The Hotel is close to city center and public transport, with a grocery store in less than 5 minutes walk. The staff are very well organized and everyone knows his or her responsibilities and really helpfull. The breakfast was multitude of dishes, fresh and the hot is hot and the cold as it should be. The coffee is amazing, grinds freshly in the automated machine. The rooms are clean and the electricity in them in the right location. The elevators might seem confusing in the first try, but they are smart. After you understand them, they will be very easy and helpful. Definitely I‘ll pick this Hotel in my next visit to Prague.

We always try to stay at a Hilton hotel when we travel as the cost is quite reasonable and the rooms are generally clean and of a decent size. This hotel is massive and very impressive inside and seems to be geared towards the businessman. Our room was quite spacious with a side view so we caught the sunrise every morning. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful although quite expensive. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. Initially we thought the hotel was too far from the city centre but we found a beautiful walking route along the river which we loved.

I was impressed how huge this hotel is. I was there a couple of days on a business meeting and everything was organized flawlessly. Rooms were very comfortable and food was exceptionally tasty. The fitness room was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. There is also a pool and sauna.

Overall, it was a phenomenal experience. My only suggestion would be regarding the breakfast buffet: they are open til 10:30am, however for those of us who enjoy a late breakfast, they tend to start putting away all the food by 10:20am, and they are very fast and efficient at doing this, so there is not much left by 10:30am. And they ask us to leave by 10:50ish to prepare for the next event... I personally just didn't enjoy being rushed while eating a late breakfast. And the breakfast is amazing!!!

Beautiful hotel. The staff was great checking us in. We used the executive lounge twice. They had a great selection of drinks and snacks during cocktail hour. Breakfast was nice as well. Had a lovely experience and would return.

Very beautiful hotel. I got great sleep. Great beds and well insolated walls. I could not hear anything from the halls. The restaurant/bar is elegant and the food is delicious. However, even if you ask for tap water, they will give you "filter water" on a very beautiful jar and charge you per each person who ordered water. We could had order only one instead of paying for each one. Well, the service was great. Really appreciate them speaking Enlgilsh.

Overall great hotel. The hotel is a massive courtyard with rooms facing in. There is a restaurant/Caffè in the courtyard. Reception is on level 1 with helpful staff. The "bellboy" was very pleasant and helpful. I had a question about the hotel location and I was dismissed by a manager and sent to the "bellboy". I was disappointed that this manager could not spare his time with me. Made me feel unwelcome. The rooms are large and well-presented. They were clean and had everything I needed for my stay, sleepers and bathrobe. The shower gel and other soaps were nice and smelt lovely without leaving the skin dry because of the alcohol like most hotel cheap overproduce ones. A very nice choice. There is a large double shower. The bedroom was large with a queen-size bed. The toilet room is separated from the rest of the bathroom which is OK but it is so small and has so many things sticking out like the corner of the sink and door handle that I ended up having a couple of bruises on my arms. I am a slim size 8 UK, not sure how a male or many people can use this toilet comfortably or without twisting. The housekeeping were helpful and keep the place sparkling clean. There were some very loud guests.

We arrived at 4pm on a Saturday, and the Hilton honors check-in desk downstairs was empty, however there were 3 receptionists at the regular check-in and 1 concierge. We waited in the Hilton honors line, as we're Diamond members, and were attended after 4 people who arrived after us, in the regular line. Never being acknowledged for 20 minutes. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, has great location to all of Prague, room service is very timely, and the spa is amazing (and includes sauna, steam room, and indoor pool). The housekeeping is wonderful, restocking all minibar items and complimentary water bottles daily. The bathroom is wonderful with a soaking tub and many amenities/toiletries. Executive lounge is fabulous! They have snacks and drinks all day, wine, liquor, food from 5-7pm and ample seating options, very chic decor. Staff is friendly and they clean constantly. We requested late checkout on our last morning and were denied that because they were expecting over 100 new guests that day, however they did grant us access to the Executive lounge after leaving the room until we left for the airport.

Very nice & especially loved the beautiful & large selection at breakfast. I really enjoyed the breakfast especially. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Didn't spend much time in the hotel, was there for work, but overall it looked nice. The rooftop bar is beautiful but a bit overpriced.

The hotel is close to the old town, the metro and a whole bunch of trams which is obviously very useful. The atrium restaurant has such a large space and selection for breakfast in the morning. The cafe bistro being open 24/7 is helpful, the food is good and the staff are attentive. The rooms were clean and gorgeous and generally very nice. Only downside I would say if that the Cloud 9 area is closed for off season - would have been nice to go up just to look at the views. We would love to stay here again. The picture is the view from our hotel room on the 6th floor.

