Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Prague. Amazing the perfect location and beautiful views, smooth check-in. The room was modern and very clean. But the service was not great. Some service at the front door is so rude we paid for parking at the parking lot but they think maybe we are the wrong parking they come and asked to look unhappy and unwelcome to our stay in the hotel maybe my hubby and I are Asians. It made for a very stressful experience. The staff was not friendly at the 8-floor breakfast and make me feel look like not respect us make me uncomfortable felt very harassed and hurried for breakfast. I am American Canadian we almost stay everywhere. I support Hilton Hotel because we are Americans. Breakfast was awesome I will definitely be staying at this hotel because I love kindness. I hope the staff needs to try to respect everyone the same better friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would suggest that this might be the Hilton for everyone, it’s sad to see the Hilton brand heading this way. I would like to give very special thanks to the Hilton family and team Hilton’s for always support for our Troops overseas, Veterans, and Military Families and always being so sweet and accommodating really appreciated your team support. I will definitely consider staying and supporting them again if I travel everywhere and will support Hilton! ❤️

One of our better experiences at Hilton. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. For example, we stopped at the member lounge one evening and were told no seating was available. The host took us down to the bar and then had food brought from the lounge to our table. A full service restaurant is available for breakfast with a buffet that has anything you could want. Full service bar was a nice place to stop for drinks ahead of dinner. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Mini fridge and safe were in the room. Big fluffy bath towels in the bathroom. Hotel is a short walk from all Old Town Prague attractions and bars/restaurants. Concierge desk available. Two thumbs up.

Our stay at the Hilton Prague old town hotel was really good. The hotel has a great location, the iconic landmarks of Prague are within walking distance. The hotel itself is clean, parking is available nearby at 600kc a day. Parking place has maximum height of 2.0m, it is quite challenging to park there, but over the course of our 3 day visit it was never full. Due to the diamond status of my wife we received an upgrade to a 9th floor suite (928) the room itself was nice and had some nice views of the city. The bathroom clean but placement of a toilet all the way in the end was not logic. The breakfast menu is extensive, also a lot of options children would like. Special omelettes and sandwiches can be made on request. These are worth it, so give them a try. What makes this hotel exceptional is the staff, the hostess at the breakfast always greeted us with a smile and lead us to a desired table. The staff is really attentive when it comes to needs of the guests, they notice gestures and empty plates. A special compliment for Mohamed who was working in the executive lounge on Wednesday and Thursday. He knows what service is all about. Gave us some great sightseeing tips and had a friendly chat with our family. Some people have a passion for hospitality, thank you Mohamed!

We enjoyed our stay at this property and appreciated the attention given to Diamond members. The breakfast buffet downstairs is extensive and was good. The hotel has been well kept and was clean. The elevators were fast. Great location. We did have many issues with the room keys not working but understand the system was just about to be completely replaced days after we checked out, so that’s good news for future guests. Also, we thought the size of the executive lounge was a little small. There were times when we couldn’t get a seat.

Well maintained hotel with professional and friendly staff. The room was pretty big and clean. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and good, and you can order omelets freshly made. The restaurant also serves great food, the goulash is recommended!

I give Hilton Prague Old Town a solid 4+. Good breakfast selection, nice clean rooms and for most parts a nice, calm and quiet atmosphere. The check in process took way too long, yes sure I had two make two separate bookings due to a change in flight schedule but I was in contact with the front desk before my arrival to sort this out but unfortunately that did not really help a lot... Would I book this place again? Probably not. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is nice but in all honesty I've stayed at better hotels that have less stars.

The hotel's prime location in the heart of Prague's Old Town makes it a highly convenient choice. Guests can easily explore popular attractions such as the Astronomical Clock, Municipal Building, and Powder Tower, as they are within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to the metro station and tram stops, which provide direct access to notable destinations like Petrin Tower, Charles Bridge, and Prague Castle, adds to its appeal. While the hotel itself offers a pleasant stay, there is room for improvement when it comes to their breakfast options. Enhancing the quality and taste of the breads, yogurts, and smoothies would greatly enhance the overall breakfast experience. Despite this aspect, the hotel's excellent location and the value it provides make it a favorable choice for accommodation in Prague.

This is one of the best Hilton hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel is close to everything. You can walk to the mall or any other store you wish. This area has a lot of great restaurants to choose from. They have security and 24hr staff willing to do anything to keep the customers happy.

