My family and I recently stopped by the Hard Rock Cafe in Prague for lunch (The last time we were here was in 2009) and we were not disappointed! The nachos and burgers were definitely the stars of the show - they were delicious, well-prepared, and hit the spot after a long stroll through Prague city. But what really stood out to us was the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and made us feel right at home. First of all, price was expected as it’s an international restaurant chain. However, the hamburgers we ordered were delicious; in our case we ordered their vegetarian option and it was great! Regarding the staff, they were very welcoming and nice during the whole dinner. Moreover, if you want to have a late dinner (aprox. 9pm), it is a perfect choice. The only observation I would highlight would be the music volume, a little bit too high, at the establishment. And the portions were very large. I totally reccomend, when in Prague..We had two different styles of wings..yummy!

Food quality's average for a franchised restaurant that serves American-adjacent food. I ordered Wings and those are good. I also ordered Nachos, and it was way more than I thought In quantity. As usual at this kind places it gets more crowded and loudy as the evening grows when they host local bands for a live show. They also have happy hour, in the afternoon and late evening, then cocktails and beers are half priced. Bottom line, good place, decent food, not only for the fans of the genre.

Nice place, very tasty onion ringa, nice hamburger but was a little bit overcooked. Fries weren't good. But overall was pleased. A little bit overpriced in my opinion

Visited here for lunch. Went for my usual mango berry cooler and moving mountains burger - good as always. Can’t go wrong with a hard rock! Very quiet at lunch time. Friendly staff.

Great place for music lovers. The personnel of the place are very service oriented. The place is clean and the food is great. Also option for the vegans.

Usual Hard Rock Cafe experience. In really nice location in the heart of Prague's city center. Beautiful in the inside... Staff was really polite and the coctails we tried were tasty.

Hard Rock Cafe always wins with its decorations and it’s shop. You can really enjoy the place even the if the food was average. The mango-berry 🥭 🫐 cooler was great as well as the wings, but the steak was average and it did feel like it’s old 🥩

Overall, nice meal. Standard HRC offering, but customer service and atmosphere were good. Would've been nice if customers could select music, but overall not bad.

Great place, very nice service, especially Sabrina (greetings from Poland!). We were visiting Hard Rock Cafe on Friday and my birthday this year was on Monday, two days later. The waitress Sabrina was playfully informed about it and she gave me from kitchen delicious dessert for free and a scratch card to HRC, which I used to buy a souvenir T-shirt and get second for free. I felt really taken care of and surprised by such a nice gesture!

Our server Marketa was totally great and looked after us very well. The atmosphere was very charming 😍 and we enjoyed the food. I would recommend the nachos as a sharing starter. Nice job Marketa and Hard Rock.

The establishment is atmospheric. But the level of Service does not pull on such a "name". We ordered burgers . The sauces tasted better than the burgers themselves. The price is too high. Very disappointed. P.S. Be prepared that the waiters will ask you to "leave a tip"

Hard Rock Cafe Prague has a great atmosphere, music, and décor! I would have to agree with some of the previous reviews, the food and service could definitely improve. We ordered all vegetarian items such as veggie burger, nachos, and onion rings. The burger was good! However, the nachos were cold, hard, and tasted old. The onion rings would have been great if they weren't at room temperature when served, some pieces were cold and others warm, but the onion rings were still good.

I can't say much about the food on Hard Rock Cafe because it's an international brand, and the food is identical everywhere. Same for the music of the restaurant. Yet my experience was really nice due to the service that was way above the average. I really liked the place itself as well. A huge 4 storey restaurant with an enormous guitar made of crystals decorating the middle of it. It also had a nice outside area.

Went here as we do everywhere we visit. Seater was not that friendly. Then sat us near upstairs toilet, we did move and was happy. Service was slow, but the waitress was friendly, food was delicious I got exactly what I asked for as I don't like lots of the extras you get and it's a waste to just leave on yr plate. My steak fajita was cooked to perfection and really tasty too. Delicious cocktails in souvenir glass. To end the evening, New York Cheesecake to share ...... 🥰

The Hard Rock Cafe is located directly in the old town of Prague and after the entrance you will feel the Rock and American spirit as well. All the waiters are helpful and more than overwhelming friendly. You will instead feel like you are at home. There is a Happy Hour between 17:00 - 19:00 and 21:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Thursday’s and there are some drinks half the price. We ordered some Cocktails and food as well. WE choose the Smokehouse BBQ Combo and Chicken Fajitas. The dishes have a good American flavor and the cocktails are okay. All in all the prices are higher than in other restaurants in Prague, but here you have some king of rock hall of fame.

Dropped in for a meal and what an experience! We we're seated quickly and the staff were attentive and superb. The food arrived quickly and was superbly tasty and piping hot. We had a desert and it was so delicious! Our server Gleb was fantastic and the best ever! I would highly recommend Hard Rock Prague and if you get the chance get Gleb as your server he is a credit to the hard Rock franchise.

Marion's customer service is on another level! Very patient professional and friendly service. Went with the Messi burger and the other member in my party had a gluten free pulled pork sandwich. My only regret was I couldn't finish my entire meal. If you are in the Prague area looking for good food definitely check out the Hard Rock Prague!

Nice food and plenty to see in the way of exhibits from the world of rock music. The staff were very friendly too. The price of food is a little higher than most eateries in the area but this is due to it being Hard Rock Cafe.

Always the best choice for a Burger or pork ribs. This time I chose a Trio Combo and it was amazing! Also the second choice it was a Sandwich Chicken/becon!

We had a great night out at the Hard Rock Café in Prague. Nice food, great service. And on top of that a live concert on the stage downstairs. Because we were seated in an area at the 1st floor we were able to enjoy the concert if we wanted to, but also could have a nice conversation at our table (not too loud). My wife ordered a tequila and got a triple one.... bit too much, but we got nice pictures and a good story out of it.

This Hard Rock is amazing, has 3 different floors, amazing atmosphere and wonderful staff. If you are a Hard Rock fan you mist visit.

This is Hard Rock Cafe No. 6 (Innsbruck, Cologne, Hamburg, London, Berlin, Prague) within 16 months. And we have to say it is definitely one of the best - if not the best. The Service was absolutely outstanding. Our waitress Celestina was the best we ever met in any Hard Rock Café. We will come back from Switzerland to Prag especially because of the Hard Rock Cafe 😉

All hard rocks are awesome. This one was no exception! Really nice and kind waitress. Kept coming if we need antyhing else or if everything is alright. The service in all hard rocks never disappoints. The food was really delicious as always. I also got strawberry daiquiri, which tasted great as well. Sadly, dogs are not allowed here.

A cult place worth visiting. Good atmosphere and service. Nice waiters. We were with a small child, he was given pencils for drawing. Our child ate his first burger here. As for my classic burger, I didn't really like the taste. It tasted better at Hard Rock Cafe London.

Our waitress Claudia was really friendly and professional, we had everything what we needed. Music and atmosphere was amazing and food spectacular. We cant wait to visit this place again.

Visited for my 21st birthday whilst enjoying a short break in Prague. We mentioned on the booking that it was my birthday. The waiter was so so helpful and friendly he was absolutely amazing. He even provided a FREE dessert and balloons at the table which made the experience even more enjoyable. We weren’t sure which “local” foods to try, so stuck with familiar choices in Hardrock Cafe and happy to say these were lovely! Highly recommended
