Staff is friendly but not client oriented. At the end they topped up my bill, the food is definitely Frozen and not homemade.Even the beer is slightly pricey than others.Definitely do not recommend

This place is a typical tourist trap. I was charged for bread and the sauces that they gave without even asking. Then with the main dishes they have sides which usually come with the dish in other restaurants here. They didn’t inform that these are not with the dish and charged extra for that as well. 3 stars for a cozy ambience and decent food quality

The place is nice and staff was friendly enough, but I don’t think my food was worth the price. I had a goulash bread bowl, and to be fair, the meat was tender and delicious. Just not worth the money. You also are charged for the bread they put on the table.

Food took ages to arrive, and when I was ordering the waiter cut me off when I wanted to ask if my "meal" was one sausage and small and he yells 1 person, I said so its enough to fill me up, yeah yeah 1 person, well when I got my food I was very annoyed. especially that this 1 tiny sausage costs 190 czk, disgraceful... stay away from this place like the plague. They also try the bread scam after your order. One last thing my friends meals were good but extremely expensive.

Food was average but portion sizes were disappointingly small for the price. Staff was really unfriendly, we were asked to leave a tip, and when we did, after paying, a waiter came back angry telling us we hadn’t left enough. Do not recommend.

It's too expensive for what you get, food below average. My father and I order Tuna salad, and the Tuna was clearly can tuna from supermarket and it was a 290 czk dish. They charge for the entry bread 5 euros plus cuttlerly, they pretend this are normal charge. Avoid this place.

DO NOT EAT THE BREAD. We have arrived to the restaurant and have been offered bread. Our bill was topped up in the end with 90!!! Kr for dry, tastless basket of bread... We have ordered a goulash in bread. Waiter came out with normal goulash and said its the same as the one we ordered. We needed to ask a few times for our dish to be changed. Ribs were full of fat and barely had any meat! Duck was dry and chewy. Do not recommend this place! High prices, absolutely no quality service, average food quality and foolish aftertaste after you've been charged for every snack that has not been offered to you... Awful experience overall!

Excellent Czech food A traditional restaurant / tavern, with 100% local options, including goulash with spatzle and game meats (rabbit, deer). All prepared in an excellent way and with a homemade touch, highly recommended. The price is affordable (about 15 euros per person) and the portions are very generous. Attention is a bit crude and interaction is sometimes difficult.

Tourist destination, with pricing on the higher side considering the quality of food. The service is decent, however, and the ambiance is uniquely characteristic of Prague.

This restaurant is very dark and cozy. I ordered the flaming brandy and it came in a fish bowl. The ribs were excellent! I might have finished it without realizing how much I was enjoying it! The two gentlemen servers were nice and friendly.

This restaurant serves traditional food. For people who'd like to learn more about the Chech cuisine it's very recommendable. The restaurant has an authentic ambiance and is situated in the area of the old Square. The prices are very good!

The food was terrible. I had a plate The duck or chicken. dry, hard, more bone then meat. Very Greasy other meet. Rest Dumpling dumpling dumpling. Wet and sour vegetables. Not eaten much. Meat was not much. They just collect the plate and do not even ask if it was ok The beer is ok. Before start dry bread Roasted old bread and some greasy stuff. Traditional Czech forget it. Lots of the restaurants have better food Walk by

As all restaurants in Old Town, the prices are quite high, but the food was really tasty. Service was exceptional and I'd recommend for anyone looking for a restaurant with interesting décor.

We went to Prague for a weekend break, we had Goulash on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at three different restaurants and this place was the best of the three. We did not have long to wait before we were shown to a table, we were not over charged, our service was quick, our food was hot and tasted good, and our hosts were nice. We had beers (x2) before we left. Very nice.

Nice prices and the service is excellent. Here you get large portions and a nice honey wine that is served from particular glasses. Try it. This day, the chef had perhaps not his/her best day. The meat was well preapered, but we found it a bit tasteless.

One of the few restaurants in Prague with open kitchen after 10 o clock p.m. It’s quite expensive, but the food was good.

Friendly staff, nice place and good food. Not 5 stars as we were given some nibbles (not requested by us) that we were not told in advance they would be added to the bill. But food was good!

My first visit to Prague & I wanted to try traditional food rather than the endless supply of burgers offered. It was a pleasant clean restaurant with friendly staff. The food and beer was very nice too. An enjoyable experience, thank you.

a nice restaurant in the city centre serving traditional czech food. For someone who never tried czech cuisine before, it was a really great introduction . I absolutely enjoyed the food. Highly recommended.

4 of us wanted to try the traditional potato soup. We ordered 2 soups because we were not that hungry, after a couple of minutes the waitress came back and said “we don’t have”… I told him there is soup on the other table but he said it’s gulash soup… The waitress was so rude and obviously they had potato soup in the middle of the they in the middle oft he most touristic place, just they didn’t want to serve for 4 people 2 soup. So pathetic, I definitely not recommend it!!

We tried different restaurants in Prague , but this was the best 👌🥰 big portion , good quality , nice atmosphere 👌👍👏

Awfully rude service. Moved us into a quiet corner which was very much ‘out of site out of mind, as we waited over 45 minutes for a couple of beers? Then to top it off, the bald waiter asked us to tip, which we very much did not want to do as the service was so bad. However, a few drinks in we reluctantly agreed. After telling him how much we would like to tip he decided to multiply it by 5 (we did not realise as we were tapping the card and he hid the screen). This is theft and I truly hope people are weary of this before going to this awful place.

Friendly restaurant with traditional decor, and typical Czech cuisine as well as more universal dishes if you prefer. Wine was excellent. They serve a liqueur in a huge brandy glass that they heat until the liquid catches fire. Worth watching even if you don't try it for yourself!

Nice little restaurant close to the old market place. Very good meals, friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend a visit while you are around. The Goulash served in a hollowed out bread is just delicious. A must is the mulled wine which is heated up in a huge glass over an open flame next to your table.

Amazing restaurant, friendly staff and great food! We went there 2 nights in a row when in Prague and had a good experience both times! The food was really good, very traditional and great prices! Location also really good and the atmosphere very nice.

Very overpriced, was 1,320 for a small beer, small lemonade, chicken schnitzel, fries, minute goulash and mash! The goulash had 3 pieces of meat in and over £16 for some fried chicken is extortionate - especially when you have to buy all the sides separately! We were also sat down in the bottom basement in the corner with no atmosphere and very little service as out of the way. Would not recommend.
