This is one of the best five star hotels in the old town. The room was very clean and cozy. Staff were way more friendly and eager to help than most of that in the Marriott properties in the US. Somehow my experience tells that the worst services you can get at a Marriott hotel always happens in the US. Anyway, one thing disappointing my stay was that I got a club level room with access to the executive lounge, fje lounge was closed due to renovation. But the lady who checked me in failed to tell me that I would have access to the food or drink bar. So basically I paid extra $ for nothing.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It feels as if it's brand new all the way from the lobby to the rooms. Nice hotel. The staff at the hotel were amazing throughout. The suites are spacious and comfortable. The beds are a bit hard but the pillows were nice. The M Club lounge was great for breakfast, soups, afternoon teas and everything else.

Everything about this hotel screams 5 star! The rooms are excellent luxurious. The lobby, lounge, restaurant, gym, etc are all refined. The M Club here is one of the best I've been to with great selection of beers and wine. The spread was decent, but wish they had some hot food options. From check-in to check-out the service was great. I stayed here for 2 nights and was upgraded to a suite which was one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in of any hotel. They recognized it was my birthday and had a bottle of champagne and chocolates waiting for me! So nice! I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Prague!

The Prague Marriot Hotel is beautiful with excellent friendly staff. The hotel is spotless, and they take your health and safety seriously. The hotel is located ideally for sightseeing and is only a few blocks from the central train station. We had a great experience.

The Marriott Prague was beautiful. We were there for vacation and had contemplated staying at a Luxury Collection property - but this hotel was perfect. It seemed like a brand new hotel, the rooms were spacious with great layouts. The hotel restaurant was wonderful and we actually ate a meal there besides breakfast one day. I can't say enough good things about the property - great value for the price but most of all an enjoyable stay.

My favorite place to stay in Prague. The Artesian restaurant and bar are great (but pricey!) The Executive "M Club" lounge is very nice for drinks and light fare. Rooms are comfortable, but the best part is the staff. Super friendly and accommodating.

We are just finishing up a nice 3 day stay here. The staff has been great. Great service and super accommodating. (Special thanks to Emma at the front desk for getting us into a room when ours wasn't ready when we arrived a bit early.) I am Marriott Titanium so even though the M Club wasn't open, they gave us breakfast in the restaurant buffet. Lots of options and everything was good. For the evening, we get a small plate of food and a drink. Again, service was outstanding. Location was great too, it was only a quick 10m walk to the old town square to see the clock. Tons of restaurant and shopping options near by. We haven't taken the tram yet but it seems there's a stop about a block away. We ended up grabbing a couple of scooters and riding over to the castle which only took about 20m or so. We upgraded to the 1br suite which was on the smaller side but still plenty of room. The living room had 3 steps up to a balcony with a garden outside which was a nice touch. Overall a great stay and I would totally stay here again the next time I come to Prague.

Fantastic place for a week(end) stay. Service across the board is stellar, with great, courteous staff on-site. Concierges are knowledgeable of the area and very resourceful. The rooms are as you'd expect from a Marriott and offer excellent comfort after a long day. The hotel is neatly situated close to historical sites and there are bars, shopping areas and supermarkets right around the corner. Highly recommended!

The entrance is decorated with a great taste. 🎄 The security is very friendly and understanding.💪🏻 The food is delicious and has a variety of options for every taste. One thing I would like to highlight is the chef cook Solomon, who has not just a high competence, but is very kind, polite, communicative and courteous. Thank you so much for letting me having the experience of being treated like a queen. I would definitely recommend this Marriott hotel to everybody! ❤️👌🏻

After a five star hotel I expected good and friendly service. Unfortunately it happened differently. We booked and paid for a room overlooking the city, we got one with a view of the inner courtyard where there was almost no daylight at all - the staff did not see any problem with it, they claimed that those rooms were over and the topic was over. It required a lot of discussion and nerves, explaining the situation and transferring to another room, which somehow appeared! hotel nice and clean, however overall not a pleasant experience for the price

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. One of the best overall places in terms of service, location, cleanliness, M Club, and the rooms. The staff go way above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome to the property and throughout the stay. I know I’ll be back in Prague and definitely know the only hotel in town I’ll stay in. :-)

Stayed at this hotel at the end of our Danube River cruise. It was a great end to a memorable experience! The hotel is in a great location, is comfortable, and offers some great amenities. We especially enjoyed the little cafe! We only wish we had a room with even a little bit of a view of the city. Otherwise, the staff and hotel were great. I would definitely book here again on the next visit to beautiful Prague!

What’s not to love about this hotel? Our stay was excellent in every way. Great location, walk to all of the great sites within the area. Love the hotels dining options, with kudos to the staff at the M Club. Thanks to the front desk staff for providing us to go meal at 3am for our ride to airport.

Prague Marriott Hotel was great. It is conveniently located to shops and sightseeing locations. Employees went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was first class with a wide selection of foods. All beautifully presented and exceptionally tasty. The room was spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

A fantastic hotel perfectly situated for exploring the city center, very modern and well-maintained with friendly and helpful staff available from the moment you step through the door. The breakfast buffet is exceptional and a great way to start the day, with plenty of options for those with gluten allergies. The room was very comfortable and quiet, no complaints about any of the provided amenities. The fitness room is pretty well equipped with a range of resistance and cardio machines and a selection of dumbbells for free weight workouts. There are also showers and towels provided immediately outside the fitness room. If you have access to the M Suite you will be treated like royalty! Great complimentary snacks and drinks on demand and a very comfortable storage to relax. Even without this though the lounge area on the ground floor is spacious and comfortable with an excellent bar and food options available. Possibly the only thing missing is a guest-operated laundry room, but there is a same-day laundry service available which is not *too* expensive. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to treat themselves!