I would give 5 stars if the outlet in the bathroom was working. In general, this hotel is awesome! Nice size pool with great sauna and steam room. Executive lounge offers great breakfast and happy hours in the afternoon. The location is next to the river, excellent view if you live on the high floors. Staff are very friendly. There was a little issue with the smell in the lobby on the 8th floor due to the pool maintenance based on the staff. My friend's room AC was not working properly. But I have to say this will be definitely the place I will stay again if I ever go back to Prague.

Perfect sizes of the rooms, l loved the sizes of the TV in the rooms, very big! Good location, we took a casual walk to the old city. Lady at the reception helped me to understand my bill in such a friendly manner. Good job GM, l saw you at the Lobby all the times.

Great hotel on verynice location in Prague. If you like this type of hotels and planning to stay in Prague for while, location nearby subway, river and very close to old town, make it perfect. Thanks fact it is not located directly in old town it if more quite area with options to shop and paying normal prices, not like overpriced old town.

  • 4/5 Evan Z. 9 months ago on Google
A nice hotel located just outside old town Prague. The staff members at front desk are very friendly and professional, and I was offered an upgrade to a junior suite when checking in. The room was nice, modern and spacious (except for bathroom). Breakfast in the lobby has good variety. The food and drink selection during happy hour at the executive lounge is also very nice. Some cons: the bathroom is small and there’s no separate shower (only bathtub). The bathroom sink is very low. I think the bathroom needs remodeling in the future. Also, I tried to call the front desk several times but none were answered so I had to come down myself.

I visited the Hilton in Prague for a business meeting and expected to be satisfied. The hotel certainly met my expectations. Its elegant and comfortable ambiance was ideal for our gathering. The bar offers excellent drinks with a wide selection. What really pleased me was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. So, for me, it's definitely a thumbs up.

  • 4/5 Ann C. 7 months ago on Google
The Hilton Prague is a lovely modern hotel. Beds were okay. Service was still very much like old Communist Bloc cities....each person has a role. At dinner we were served by 8 different people. Seating us, taking drink order, then food order, delivering of food, then drink, clearing plates, offering dessert, giving us our bill, and taking payment....all different people. The food was good. The people were very friendly. Rooftop bar was also fun. The Hilton is NOT centrally located, but it is certainly walkable to the city center.

We had two separate stays, both of which were quite enjoyable. First off we were given a King Executive Suite, which was huge, with a separate lounge and two bathrooms (which both had toiletries in old-time, tiny, non-reusable containers). For our return visit, we had a twin executive room which was of ample size and offered a much nicer view of the river and surrounds. Staff were capable and efficient. Pre-stay emails were answered promptly and most requests were granted. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, on both occasions, I received room upgrades, welcome gifts, full buffet breakfast for two and access to the Executive Lounge. In the evening the lounge offered the usual canapes plus salads, and soup on the second stay. There was a good selection of self-serve wine, beer and spirits.

Hotel was nice, seems to have all that was needed. Our room was tiny and the beds were hard. Not what we are used to from Hilton. The staff was friendly at check in and out. It was within walking distance to all the attractions.

Hilton Prague has one of the best Staff(s) I have come across in all my stays at a Hilton. The Duty Managers and the Staff are very nice and approachable. The rooms are clean, the gym, the sauna, and all amenities are awesome and the food is always good. I stayed over 10 nights at the same hotel and always appreciated my experience at Hilton Prague.

  • 4/5 Steve L. 10 months ago on Google
The showers even in the executive rooms are small, and they've changed the room service process since I last stayed here - now you order through an app instead of just picking up the phone - and the new process and very limited room service menu was disappointing. So that, and the fact that my mini bar wasn't refilled for three days despite asking every day, explains why I've given them 4 stars rather than the five stars from my last visit. But the people are lovely and very helpful, there are plenty of food options inside the hotel, and I'll certainly be staying there for my next business visit!

  • 4/5 Alex Y V. 7 months ago on Google
Good location, 30min from airport and a 15 min walk into the city centre. Pleasant staff and great facilities. Fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room and plunge pool. Breakfast and food great quality. Their Sky bar is also worth a visit.

