The pork on the menu is listed as medium rare but I got it almost completely cooked. The goulash portion was comically small. Service was quick and the food was okay but afterwards when paying the server was asking for tips. I didn't want to give a tip as the food wasn't that good and tipping culture isn't a thing here. Then I got laughed and cursed at in Czech. Can't recommend.

Absolute gem of a restaurant. Situated close to the Old Town Square but the prices are considerably lower. Food was inexpensive and delicious! Traditional Czech cuisine with cheap beer to go with it. Beer costs around 40-46 czk. Would highly recommend visiting here for dinner when in Prague. Would happily come back.

As we entered at around 1830 it was nearly full on Sunday. There was just one waitresses for like 7 tables plus the bar. Drinks were somewhat fast. Food took quite some time. My group ordered spaghetti which weren't that good. Risotto which was average. A steak which wasn't good. And the potato dumplings filled with smoked beef and Sauerkraut, which weren't that good. So good isn't recommended. Price for beer was OK. 47 czk for 0.5l of a beer.

This is a tiny tiny place and I mean tiny. I dined here about 4 years ago and the food was so delicious and good value I vowed to return...fast forward to 2023 and my birthday. The food is just as delicious, the atmosphere is still cozy and staff are amazing. It was a bit of a trek from where we were staying, but I'm so glad we made the effort. It brought back so many fabulous happy memories now my girlfriend is now my wife, of good food, nice beer and bathed in the warmth of the people around us, from all corners of the globe.

We were absolutely delighted to have a taste of traditional Czech cuisine in this stunning, charming, and delicious gastropub. The restaurant is very central but in a quite street, so you feel like you can escape from the business of the city center but not miss out.

One of my favorite meals in Czech Republic while we were there. A little off the main square but worth the walk for the savings and quality.

Had a really good meal on a busy saturday night. Did not have a reservation but managed to get a spot anyway. Service was great, really fast eventhough the waiter served the whole restaurant alone. We shared the ham together as it was huge (1.4kg!). Prices are reasonable and not too high. Great place to also have a conversation while having dinner, some other places are really crowded or loud. Would definitely recommend.

Wer in einer großen Stadt dieser Welt unterwegs ist, sollte nicht an den großen Plätzen nach gutem Essen suchen, sondern in die kleinen Straßen herum Ausschau halten. Dies lässt einem immer wieder tolle Restarants entdecken. Dieses kleine Restaurant / Bar, bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten im Inen - aber auch Aussenbereich. Die Speisenkarte enthält typische Gerichte für die CZ- Republik und ist reichhaltig. Auch ist eine große Auswahl an Getränken verfügbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Preise sind angemessen und die Portionen ausreichend. Die Qualität der Speisen ist gut, aber leider hat der Koch bei unserer Bestellung einen Kardinalsfehler begangen. Wir hatten je einen Amerikan- Burger. Leider war der Paddy zu sehr durcgebraten und zum Teil trocken. Deswegen muss ich hier leider einen Stern abziehen. Der Burger war aber sonst handwerklich gut. Toll waren auch die frischen selbst gemachten Fritten und die selbst gemischte Mayonaise / Dipp. Preis / Leistung passt aber dennoch für eine sonst sehr kostspielige Gastronomie in der Altstadt von Prag. Dieses Restaurant ist aber einen besuch wert und man macht hier nichts verkehrt.

Rustikales Lokal mit sehr leckerem Essen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und die Preise völlig in Ordnung. Speisekarten gab es auf tschechisch, deutsch und englisch. Wir können dieses Lokal nur weiterempfehlen

Great Lokal in the heart of the old city. Good food and reasonable prices

We got the worng drink and they refused to replace it. "Home made lemonade" turned out to be syrop mixed with water. We waited 25 minutes for bad food. The waiter/owner was very unpleasant. Not reccommended

If you happen to be around stop by for authentic pork schnitzel! Good selection of traditional dishes as well. Very friendly service and cozy atmosphere. Great Czech beer on the tap; not to be missed as well! We came back a second time for their schnitzel.

Great value for money and just 5 minutes from the square. Excellent service and no tip added to your bill. We did tip voluntarily.

Very unfriendly service, the waiter has a really drastic and not welcoming mimic.Questions regarding menu are not answered. Poor english, no german or other languages beside czech. Menu is party outdated and has a pretty dirty look and feel. I'm not sure about quality of food since we have broken our stay there and wouldn't advice this location to anybody.

Very overpriced, no English menu, the was rude and also didn't speak English. We waited for over 1,5 hours for the meal that seemed to be reheated frozen food from the store

Went in the early evening on a quiet weekday and it was great! We were greeted as soon as we sat down, with food and drinks coming promptly afterwards. The food was delicious and very filling, and I had never come across such cheap prices for such good food. The beer was excellent as well. I can highly recommend this place!