Here we are at the last of our 4 day stay at the Prague Marriott. It may very well be one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. Everything is truly top notch with Mark Agnew, the Hotel Manager, making our stay extra special. The entire staff is very well trained and attentive without being intrusive. The rooms are clean and well appointed. My only gripe would be lack of a spa or pool. Otherwise amazing. The M club is an excellent lounge.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, Old Town! Very walkable to the best parts of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful and on site restaurants and bars were fabulous. If you have status, the M Club at this property is fantastic with great food and drinks. Highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic hotel. I don't know exactly how Marriott brands its hotels but I feel like this hotel should be a JW or something more. Its got a fresh, modern look. The Artisan restaurant is fantastic. Rooms are really nice and the staff is great. Best Marriott I've been to in years (and I stay at 10-15 per year).

Very helpful staff. The rooms were very nice and clean, with good features. The toilet had a small leak that they couldn't solve while we were there. Great location, near old town.

Great reception staff (also in terms of sizing - no queue upon arrival) Good and quiet rooms, with very comfy mattresses and well decorated bathrooms. Breakfast is great by buffet variety and freshness but dinner options are not amazing (and obviously fully biased towards meat). A car park is also available. Recommended for business use!

Excellent service! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with good varieties. As a Titanium member I was upgraded to a family suite and because the M Club is still closed I was able to have some daily nice snacks and dessert at restaurant and free beverages all day long.

All the things that I wanted in a hotel; excellent customer service and very convenient location. Parking is next door but you can pay at the hotel. The ground floor had very enjoyable places to meet and relax. Restaurant had delicious food. Our room was awesome. Even though it is on a busy street and near the train station it was nice and quiet inside. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming staff, great location. Very nice upgrades and amenities for Titanium Elite. The evening snacks and drinks are one of the best I’ve seen in a Marriott property. Prague is a beautiful city and this is the recommended Hotel to stay while visiting! Staff to highlight are Janina from front desk and Serena from the lounge!

We chose to stay here as it was very close to the train station and located in the heart of Prague. The hotel is an easy walk to many of the main sights and shopping areas of central Prague. The hotel is in a commercial building with other offices and is modern and clean. There is a large dining area in the main lobby and an "M" club lounge which requires card access just off to the side with drinks and light snacks. I used some rewards I had to upgrade our room to the "M" level which seems to be in a slightly different part of the hotel. Our room was in a penthouse area and had a nice terrace/garden with beautiful views of the city. We couldn't take much advantage of it except for photos as it was winter and a bit chilly. The layout of the room had to accommodate some odd angles of the roof so I hit my head a couple of times getting ready for bed. I'm not that tall but others (especially taller people) may have some real issues in part of the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and we enjoyed the variety of fresh food available to us each morning. The staff was friendly and professional and had no problems with English. The concierge team was great and helped us book a restaurant and dinner cruise on short notice. Overall I'd be happy to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone coming to Prague.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Beautiful lobby, amazing breakfast, perfect location, and spacious, clean rooms. It was a wonderful stay. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Prague. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. 5 stars!

I was at the hotel for 5 days recently. The staff is incredibly friendly. The women at the M Lounge are super nice and they go an extra mile to make you feel comfortable and give you what you need. The guys at the front desk were also super helpful accommodating my request to get a room on a top floor with a view (thank you Lubos for being so persistent and make it work - it really made my stay incredible!) Other than that, the rooms are good (spacious and clean) and the gym is super good too. The breakfast is also very nice (salmon is very yummy!)

Absolutely amazing experience from the moment I checked in. Extremely friendly staff, made me feel special from the set go. A fairly modern hotel, looks recently refurbished, I had a suite which was very large and modern. It was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. The food at this hotel is phenomenal. I had executive lounge access and I was blown away with the variety of snacks and food put out every day. The drink selection is superior. The location of this hotel is excellent, would highly recommend. I will definitely be visiting again. Fantastic hotel.

Good location only a short walk to the center. Breakfast was good too. Acknowledged my wife's titanium status with a room upgrade - rare these days with Marriott.

Great hotel that was newly renovated. Rooms were clean and quiet even though the bathroom could have been a bit modernized as well (no stand in shower). The location is unbeatable.

Classy and Stylish Marriott This Marriott well-exceeded my expectations. What i expected was a bland and plastic Marriott but instead got treated to a classier, stylish and almost posh version that could have been classified as a higher layer of the chains multiple hotel brands. Great value for money given the upgrade we got (thanks to the elite membership level) and the price we paid. LOCATION: Lovely location close to public transportation and 10 minute walk away from the medieval heart of old town DINE + DRINK: Lovely gourmet restaurant, cafe and bar at Lobby level that serves good breakfast as well as a nice spread for the Happy hour in the evening for Elite Marriott members ROOM: We stayed in 759, which was a SUITE room, so this review is based on that; VIEW:Sweet view of the street and the Old town at a distance ; SIZE: Very spacious suite with a huge living room, dining/working area and a cute bedroom area; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Huge bathroom with a bathtub and Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Lovely spa quality cosmetics FACILITIES: Very good Gym with a good range of weights and Cardio machines. This was actually one of the highlights of the hotel! SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home, and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. HUGE Plasma TV screens (one each in the living room and Bedroom) dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages COVID UPDATE: THe property has done an excellent job of ensuring safety, social distancing and hygiene to minimise the risk as much as possible. Especially the Common areas and Restaurant had a good implementation of the required rules

Very clean hotel with restaurant and bar. Spacious rooms with coffee, tea, water, and beer in-suite. Gym in basement clean with men and women's locker rooms with showers. Lots of gym equipment - free weights as well as machines. Hotel within walking distance to historical sites.