Great location, very convenient hotel with well equipped room, friendly concierge service and reception desk. Good for kids and children's with restaurant and bar on side, gym and sauna for your convenience. Parking available at extra charge. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel in a great location to explore beautiful Prague. The staff were superb - from check in to the service received during my stay. I had a super room, but should have had an upgrade (company deal). No problem for me as the room was perfect, but the management offered to move me and when I decided to stay where I was, they presented me with a gift of snacks, chocolates and cold Czech beer. Very nice touch and attentive to the customer. Will be back, as a tourist next time, not work!

This is not the first time I’m being hosted at this hotel, each time had its own issues but this time unfortunately, wins. From the moment of checking in (Took over 30 minutes with an unprofessional person at the desk) till the moment of checking out (we had to come back twice to unblock the parking card we paid for) everything in our experience was bad. The room we received smelled like cigarettes and perfume, as if someone was living there just a moment before we entered. When asked to maybe get a different room I was told The smell in the room is OK - not that the hotel is in full capacity or that it’s difficult to find a different room, no, I was told that the smell I smell is fine and I need to grow up. We were sitting in the lobby for a few drinks before leaving to the city center, I wish I could tell you the service was quick, efficient and kind but it took over one hour and a half to get to drinks, a club sandwich that was as if it was bought from a gas station and bottle of water that was room temperature while Prague was celebrating with over 30°. As it was hot we obviously wanted to freshen up, The AC in the rooms was just moving hot air from one side to another, the water pressure at the showers was a slow stream at best and in general the whole experience felt cheap and uncomfortable, let alone unprofessional. For the price range of a room per night I would expect far more.

I'm terribly sorry, but this might have been a review by my butt as I reviewed nothing in the past 20 hours. My stay at the Hilton was excellent, the service fantastic and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is Prague... which is amazing no matter what street you walk into.

Lovely staff, spacious and clean room with comfortable bed. The shower pressure was very low, everything else was spot on for our stay. Breakfast was a great spread, good value.

Fabulous location (don't confuse this one with the other nearby Hilton!). Rooms were large with stylish decor, and well maintained. Some cleanliness issues though, as our 'do not disturb' sign was stuck to the bar with some old coffee, some other things on the walls, etc. Would appreciate a switch to refilled toiletries rather than having single use. Pricey, but overall a good stay.

Easy check in, and like many places staff spoke excellent English. Room was spotless and well furnished. TV had a great selection of TV channels in multiple languages.

Great central location for this very comfortable hotel, great decor in lobby and restaurant. Superb breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff throughout. Only downside was the executive lounge which was overcrowded with families and their kids for happy hour but the Zinc Bar is actually much nicer for drinks and breakfast downstairs is also not to be missed, so not much reason to venture into the Exec lounge. I would definitely stay there again when back

There are two Hilton hotels in Prague. This one is better than the other one in many ways. First of all, its location is perfect, you can easily walk to old town area. Secondly, this one feels like a hotel, the other one being huge and spaces massive. The executive lounge is awesome. The rooms are at typical Hilton standard and the breakfast is wonderful with variety of choices to choose from. Highly recommended

Here is my experience with Hilton Prague old town 1. Room is clean and Corner room is fantastic. Toilet seat is little low and flush is not very smooth from time to time. 2. Executive lounge: provides different main dish & soup every night which is great and staffs are friendly & helpful. 3. I have breakfast at hotel restaurant. The design is not very invited and buffet selection is average. Hilton could provide better coffee. 4. Hotel staffs are very helpful. I have good time over there. 5. Easy to get local currencies at UniCredit Bank with passport. Exchange rate & service fee is reasonable. 6. Next Door by imperial is a very good restaurant.- 3 minute walk.

Recommended for Family with a simple swimming pool but its enough to amused the children, please kindly do not bring your huge swimming property or water toys to avoid uncomfortable movement for other swim mate. Do not skip the breakfast because they have wonderful food. Don't forget to order poach egg. I love it so much. You can order hot chocolate for kiddos as well, they also have children corner for breakfast. The bed is very comfortable. but the Sofa bed is comfortable for children only. Its hurt my hips when I woke up. Hotel in the heart of old town, railway station, several supermarket surrounding. Other nice thing of the hotel location, behind of the hotel there is a Shopping center Palladium with Food court. We will definitely come back again.

