Check-in takes for ever and looks like the reception is run by trainees without theiranagers. The rooms are from the 70s, AC is loud and doesn't really help. Best of all, I tried to go up to use the sauna and I was asked to pay 250 CZK per hour although I'm a guest ?!? No thanks, byeeeeee ! Good luck with that ...

Staff are excellent. Breakfast was more than expected. Rooms not so much. Shower could not hold temperature. Suggest just useing it as a bath it would be easier to control temperature. Toilet had to jiggle handle to get it to stop running. Air conditioning set to high. Room would not get cool till late at night when temperature dropped and we opened the window. It also turns off on its own and requires access card to work. It did however have a refrigerator. The mall to the back, was convenient and also that is connected to the metro. Was there in August in the heat. We were with a tour and the other guests also said that they had similar issues with the air conditioning.

Panorama Hotel Prague offers a decent stay, with a convenient location near a shopping mall. While not ideal, the service provided is commendable and the breakfast is delightful. The rooms, although a bit outdated and in need of bathroom upgrades, are still comfortable. The highlight lies in the pool and spa services, which provide a relaxing experience. Overall, a satisfactory choice for those seeking a pleasant stay with some minor room for improvement.

Terrible disaster experience. See photos. We were cold. 23.3c is not a comfortable temperature in the middle of the winter. 2:00 we called the technician for help and he just said there is nothing to do, there is no way to change and control the temperature. Then we lifted the curtain to allow more heat and we saw this huge mold and fungus colony. My girlfriend almost threw up. In the bathroom there was a cracked ceiling. We didn't sleep all night. My recommendation: don't go there unless you want to freeze and sleep with "nice fungus friends". Disgusting!

Amazing hotel with a lot of history and one of the tallest buildings in the financial district of Prague. Well connected to the city via the subway from the Arkady mall next door. The Arkady mall is really convenient with many restaurants, convenience stores, clothing, pharmacy and grocery store all of which I shopped at. Rooms are spacious and the views are even nicer. Best part was the kids play room that has toys and a small table with chairs that brought a big smile on my kids face after a long day of travel and sightseeing.

Lovely hotel are room price included breakfast and use of the swimming pool jacuzzi gym and sauna rooms. There was a great variety of breakfast things to choice from. Rooms are clean and tidy beds are nice and soft only downside is there’s only a few English speaking channels. The staff are helpful especially Petr Havlicek he was very helpful and friendly even explaining different wines to us and made us feel very welcome

Service was very good, we got a room earlier than standart check in. Inside of the room everything was perfect. Breakfast has really big variety of options, salad bar and fruit bar. The spa is working, not overcrowded. It was a bit unpleasant to go from pool to sauna through a bit cold corridor. Prices in the hotel restaurant are not cheap, comparing to the city level. I recommend this hotel! P.S. taxi prices are funny after Budapest. Like the price of public transportation. You can order food delivery from any restaurant to the hotel. This is what a lot of people do!

On arrival we were given a "free upgrade" due to it being my big birthday. Got to our room and was not impressed due to being given 2 single beds when we had ordered a king bed. Went to reception and complained so we were then put back to original room. It was much nicer and the bed was amazing. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Don't have to hang around for the lift as there are 4. When I visit Prague again this is the hotel for me without a doubt.

The hotel is outdated. It has the 90's vibe. They provided very nice buffet breakfast. Rooms and bathroom are also outdated. The toilet was clogged when we checked in and it was so dim. Bathtub is ancient and needs to be replaced even the fixtures. Very uncomfortable to take bath. We had to ask for dental kits and get it from the reception. Good location though. There is a mall and metro Pankrac station behind the hotel

A very nice hotel and for what we needed the perfect location. We found our room very dark, as the lighting was very poor, breakfast was okay, but we felt rushed, as when we were eating the staff wanted to keep clearing the table. The hot water fluctuated in the shower, very hot then cold, and there was a nasty smell came up from a vent in the floor in the bathroom. No teaspoon, and lack of tea bags. There was however, amazing views from our bedroom window.

The hotel looks a bit old from the outside, but the inside really shows refinement. The staff was welcoming at all time, the room clean and spacious, although the bathroom was a bit small. The breakfast was hearty with large choice and the spa is a relief after a long day. The hotel is also very well placed in Prague, not too central yet very close to center through the metro which is 5 min away by foot.

The place is very beautiful and very well kept and it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing stay in Prague. The staff was always very kind and professional and always ready to help with a smile. Loved the sauna and the jacuzzi and fitness area (Advice: try to visit the spa area during midday or whenever it’s not very crowded for a more relaxing experience) and the panoramic view from the last floor was stunning. The rooms are very well kept, modern and clean, the bed was very big and comfortable. The only downside would have to be the breakfast: some things were tasty, like the eggs varieties and hams and salads and so on. However, fruit and pastries weren’t the best so we were a bit disappointed about it, since we expected a bit more. Also the drinks from the bar on the ground floor were pretty bad for the price paid. I hope this can be improved! Overall it was a very pleasant and nice stay!