  • 5/5 Albert de k. 8 months ago on Google
The Hilton in Prague is surprisingly affordable. Their rooms are always tiptop and they have a really nice gym facility. They only very minor downside is that they are a little out of the city centre (approx 15 min walk), but this is not a deal breaker. Staff are always professional and the breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic.

Underwhelming to say the least. For the price I expected more. My expectation for any hotel regardless of price range is that it's clean and quiet enough to have a rest. That's not what I've encountered here. The check-in process was relatively fast and smooth. However when I came to my room I noticed there was an unknown noise coming from the top some kind of "clicking sound". I contacted the concierge and the technician was called. First he didn't notice the issue. However when I was there, it was noticeable. He said that it is because of the "auto" mode for AC. However after it was set to manual, the clicking was still happening. Then he said it was better to turn the AC completely off. Which we did, however it was still clicking. Eventually he said there was nothing he could do about it and left. I had to spend a few nights with that, thankfully the staff found a replacement room, however the whole experience was ruined by that point. The new room had NO such issues, interesting. The rooms themselves while great looking, modern and beautiful, but hasn't been cleaned well. I've noticed crumbs of some sort on the carpet that were there and weren't cleaned for the entire duration of my stay. They were clearly visible at least to me. For some reason one day the TV stopped showing any channels, so that was also unexpected and no entertainment for me that day. For the positives, the interior is great. Impressive lobby and inner area. The wifi connection was stable and fast enough. The breakfast was incredible ! There is a spa and a gym but I hadn't had a chance to visit it

The pool was okay but there was a piece of glass and a bunch of hairs like in balls for like two days. The service is excellent but I wouldn’t get the room service because with every order it costed 156 crowns!!! We had the lounge and I think it’s worth it to pay 75$ for because you won’t have to worry about eating supper or snacks. The TV could have maybe have like Disney or something because we stayed at the seventh floor and you know it’s fancier. Beside all that it’s really fancy and you should go it’s really nice the interior but they could have an outside pool and a hot tub, but they have a 2 saunas and 1 steaming room. Best hotel yet not the pool those so if you want a pool I suggest Ibis

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Prague hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until my departure, the customer service provided by the hotel staff was truly amazing. One incident, in particular, showcased the outstanding level of service at Hilton Prague. Unfortunately, I accidentally left behind some of my belongings, including my favorite tops, in my room. When I contacted the hotel, they made every effort to locate the items but unfortunately could not find them. However, what truly impressed me was their immediate response and compensation for the loss. The hotel's willingness to make things right even in such circumstances left a lasting impression on me. Aside from the remarkable customer service, the food at Hilton Prague was absolutely divine. The hotel offers a delightful array of dining options, with a range of cuisines to satisfy every palate. From delectable local specialties to international favorites, the culinary experience at the hotel was simply outstanding. The quality, presentation, and variety of dishes were all top-notch, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. The rooms at Hilton Prague were equally impressive. Spacious, comfortable, and elegantly furnished, they provided a tranquil sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room decor, coupled with the luxurious amenities, enhanced the overall experience. The beds were incredibly cozy, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The overall ambiance of the hotel is inviting and sophisticated, creating a delightful atmosphere for both leisure and business travelers. I highly recommend Hilton Prague to anyone seeking an extraordinary experience in the heart of this beautiful city. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed here at the beginning of a Viking River Cruise. The hotel is splendid, wonderful amenities, very quiet and very clean. I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast spread every morning and the concierge helped us find an hour long boat tour to take during some free time. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to feel well taken care of while they are away from home.

Was greeted in person by the duty manager, he made sure everything was arranged well. Room was bright and clean, nice comfortable bed, executive lounge was filled with food and drinks all day long. Parking is overpriced. 3 free minibar drinks where appreciated! Safe en secure location!

This hotel is just spectacular! The impeccable service provided and the people working there are amazing! The room it was just astonishing ( they gave me a upgrade). The range of the products in the breakfast is huge and very good quality! Even you have häagen-dazs ice cream! The swimming pool and the gym were fantastic with all the amenities. Just want to say a big thanks because make my stay memorable! Well done :)

The hotel is alright. The staff are friendly. But there has been an extremely loud party going on in the lobby for more than two hours. Our room faces this area and the music is still blaring at 940 in the evening. Unfortunately, Hilton did not consider it's guests who may want to relax and enjoy a peaceful evening when they decided to throw a party in an area surrounded by guest rooms.