This is by far the best Hilton we have ever stayed in. Rooms are clean. Staff is amazing and friendly. Restaurants and the breakfast are top notch. Fairly centrally located. Prague is very much a walking town and this hotel is near the main squares to walk or catch a sight seeing tour. Only go with the CITY SIGHTING PRAGUE in yellow writing on a red bus. Not the others.

A fantastic hotel located perfectly in the centre of the historic part of Prague. The hotel itself has a modern approach and offers a lot of amenities, like a reasonable sized wellness-area with sauna. The Restaurant, where the breakfast is also served, is fashionably designed. The breakfast itself is fantastic and offers a great variety and lovely staff. The Location offers a parking garage, which is ideal for guests travelling via car. The only little critique I have to offer concerns the technological equipment of the room. The lack of streaming services and of a bluetooth box were unfortunate, but still okay. All in all this is a perfect hotel which i would love to visit again.

Spent one night at this location and it was fantastic. Very comfortable room, excellent location, and a comprehensive breakfast in a very comfortable dining room. Ryan at the check-in desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this location if you’re in Prague. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the astronomical clock, and 30 minutes or so to the castle.

  • 4/5 R T. 5 months ago on Google
Excellent location to see all the main attractions. You can walk to river cruise, clock, bridge etc. There is a grocery store across the street and mall next door. Good restaurants in the mall and outside. Take the breakfast option and also use the lounge if you have access as it is decent to relax in the evening with a beer and some food. The other hilton nearby looked a little far away from everything as we crossed it going to the airport. Book taxi ride for a good fare of around $25 one-way to the hotel and you do not need any transportation after that except may be going to the castle if you cannot walk far.

Really great hotel near so much in Old Town. The breakfast buffet had a lot of fresh selections and was easy to go to from the room. The staff was very accommodating and polite. Really great stay and would stay here again!

Good location. Good breakfast, the same every day, but lots of choices. One can say that it is good since you will not be surprised something unexpected in the morning :-) Good Lounge offer. Nice and clean room. Helpful front desk staff.

Don't have enough good things to say about the hotel. Room is nice and clean and, most importantly, the service is amazing. The hotel is also located at a great spot, close to everything you need. Far better than the other Hilton in Prague if you're debating where to stay (stayed at both) and this one wins by a mile. Will definitely stay here again :)

Great location and price wasn’t terrible. However as a gold member Hilton status. We were hoping to get a room upgrade. I didn’t think the “executive “ rooms seemed any different than regular rooms. The hotel itself is very clean and updated. The social hour serves beer and wine and champagne from 6 pm to 7 pm. The beer is 4€ not during social hour. So if you stay in a executive room wait until social hour.

I'll start by saying the staff is probably one of the best I've ever experienced and I travel A LOT. very accommodating and friendly and most speak English (when you come to someone else's country don't expect that, learn some of theirs). room and amenities we're fine for the most part. hotel was actually pretty clean and I would normally give 3 stars for any other 'clean' hotel just because my expectations and criteria are high, this place would get 4.5. my only complaints would be that my AC was not working well and breakfast was honestly kinda gross (eggs were clearly fake and under cooked and no option for requests) among other things they served.

Excelent location in the old town and near metro station. Nice rooms, good food. Staff are also respectful and helpful. Only thing was dissapointing its the gym and pool both small and poor. Price is worth the service and the place.

Nice hotel with all the usual you'd expect from the chain. Nice staff, clean room and a decent restaurant. However, this is not what would give you a local experience. I believe it caters to business and international travellers who want a risk free and consistent experience

The staff, room appointments, amenities, food and bar at the Hilton Prague Old Town were very good, highly recommend it for a stay in the old town area. It is conveniently located right above a metro station, and is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the river, old town square, Christmas Market, and hundreds of shops, restaurants, stores, and things to do. I enjoyed my stay, and cannot imagine that it would be otherwise for you.

Good location, easy to park in parking garage! My small dog was allowed to stay with us (40€) which is always a bonus. The staff were friendly and attentive. The executive lounge is now off the main bar on the main level. Small snacks and happy hour are great! The room was fantastic, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful, nice options with additional chef specials you can order. Absolutely loved our stay at Hilton Prague Old Town.

