The quality of the chicken was bad, the meat was full of gristle pieces. I wouldn't order it again but will definitely come here again for the other ramens because the rest of the soup was delicious. Otherwise can't say anything negative about the place, the concept is amazing and Prague needs more bistros like this. They don't take reservations yet, the place is rather small but we managed to get a table right away. Grapefruit matcha lemonade is to die for.

I'm not a fan of food here. Veggie Gyoza was well streamed and fried, but they were tiny, with little filling. Vegan Ramen didn't taste good. The mushroom was very sour, so was the bamboo, and the broth was over seasoned, I bet there was a lot of MSG in it. The vegetables didn't fit well with the broth. The noodles were thin, not like other Ramen I had. Service was okay, the atmosphere was on spot though. Prices were good. I would recommend other restaurants if you have time.

I use to live in Fukuoka, Japan and I miss eating ramen every day!! Whenever I crave ramen I come to BON. Since it opened I have noticed not only the craftsmanship in their food, but also their attention to detail. When my friend left her bowl unfinished the chef asked her what she thought of the food. My friend said it was a little too salty and the chef thanked her. It shows a lot when the guest’s experience is truly cared about.

I’m obsessed with BON… always get the vegan options… the best is vegan udon, and I like to add pak choi or shiitake mushrooms… the noodles are so good and fresh, the the broth is amazing. Very comforting meal. I also always get genmaicha tea.

Very small place. Heavy smoke and grease.. and I'm not sure if the crew were having a rough day or something, they all looked very unhappy. The waitress was yelling, and was smashing chairs when cleaning up other tables. Wouldn't call it a delight ambiance... As for the food, Okonomiyaki was tasty but it's only a starter so the portion is small. But that's the only thing I liked.noodles were chewy, unfortunately so was the Beef. The soup was oily and salty. Pork was tasteless.

Great ramen! The broth was delicious, the tonkotsu was on point and the noodles were really good! Pair it with some deli gyozas and a Asahi beer!

We were quite early there and had to wait around 30min. On time at 5pm we were led to take our seats. Ramen with sake as well as big portion of tea was great. Service was really nice. Since there is no signage it was difficult to recognise this restaurant from outside when you are there for the first time. Recommending to visit this restaurant!!

This is in my opinion one of the best Asian restaurants in Prague. The menu, even if it wasn't the broadest, was easy to choose from. Also, it had many tasty vegan options, which always receives bonus points from me. After I ordered, my food was served very quickly. And it was honestly so good! (Bonus: The interior is very pretty and pleasing for the eye.)

This nice Asian restaurant in Vinohrady district of Prague specializes in Ramen, Udon and Soba. It's small, but pleasant, with staff making sure you get your order quickly. The taste of food is very good.

This was my first time trying ramen so I can't comment much on the authenticity of the food or on the taste. What I didn't like though was that so many spoons and chopsticks are available on each table and they don't sanitize them or wash them after every customer. When taking a spoon/chopstick, people would touch other chopsticks/spoons from the side that you eat with, they could have at least put them upside down.

Great ramen, generous portions. 👌🏻 We had Tonkotsu special and Shoyu special and can't wait to try the soba and udon as well. The restaurant is relatively small and we were lucky to get a table at lunch time. So it's recommended to make a reservation in advance.

Very tasty Asian food! Everything we liked a lot. I'm a fan of such cuisine and this place has a very good level of dishes. The best sitting is in front of the big glass window with a view of the church and the street. The place uses some fancy digital system to pay for orders. The NFC reader or QR code allows you to pay remotely without interactions with a waiter and even leave tips. Nice to have!

The tables were greasy and dirty, the walls full of grease splatters. The food was full of artificial flavors. The meat was old and artificial flavorings were added to preserve it. The three main courses were the opposite of delicious. Visually beautifully decorated food, tastefully a disaster. A disgrace for all Asian restaurants.

Ramen is not bad but really for stars u need to work. Too much noodles and just little bit of broth. Spice is good. Noodles are tasty No bamboo :( no mushrooms :( Eggs are tasty. Good marinated The waiter forgot our water 💧 In the place is really very hot 🥵 the air conditioners are not working. Outside the temperature is 29 but inside maybe more than 30😱 We sit and we was wet after 2 mins.

We ordered 3 types of Ramen.. and Beef Gyudon. I got the Tan TanMen. * I have tried other Tan Tan Men before but this one, I find it sweet and the Spice lacking a bit. *The Noodles were good *The service was good too. *The Beef gyudon was good.

Great Ramen and Udon dishes! We really enjoyed our time at BON, the service was very nice and helpful, and we will certainly return there in our next visit to Prague. Don't miss out on the Gyozas who were simply terrific

Really tasty ramen, soba and udon place. The food tasted great and the broth was very good. Really liked the soba dish. Portion size is nice. Their homemade lemonade is very tasty. Unfortunately when were there some things were not on offer/sold out, but that is understandable.