  • 2/5 Manak K. 4 months ago on Google
Disappointed! The hotel is well located, has a grand entrance, great breakfast, great lobby area and a great staff at the front office. But once you enter the room, everything is run down. Room is small, bathroom fittings are old, bathroom design is not great, beds and pillows are uncomfortable. We tried calling housekeeping/ front office for extra towels, bed linen, but nobody ever answers the phone ! Room really needs some major revamping. Also, checkout was difficult. The extra security deposit taken on the card took a month to get refunded, due to some server error. And nobody really cared about taking responsibility for it, despite multiple emails, the issue took ages to sort out. Stayed in some great places in Prague during our vacation, but Hilton was a disappointment. Hilton has some amazing properties in India and rest of Asia, but Hilton Prague spoils the Hilton name.

Very nice location, if you know the shortcut to the tram station and subway station. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well-prepared and with many choices. Most of the staff was very welcoming. In addition, I was upgraded to lounge access as a gold member, love the service, very happy.

  • 4/5 E S. 4 months ago on Google
The spa area was nice but not appropriate for kids. The door to the men's was left open and my child saw naked men walking round. Swimwear is also not allowed in the spa but this mean guests walk around with thin sheets in the main pool lounge area. Not appropriate with children around. Swimwear should be mandatory with sheets provided to sit on in spa etc. The pool is also very deep all over. So not safe I felt. Not able to stand etc. But it was all very clean. Woman only sauna is good, but not warm enough but we did not report this. Staff are not the friendliest, although many are lovely. Breakfast was just amazing including most staff. I did get the impression some breakfast cleaning staff were mistreated, which was sad to see. I misplaced my wifi code. Instead of asking front desk, I enquired at online Hilton and was told unless booked by Hilton, wi fi is not included. At the end of the trip, I found the code. Wi fi SHOULD be free in general but apparently many other high end hotels chains also still charge for wi fi !! However, i found my wi fi code paper at the end of the trip! So do ask/check before you book re wi fi. At frist we thought the location was not great but discovered it was about 7 min from a very central metro station (Florek?). We bought the 3 day tourist ticket and took metro everywhere. Museum? And Mustek? was our favourite places. Remember to validate tickets although no one seems to do it. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel and our room was very clean. We requested blankets and these were not so clean. As usual, we had problems with the heating system. Never could figure out how to reduce the temperature at night but we did not report this. I left the window open. The hotel is huge. And beautiful inside. Beautiful Christmas decorations. There were very interesting conference groups from all over the world. Some families. We requested a late check out ( €20 until 3pm?) But the hotel was too busy. This was disappointing as there must have been room in this huge hotel. We did not visit the roof top bar but there are lovey private gardens to the side where we could build a snowman with no one around. Overall the hotel has a luxury feel to it albeit in a corporate kind of way, but that is expected from conference centre. But we enjoyed our stay.

Our experience was not so good. "a little music for a lot of money" When we arrived, the shower in the cabin was broken (they fixed it), half of the shampoo was empty. 3 days in a row, I asked 5 different workers at the reception how much it costs for Valentine's Day menu, nobody knew, unheard of!!! In the end we didn't even go. For a broken shower, they promised me at the reception to send wine to the room, but we got nothing. Breakfast was so boring that one morning we didn't even leave. The hotel is beautiful, but everything is excessive, the prices are sky high. 20 euros for one club sandwich.. The spa is so small that not even 10 people fit inside, and the pictures show it as heaven on earth. You pay a deposit when you get to the hotel, almost 200 euros, if you break something (it is not emphasized anywhere) We paid 800 euros for 4 days and we are completely disappointed. Never again.

Great service, Got a triple upgrade from a standard room to a two bedroom suite. Breakfast was very good, Exec lounge food and service were great as well. Not the first stay in this property but the best one so far. Highly recommended

Hilton Prague definitely a place to stay. You may not have the best view, best food, or best location. The duty managers and their staffs are excellent. They are very helpful with a situation that we encountered and they would go out of their to accommodate our needs. A++

I had a great stay at this Hilton. All the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were all so friendly and helpful. As a Gold member I was upgraded to a deluxe room which overlooked the river. It was clean and very large for European standards. The Bistro was very good with friendly staff, and even though it was in the lobby it was peaceful and cozy for a glass of wine and a book in the evening. The rooftop bar was a fun vibe with really delicious (though pricey) drinks. I would definitely stay here again.

Our reservation was with Viking Cruise and was very well received! Not as close to old town as the Hilton Prague old town which is lot closer to other restaurants and bars! Our room are nice with king size bed! We are going to try the cafe and bistro in the hotel for dinner and hope the price is good and food is okay!

