This hotel is in a great location, close to all your sights and restaurants. The Red Bar's staff, Peter and Klaudia, were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a visit to Prague. You can take an uber from St. Charles Bridge for less than $20, or you can do the 30 minute walk.

Nice cozy rooms with a coofe machine and water heater in the room. Bathroom and toilets were clean. Very close to tram/bus station and a big mall. 20 mins walk to old town. Breakfast was good and they also have a bar at the ground level.

Very very clean and comfortable. The rooms are nicely appointed and have good beds/bedding. Breakfast is nice, with great coffee/espresso machines. The lobby always smells lovely and the people are kind and helpful. The bar is a bit intimidating (like an S&M club), but that’s ok. The funicular is a nice touch but there’s really not much to see up there and the staff at the desk can be a little snobby. Really not located near “the sights”, and kind of hard to get to given the flow of the traffic.

Pleasant Stay Marred by Unpleasant Experience at Red Wine Bar I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a positive experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, boasted a convenient location, and the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. However, my stay was marred by the unfortunate behavior of the staff at the Red Wine Bar. On the first day, we attributed their demeanor to a potentially tough day, but unfortunately, the discriminatory behavior persisted over the following days. This type of conduct is unacceptable, especially in an establishment of this caliber. While I highly recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, prime location, and comfortable rooms, I strongly advise against patronizing the Red Wine Bar until the management addresses and rectifies the unacceptable behavior exhibited by its staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at NH Hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel deserves a solid four-star rating, as it exceeded my expectations in most aspects. The ambiance and cleanliness of NH Hotel were impressive. The rooms were well-maintained, comfortable, and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay. While most of my experience at NH Hotel was exceptional, there was one area that could use a slight improvement – the restaurant. While the food was decent, I found it to be lacking that extra touch to make it truly outstanding. The selection was good, but the flavors didn't quite live up to the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. However, this minor setback does not overshadow the overall quality of NH Hotel. The convenient location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would highly recommend NH Hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With a little fine-tuning in the restaurant department, it has the potential to become a truly outstanding destination.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Especially the bed was super comfy and the mattress felt new. The rooms are bright and have air conditioning as well as heating. They’re quiet, despite looking onto a busy street. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. Location wise it’s well located, about a 10 minute walk from a busy tram station that takes you everywhere. A cool feature is the free cable far to the terrace with a nice view of prague. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with fresh fruit, bread and all kinds of pastries. Lots of stuff is prepared freshly on request! There are good vegan options available for breakfast too, just ask the staff!

Also, we appreciated the great service and attention of Nikola Vánová who took care nicely of all our requests. Last but not less the cleaning room service teams who helps us during the evening. Stayed at this hotel 2 times. Please note that the rooms at the top and in the lower buildings are quite different !!! 1st time we lived in the upper / new building. Our room was located in the top of hill &we used special & funny lift. we had small green garden near our room/like small green terrace with amazing view. we had very comfortable room, extremely clean & fully-equipped. we had various &tasty breakfast in the big clean terrace. At night was quite. it was cool/ but 2nd time we lived in the lower/old building. our room was located on the 4th floor, it was much simpler. There was very hot, but it was impossible to open the window to the street, the ventilation was very weak. it was horrible. breakfast was much simpler, less variety. there were a lot of people during breakfast and the staff did not have time to clean up after them. Also in the bathroom the water in the washbasin did not drain/horrible. But mostly it's a nice hotel which located in a good place with friendly staff.

After a good experience shocked about the fact that the welcome snack and drink has been charged at a ridiculous price. The tiny bottle wine 12€ at minibar rate and the tiny pringles tin at 4€ - which is a ridiculous price. 28€ at all - thank you for a nice goodbye… After contacting service nobody cares. I should read the Hotel app! This has to be marked clearly - there’s no information at all in the room info. Complaints not answered/ignored. I still wait for answer - but I guess mail complaint will also be unsuccessful. There was no pricing information at all on the table or room information! This is not acceptable!

Great rooms. Even you can open a door to the garden from your room for fresh air. Filled fridge with cold drinks. Bed is very good. Staff super friendly. Great breakfast.

Just checked out today, what an amazing hotel. The staff were incredible and the fercilitys were fantastic. The staff can not do enough for you and are very polite. The room was more than sufficient for us the bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. My favourite part was definitely the breakfast if you stay here you have to try the breakfast 💯. I can not wait to come back. The hotel is also surrounded by lovely restaurants and not far from the main shopping destination just a little walk away, the night life is also very active around this area.
