.

Did not like the food at all, mostly sweet foods. Consider 10% more for service (tips). Overall it was good but not my type.

Nice beer place in the center, with very pleasant staff. We enjoyed! Don't think the 3.8 rating is relevant, should be a bit more....

We had a great experience. They have many different options and nice beer. The only negative point was that we were only informed that the card machine wasn’t working after we asked for the bill, I wish we had known as soon as we got the menu. But service was very good and great atmosphere.

We visited the place Friday evening so it is not the best to judge but a good restaurant should be prepared for every day. The atmosphere of the place is nice and the traditional Czech pub vibes are cool. The service staff were very nice people but overwhelmed, a few of them for a big restaurant. So most of the orders were late. The beer is not fresh and the goulash meat is low quality, chewy and cold. Fries were totally oily. The place is very central so it is a big advantage the management should consider and improve the weak points.

The waiter (guy with the terminal) tried to scam me on couple of EUR. Not big deal for me and when I pointed that, it was "just a mistake" of course but still. Be aware. Really destroyed all desire to leave tips but girls there were nice and welcoming so they deserve that. Other than that the food was nice and beer is really good. Definitely worth to visit (just be aware of scamming guy).

Used to go to this place last year often with colleagues after work, really pleasant place. Don't know what happen, if the management changed, but it is completely the worse right now. Waiters are super rude and unhelpful, still adding the wrong things to your bill and refusing to correct this. Also, they advised that they don't accept card when in reality they have it. This way, they make you pay by cash or pay by a mobile app that they started using recently, getting some comission out of it. Won't come back again!

The food was below avarage, and we sat outside with no lights on. But the worst part was the rude waiter who took too much money from us. We paid in cash he didn't give us enough money back. He gave us way too little money and rushed away before we could count the money. We were so tired after a long day so we didn't have the energy to complain about it. It didn't help that they couldn't speak English.

Beautiful restaurant with great food (and even some vegetarian options) We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the food and especially the beer to everyone.

Very nice restaurant, lots of tables and space. What is unique here, that you can try Slovakian beer from tap with some traditional Slovakian meals.

Cheapest in the area but food is so tasteless… what I liked is the only one allow me to eat until 23, because other closes the kitchen at 22 …

Great restaurant, with an even greater service! We were a little bit in time trouble and everyone in the restaurant did all to do it in time.(Thank you all again) But the most important thing is that the food were a 10 of 10. We had two burger and two salads and we all had no wishes left. Great taste, good portion and very good price. The restaurant is little bit offside the main streets but not far away. We will definitely come back and we can tell everyone to try it! :)

Our first meal in Prague on Friday, amazing, kind and generous attention. They had no problem accepting our dog in their restaurant, they even put him in a bowl of fresh water !! The food is impressive, tasty and the price is right, I especially recommend the cheesecake !!. We repeated Saturday thanks to the great impression on Friday, and they took care of us even better, especially our dear berny. We want to thank Renata and the entire team for the great attention they gave us, and we will repeat whenever we go to prague.

Tasted their speciality, fantastic. Patient waiter since he had to speak in English with me. The beer was not full! . I am curious to know why there is a hanging metal in toilet though!

The beer is the good part of this restaurant. The food however... the meat of the burger was really raw. I hope i don't get food poisoning. Also they charged 110Kc for the mayonnaise. Thats €4,35 and it wasn't even gold plated...

Always a good option in Prague. Staff is usually friendly and will even recommend you what to try. Sometimes they do not have some dishes and can be a bit disappointing but that’s not lo common. Give it a chance and most likely you should like it. Their fried cheese it 🔥