Really lovely hotel. It is older in style but it is very clean, the rooms are larger than newer hotels, it's well run with good facilities and excellent staff. The spa and gym at the top is an added bonus. Even though it was busy, there was plenty of room. The WiFi worked well. I work remotely and had to work from the hotel, I had no problems. The staff were very friendly which was great to come back to after a less friendly time in the city. The food at the lower floor restaurant was also excellent. I did not eat at the other one but I'm sure it's probably excellent too. Location is good as there is a convenient shopping centre you can walk to without having to even cross a street and it's in a quieter area but still easy to get to the centre.

Very friendly staff. I learned something new during my stay. In order to get all of the outlets and lights to work, you need to put your room key into the box by the door. It makes sense when you see it.

I first chose the Panorama because it was very convenient to the location where I had business. I return there regularly now because: I love the decor. It was completed about 40 years ago and although clearly recently renovated, you can see that many of the original features were retained - obviously very high quality materials. My favourites are the lift and the melamine (I think) desk protectors. Staff are wonderful - polite and professional. Food is great. Prices are reasonable for a good quality hotel. I have not even had the chance yet to visit the wellness centre or gym, but plan on doing so on my next trip.

we were happy with the rooms, the bathroom was fine, it was nice to use the bath. the view was very nice from our room actually. Breakfast was not outstanding but we had a choice and overall enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is okay. Nothing good, and not bad. The rooms are clean and large, a bit outdated. My airco unit did not work but at least you can open the window. The bathroom is so-so. The shower is in the bath and is pretty small. The elevators are a small disaster. If you have bad luck, you have to wait minutes before an elevator arrives. The breakfast is good, but getting into the breakfast area is bad. A waiter who can't speak English is trying to find your room number on a list of hundreds of rooms. Room for improvements. Overall not a bad hotel but also not a good hotel.

The location of the hotel and the staff were very good. As I understand it, the rooms cannot be renovated much as the hotel is located in an old building. It can be preferred if you are traveling for business purposes, it is very affordable in terms of price.

The stay at this hotel was perfect i liked it a lot the service was great friendly staff especially at the bar the girl named Lyubov she is very friendly and always with a smile on her face which is not that common and to mention bartender Natalia she is energetic makes good drinks and just happy to listen to your borring stories and answers you what she thinks. Anyhow it was a great experience to stay at this hotel i recomend it if you like to chat with awesome staff at the bar and just like to be treated by the hotel staff like a humanbeing not just some guest.👍

I have spent just signle night due to friends visit. Hotel crew was polite and helpful, hotel itself in good condition, everything was well maintained, I definitelly did NOT have a feeling that something comes from "communist era" as some other reviewers mentioned. Hotel room was spacey enough, all clean and no issues observed during the stay. Minibar was ready :) Great breakfast with multiple options , all fresh and teasty - here's no commplain at all. What I really liked was the great view from the room :) Swimming pool on 24th floor was the nice as well :) Parking available and no issue. But if I consider that I have parked outside for 550Kc/day it seems to be not well balanced - this should be improved for sure.

The common toilet in the lobby is unpleasant; The reception can’t even assist on lending their guests the universal electric plug; The common hall has unpleasant smell; The AC is not cooling properly. Pillows are worst! I know that it’s a budget hotel but at least they could have provided decent pillows and proper function of the air conditioning as these are basic.

The hotel has its best long time ago. It is quite oldschool. The staff on the other hand is extremely young, most of them are trainees, so everything takes a lot of time and their English requires improvement. The breakfasts were not tasty and varied. When we arrived at 22.00 to the hotel the kitchen was closed, there were no restaurants or shops nearby, so we got some bread with a tiny amount of butter. Unbelievable.

Just checked out this morning from Panorama hotel after staying couple nights with family. Our stay was comfortable. Hotel is very neat and clean. Lobby is very nice. But the rooms are dated. Rooms and bathrooms are showing the age. Loved the gift shop in the hotel. Location is very convenient. Just steps away from the nearest metro and shopping mall. Shopping mall has good eating options.

Went for a couple's weekend. We were able to get early check-in and late check-out for free. The lady at the front desk was not very nice. The hotel is quite old, the appliances as well, has a soviet-era fell. | Room - was quite basic and clean. just ok, nothing fancy, windows can be opened, the air-con works fine but very loud. | Bathroom - very tiny, barely fits 2 at once. Shower inside the bath with curtain. Tap to run the water in sink was barely working, hair dryer from the 80's.| SPA - very very basic. pool is small, jacuzzi is always full. gym is a laugh, just random equipment standing very close to each other. | Breakfast/Restaurant - for a vegan there is barely anything to eat, there are some vegetarian options. | Staff - after several interactions with the staff I have mixed feelings, but the first impression was not great. everyone barely smiles and not often uses the works like "please" "thank you" or "how can I help" etc.