  • 3/5 Tereza R. 2 years ago on Google
Impressive lobby. Not enough attention to detail in the room (lack of bedside tables, the clock time totally out etc.) Very limited drinks list in the lobby bistro. (No mulled wine or english tea?)

  • 2/5 Rhys F. 2 years ago on Google
Can only give 2* when the the price is considered , the mattress is very firm and was difficult for me and my partner to sleep on , certainly much firmer than I've ever encountered at a hotel. The forced air heating which can't be turned off or a/c turned on also caused very dry skin and exasperated existing issues causing a really uncomfortable stay.

  • 3/5 Adriana D. 2 years ago on Google
Decent hotel, but nothing special. The room was of a good size and nicely appointed. Toilet was very small, barely enough space to close the door after yourself. The air condition was centrally managed and therefore not satisfactory to us. The spa and the hotel bar were great! We also loved the Beer Garden which had a great atmosphere. Highly recommended. However, a day after coming home we realized that my boyfriend forgot his shaver in the bathroom. After calling the hotel, the shaver was nowhere to be found. This is rather unacceptable for a 5* hotel and never happened to us before, even in lower category hotels. We will most likely not come back. EDIT: We got the shaver back.

Huge hotel , the room are comfortable Cons: * a little bit far from the old city * drinking Water in the fitness center cost money * The smart tv in the rooms are locked for Hilton contents only, they could open the option for youtube or netflix * Parking cost money

Overall a really nice hotel with only a few things making this a four and not a five. Location is good. Close to Florenc tube which is one stop from the main station. It's a nice 20 minute walk up to the old town and/or the new town and we would tend to walk up most days. The hotel is clean and the staff really pleasant. The gym and pool are excellent and you really feel like you are staying somewhere plush. Now the bad bits. Breakfast is not as good as other hotels, even other Hiltons I have stayed at. Very few vegan options at all which makes the options very limited for anyone who is following an ethical diet. Czech cuisine is very meat based which makes it hard to get food in the city. The other issue was the room temperature. Almost impossible to adjust and often it was cold in the room and I was unable to adjust it. Minor points in an overall excellent stay.

I stayed in Hilton Prague during period between Xmas and New Year including New Year's eve. Overall it was a pleasant experience: - Staff is very friendly - Hotel has very impressive lobby (see photos) - Breakfast was really good, with a lot of choice and very tasty - Fitness and Pool area open until 10pm, not very busy (at least during my stay), very clean and well maintained - Good location, close to city centre and Florenc Station where you can take underground train or a tram Things to improve: - during winter at least in my room it was incredible hot, 24C with ventilation/air con switched off, 23.3 with ventilation constantly switched on but with unpleasant cold stream directly towards the bed - family room had only one small closet for putting all our clothes for 4 people - somehow small bathroom / toilet, many 4* hotels i been to had it much bigger than 5* Hilton, although I understand its hard to change without compromising room space.. As you can see the improvement portions are rather little things so I would still recommend it.

This is not a 5 star hotel. I repeat, not 5 star. It’s a decent 4 star but has the worst pillows of any major hotel I have ever stayed in. Nice pool and thermal suite, cool cocktail bar.

  • 4/5 Maxim K. 2 years ago on Google
All great. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Sauna and pool are really nice. The closets might be a bit bigger if you offer a room for four. The bathroom door has no lock - just a sliding door that is not perfect when you travel as a family with different ages and genders. For a couple must be fine. Generally kids and pets friendly. Parking is crazy expensive - 30 EUR a day. We parked on the street outside of the hotel for 160 crowns (6,5 EUR) for 4 days totally (yes, there is no mistake). All in all - would stay here again.

A spacious hotel, great atrium. We had a very comfortable stay. We booked a family room that had a big double and a pull out sofa bed. They have a toilet separate to the bathroom, which is great when you're a family sharing the room. The hotel is just off the Prague river, however it's a good 25mins walk to the old town square, so if you are a tourist, best to pick a place closer to the old town where most of the buzz is about. But taking a cab to the castle seemed like a great decision as it was a fairly cheap price and made more sense than public transport even which otherwise still involved ample amount of walking to get to and from the boarding points.

Hilton Prague is one of the best hotels in the city. The location is great as it is within walking distance to most attractions. Service is impeccable with their well-trained staff. The rooms are clean and well-maintained save for the creaky door to the bathroom. (Please check rm 6022) It offers great value for the price you pay with all the extra amenities you can enjoy during your stay. (Pool, sauna, gym, etc.). I would highly recommend this hotel to those who want to experience Prague at its finest.