Loved staying here! The staff is so helpful and welcoming to the point of you feel like you're coming to visit "friends" who happen to work at the hotel. The hotel is located in an absolutely perfect location. I can't wait to go back to Prague and I will without a doubt be staying here again.

The breakfast is amazing! Staff was nice. Hotel itself is a bit older already, but quite alright. Only issue is that from a five star hotel I would expect just a bit more obliging. Could have been also a four star hotel…

Stayed for 3 nights which I bought as a surprise for my wife on out anniversary. Very disappointed in the entire experience. On check in it transpired that the hotel failed to charge my card when I booked, an oversight they openly admitted, then tried to charge me the full walk in rate rather than the pre payment rate. Biggest issue was that it forced me to discuss the cost of my wife's present in front of her. First morning we went down for breakfast only to discover that breakfast wasn't included in the rate I selected, I am adamant I opted for breakfast when booking but unfortunately it didn't mention one way or the other on my booking confirmation, can't be 100% sure that this wasn't my fault but would be close to 90% and given the drama at check in I would have expected at least an offer of a discount on adding breakfast. The swimming pool and sauna were also very disappointing, swimming pool is the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel and the sauna wasn't hot enough either. Also once when we were there, a guy was lying on one of the loungers with his phone, made my wife very self conscious that he was taking pictures of her in her swin suit, not the hotels fault you might say but I didn't see one member of staff in the health club in my 3 visits during the stay, clearly under staffed. Hotel is very clean and modern, but so are Holiday Inns.... not the standard of service or hospitality I would expect from a big brand "luxury" hotel. Overall a big let down, won't be back.

  • 5/5 Oliver P. 2 years ago on Google
Just staid one night to explore the city. We had a huge room which was excellent for our needs. Just the Sauna was to hot. 110 degrees inside. Thermostat outside showed 98. Good in walking distance to old Town. Had to leave early in the morning, so no idea how breakfast was.

  • 4/5 Andrew T. 2 years ago on Google
Well situated near the city centre and close to many bars, restaurants and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable and clean room. We had a twin deluxe room. Breakfast was very nice for both buffet and a la carte options. Swimming pool is a little small and can get busy. In general, would recommend and would stay again.

  • 5/5 Rob B. 1 year ago on Google
Lovely hotel, just a short distance from the main square. Good gym and nice little pool with jest steam for swimmers and a sauna. Bar and restaurant very good all with excellent service all round. My only gripe was that my room was next to the housekeeping storage room, I got woken quite early a few days from the noises. Overall though, an excellent hotel in an excellent location.

  • 4/5 ASHLEY B. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent room with separate sitting area and huge luggage storage area near closets. The pool closed too early at 9, didn't get to use it at all and it was key card locked. Breakfast and social hour were excellent and staffed with servers. Bath towels were the best I've ever had in any hotel ever. Location was great, easy walking distance to the square. Car service available and used to go to the airport. One rude guy on overnight desk duty wouldn't let me borrow a luggage scale but the morning staff would, very strange. All other staff were very friendly, professional, and I would stay here again.

Very good location, nice hotel but unfortunately the price is to high in comparison with another hotels in Prague. Rooms are very small, bathrooms as 3* hotel..., but the service- 1'st class ! Very professional especially in the restaurant, Ladies are so kind and so professional and at the bar - Men, as well. Breakfast very good and delicious coffee:)

  • 5/5 William B. 1 year ago on Google
Stayed for 4 nights, really good location close to sights, bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Great bar staff. Breakfast offers a good choice and some made to order items such as eggs Benedict etc. Rooms are spacious and modern.

  • 2/5 Victor 1 year ago on Google
Good staff. Beds are extra firm which is standard with Hilton, but be warned, when I say firm I mean firm. No sound proofing and no blackout curtains and there is some construction in the area. I won’t go on because there are far better options. Try The Grand Mark Prague hotel around the corner which is a luxury 5 star hotel with divine food, service and rooms are amazing, and it’s cheaper.

One of the best Hiltons I have stayed at! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was the best in quality and variety that I have seen for a hotel. The location was wonderful in the old part of Prague. The rooms were nice and clean. I could sleep in the bed the rest of my life! My wife and I enjoyed the sauna and pool. I'm trying to think of one thing that I would suggest as an improvement and I cannot think of anything. Hence the 5 stars in every category!