(Translated by Google) An absolute delicacy! I finally found Ramen in Prague, which really tastes like Ramen. Great noodles, broth and other ingredients. There is nothing to complain about the repair. Nice service is just an extra cherry :) 100% I recommend. (Original) Absolutní delikatesa! I ordered the Okonomiyaki and the vegan udon. Both was very very delicious. My friends had the Tonkatsu. It was a little bit salty for me, though. The service was very good aswell. I don't know if it was authentic but it was really good :)

  • 3/5 Diego C. 2 years ago on Google
The place seems authentic, but for me and my partner the ramen was really bland, it has very little flavour and it was cold. The gyozas were really good though!

  • 5/5 li-chung K. 2 years ago on Google
Fantastic soups, very good gyoza and onsen egg! Service and decor is a little basic, but that is my only gripe. Though we can see them grilling the food ,ventilation is sufficient that you dont smell like your food on the way out. Highly recommend the tonkotsu ramen and gyoza. Onsen egg was perfectly done too and is a rare find. Service was great with nice recommendations for drinks. The sencha surprisingly came in a proper teapot complete with a spill tray, which was a nice touch. The tonkotsu ramen had a thick broth with just the right balance of saltiness. The two huge slices of chasiu were tasty enough to not be overpowered by the broth and there were generous amounts of corn, bean sprouts and, some slices of bamboo shoots.i particularly like the fact it comes with half a stewed egg with a runny yolk. The broth could have been hotter but that is really splitting hairs.noodles were good enough but could be more springy. My girlfriend had the udon and had a less positive experience as the udon noodle was not really up to her expectations. But the soup tasted really good.

Relaxed atmosphere, great food! I had the mazemen ‘dry’ ramen and the okonomiyaki which I can both recommend. I also liked the Seicha Matcha softdrink!

  • 4/5 Nick “RamenSensei” H. 1 year ago on Google
Very modern tableware of serving you. Chicken was a bit dry but acceptable and the ground beef from the mazemen was a bit generic of flavor. Liked the ease of flavor though. Overall, I enjoyed it all and would recommend for sure

It's a Japanese restaurant, but the staff are Vietnamese. So it doesn't taste like traditional Japanese food. It doesn't have the plane of Japanese style, it's a little salty. Still, it's delicious, so I'd recommend it. However, the quantity is little small compared to the price. I had soba. Soba is better when it was cold. You can cook it cold if you ask the staff, so try it that way.

  • 4/5 Luis D. 1 year ago on Google
I got out of here with my belly full and a smile! First impression: we felt a little cramped with little place for hanging our jackets nor storing our packs. Service: straightforward, courteous and relatively fast. It's a small busy place so no time for chitchat. That's fine. Ambience: contemporary and youthful. Music level allows conversation. Food: fantastic flavors and presentation even in the options without meat. I would definitely go back again.

We had vegan ramen with extra marinated egg, veggie gyoza, tantanmen ramen and everything was great. Perfect noodles and really tasty broth, also the toppings for the vegan one were on point! The service was great and they are very welcoming ❤️ Thanks!

Service could be better and more friendly. It was covered in greasy stains when we sat down at the table. I asked the waitress to wipe it, and in response, she rolled her eyes in annoyance and twisted her face. My friend does not eat eggs and asked not to add them to the ramen. The request was ignored — it was brought with an egg. My ramen was brought almost cold, barely warm. The taste qualities of the dishes leave much to be desired because it was ordinary noodles with water without any taste. Very disappointed.

  • 3/5 Denys V. 9 months ago on Google
It was 28 degrees outside, we decided to sit inside, it was hotter there than outside, although the air conditioner was working (probably not working). The order was brought quickly. The chicken was not tasty (just chicken in flour). The ramen was re-equipped with noodles, there was practically no broth, only noodles. Wouldn't come again.

  • 4/5 Andrea S. 11 months ago on Google
Great place to enjoy ramen and other Japanese specialties. Service was excellent, music rhythmic, not disturbing (meant for younger audience). Mango lemonade is excellent, worth trying. Ramen was a little bit salty, didn't finish the bowl, and had to hydrate after the food more than usual.

I recently visited the BON restaurant. The restaurant was really small, because of that the ambience and general atmosphere was very nice and cosy. It was a typical Asian place. I recommend you to make a reservation because they don't have so much space. The ramen I tried was really yummy and the kitchen was fast. The waitress was friendly and peepoHappy. The pork was good, but not so easy to eat with the stick. The picing was really fair. The All in all I can recommend this place.

The ramen we're so good, that they were all gone before I could even take a picture, so all you get are some empty bowls ;-)) Other than that: the staff was really nice, the food was prepared beautifully and tasted very very good - you could even say it was delicious! I gave 4 stars because there was a slight mix-up when we payed and there was a bit too much oil on my ramenbroth. All in all we were very satisfied and would recommend you to go here!

(Translated by Google) I've only tried one shoulder so far, miso, very good, very expressive, at times it seemed too salty, but that's probably normal. Otherwise, it is an honest soup, the meat is roasted in it, the eggs are soft, the shoots are completely crispy. Very good. We went there 2 times during our stay in Prague. We tried the shoyu special, Chicken miso, tonkotsu special and tantanmen, but our favorite was definitely the tonkotsu special since it had the best broth, and noodles to soup and vegetables ratio. For starters both okonomyaki and takoyaki were very good. Would recommend.