We love hilton hotels. Our stay here was quick but nice. Breakfasts are always great here. The rooms are a bit older, but pleasant. We definitely recommend visiting the hotel bar on the roof (Cloud 9). They have good drinks and a nice view.

Its a nice and cozy place to stay. Some of the reasons why I gave 3 stars: -Valentina (1 of the front desk) not letting us to check-in even 30 minutes before time. -Valentina again, we requested a room with interior view of the hotel (I'd mentioned it earlier while pre-booking), told without checking that it's not possible, even when the hotel was less than half its capacity. -Hotel has lost its charm post covid. Visiting in 2017 was a magical experience, when all the lights at night were on and looked amazing. -Breakfast is 1 of the best I've experienced. -Good location, near metro and shops, but far from city centre.

We have been traveling the world, and I can say the staff at the Hilton Prague is among the best in the world. From the days leading up to our stay, to our gracious welcome in the lobby and the daily breakfast and staff at the lounge, gym and other facilities, everyone has been great. The rooms are nice, clean and modern. The location is great as well -- a 10 min walk to the Old City.

Exceptional service and amenities. Amazing location as close to the river as possible. Ideal for walks by the water. Thanks to the location in the old town all popular landmarks are easily reachable by feet. Forget Paris, go to Prague! ...and then book a room here!

Great service all around, from check-in to check-out. Rooms are a good size and very clean. The pool was a great hit with our 4 year old. The 24/7 bistro/restaurant is very convenient and the quality is great. We attended the petit chef dining event at the hotel and was very happy with the service provided by the hotel in relations to booking. The hotel is centrally located with very easy access to the city center. Parking available on site and a pair of quick chargers available for electric cars. The hotel is all in all very beautifully decorated on the inside.

A bit posh staff when arrived but all in all very close to a five. The location isn't the best but good enough with a 15 minutes walk to city centre. Nice pool and a big gym. Electric charger for cars at site is great. Lounge and breakfast also very good.

Something missing in their services. Both me and my partner are gold members. we were asked for fee for early check in. No door-man service for our luggage. we do things all by ourselves. Nothing special with executive lounge and the breakfast. the club is out of public service as there was a private events without letting people know in advance. many things to work on. hopefully there will be improvement the next time we visit. i am still hopeful for this hotel to be better. also, room isolation is not good. we can here noise in corridor

Really nice unexpected stay in this hotel. The rooms were good, not super luxurious, but perfectly fine. The room service was excellent, I think it was one of the best steaks I have ever had in a hotel. The star of this hotel is its gym.. it’s commercial grade, one of the best and biggest gyms I have ever seen in a hotel!

I am a gold member and we checked in on August 26 for 4 nights. The experience could not have been better. We liked our room a lot. What I want to specially talk about is Eliska. She worked in the Executive Lounge. She was the friendliest person I have ever met in any Executive Lounge in the world. She was professional, smart, and full of positive attitude. We like to wish her the best. Thanks.

Spacious room, separate spaces for sink/shower and toilet/second sink. However, no mirror in the toilet/sink space. Expansive and delicious breakfast. Limited storage space. In-room safe. Old town is within walking distance. Washclothes were removed and we had to ask the front desk for replacements.

Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are clean and pretty nice. Staff is super friendly, especially Jiri from Front Office. Breakfast is excellent. What is more executive lounge is also brilliant. Restaurants have delicious food and bar, where you can watch the football match is excellent. Location is so good - you can go everywhere you want. Only one minus - there are no towels in the swimming pool.

The hotel is fine, however I am very disappointed by lack of professionalism and customer service here. The booking for my stay (6 nights) was made on my behalf by an agency on my company negotiation rate with breakfast included. However Hilton stated breakfasts was not included and wanted to extra charge me for it. It took me like 3 visits at the reception desk, not nice conversation with the lady at the entrance of breakfast; contacting my company and the agency that made the reservation and showing to reception booking confirmation to finally make them realized or double check or whatever that breakfast was included indeed. I am here in Prague on business trip (quiet often) and I would prefer to relax at hotel spa or bar after hard day at the office; in stead of fighting for my breakfast. so in general it is disappointment.

Was greeted with free beverages. Room was clean, English television, king bed, robes with slippers. Breakfast had the best selection I have seen throughout Europe so far. Pool and spa were great. Staff was very helpful with billing issues and any request we had. Would stay again.
