The staff working there has clearly no clue about service. And, apparently, the management doesn’t care. First think: menus were thrown on the table. So, in the most important moment where you expect a warm welcome and a nice smile, you receive your menus thrown on the table. And, yes, thrown is the right word. Second, the waiter took our order wrong; we ordered 2 soups and 1 main course for share and, in the end received 1 soup and 1 main course. It’s an elementary service practice that the main course should be served after the starter, if not required otherwise by the client. At this place they don’t know that, or, they don’t care, so, we ate our main course cold. At the end the same surprise like other visitors mentioned, 10% service fee, written by hand on the bill. No comments on that. We were shocked. We felt not welcomed during our entire stay in this place, and, on top of that, robbed at the end. All the best to the management of this place, for such a “great job”, cause, in the end, the fish stinks from the head.

This is a hotel restaurant, very good service. We ordered hot ginger tea, fanta, pork knuckle dish, and pheasant & potatoes. Both meals were excellent. It was roughly 29€. Only reason I have it 4 stars is bc their chairs seem unstable and very old.

We wanted to have some beers inside the bar and a man with the appearance of a gangster forced us to sit outside because they only served meals inside, but there were people eating outside. Very rude. Do not enter. They deserve 0 stars.

I sat down and I wanted to order a glass of beer and the rude waiter just shook his head without saying anything and walked away. I realize it's a restaraunt and you're meant to order a meal as well but there was literally a handfull of people sitting and there was no 'reserved' note anywhere so I thought it wouldn't make a difference. Now I understand why a restaurant in the most touristic part of Prague has such a low score. My suggestion, go spend your money somewhere else, cause theres hundreds of other places.

We were given a different menu inside than was displayed outside, which had higher prices, then when we asked for the bill we were not given a bill only handed the card machine to pay, we questioned the cost, checked and we were over charged. Would not recommended.

Delicious! We ordered steaks, the waiter suggested the best roast. The meat was juicy and tender. The staff is pleasant, responsive. I really hope that when I come to Prague I will taste these steaks again. The prices are adequate, as for the center of Prague. Cocktails are very tasty, special thanks to the bartender. All in all, I recommend it 100%

Not sure why this restaurant is not rated better! My husband and I had a very good experience. The food quality, taste and presentation were excellent! (We had the beef goulash with dumplings and chicken on mashed peas & mushrooms as mains) They missed serving our prawns starter but the service recovery was great. Service was prompt and friendly. Plus a bottle of very drinkable Czech red wine for ~360! Not the most cosy or romantic restaurant in the vicinity but overall it was very good value for money! No pushy attitude about tips or nasty table charge surprise....Great way to end our 4th and last dinner in Prague before flying home!

Waren heute Pizza essen, diese war sehr fettig. Die Ananas war aus der Dose und der Schinken hat leider überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Auf die Getränke mussten wir einige Zeit warten, kamen im Abstand. Dem Cocktail fehlte die Deko. Es wurde nicht nach gefragt, ob wir noch Getränke möchten. Es war sehr schade, waren enttäuscht und würden es nicht weiter empfehlen.

Maximum quality of food and service. There was nothing to criticize, only to praise. Keep it up. I will be happy to come back.

A wonderful restaurant with beautiful decor and insanely delicious cuisine, we were served by the waitress Yana, who advised us to try the lunch menu with delicious pappardelli pasta with salmon. Kitchen and service from Yana deserve even more than five stars)

A nice restaurant that fully met our expectations, the prices are quite adequate for the center of Prague! The pizza and steak we ordered were simply divinely delicious. As for the service, the girls are working, we were served by the waitress Nastya, who helped us make this evening unforgettable.

You can eat potato soup instead of goulash here (that has absolutely no resemblence to the one in the picture in the menu). Unfriendly, unabashed waiter who dares to ask for a higher tip eventhough you have nothing to be satistied with. NOT recommended at all.

Eatable&bearable but never visit again place. Went in for goulash in bread. In the entrance guy was sitting eating. We didn’t pay attention ( why would we?... 😂), but he said hi and stopped eating and lead us to a table. Gave menus and went back to eat. After 5 minutes he came back, asked if we would like to drink sg. We ordered beer. He brought beer and went back to eat again. Came back after 5 min, we ordered(finally). Expecting he would go tell someone about our order, but he went back to eat 😂 After 10 min some other person brought our soup ( guy is still eating and other members of staff talking to him). Nothing personal, just chewing food and serving clients at the same time seemed unprofessional. p.s food was normal, but would never go again. Had a feeling like in some low standard eatery, not a hotel restaurant. Prices are fine, 169czk for soup, 70czk for dark draft beer.

It's the BEST. Without a doubt it is the best place for lunch and dinner in Prague. You can not lose this. The staff is super attentive and friendly. The food is exquisite, the price is more than reasonable, the decor is wonderful. Without a doubt I will repeat. It is the best restaurant.

Food was absolutely horrible. Service from the first girl was horrible menus thrown on table no smile or hello or anything how she’s working in hospitality I’ve no idea. The guy waiter was good. He was able to do his job. The chef needs cooking lessons. The food was absolutely horrible. Cocktails weren’t great. Didn’t even finish them. The best thing about it was the glass of coke we got. Paid… didn’t say keep the change but they kept the change anyway. 1 star is even too much for this place.

This restaurant is simply delightful! Delicious food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere create an unforgettable experience. The chef and their team are magicians, crafting dishes that simply melt in your mouth. I fell in love with every single dish and will definitely be coming back.
