This
is
the
worst
experience
I've
had
at
a
supposed
five-star
hotel.
We
had
requested
a
double
bed
room,
but
instead
were
given
a
room
with
two
single
beds.
When
we
tried
to
change
rooms
using
the
phone
in
our
room,
we
were
told
to
wait
for
staff.
After
waiting
for
15
minutes
without
anyone
showing
up,
we
called
the
front
desk
again,
and
they
assured
us
the
staff
were
on
their
way.
Eventually,
two
staff
members
entered
the
room
without
uttering
a
single
word
or
even
offering
a
greeting.
They
simply
started
combining
the
beds
and
putting
on
bed
sheets.
The
room
itself
was
shockingly
dirty
and
far
from
comfortable.
To
make
matters
worse,
water
wasn't
complimentary,
and
they
didn't
provide
any
slippers.
The
bathroom
appeared
to
be
designed
for
handicapped
individuals,
with
only
a
curtain
for
showering,
causing
the
entire
bathroom
to
become
soaked
after
showering.
The
water
temperature
was
anything
but
consistent,
fluctuating
between
cold
and
scalding
hot
without
warning.
When
we
return
to
collect
our
baggage,
when
handing
our
number
tag
to
the
staff,
staff
starting
to
speak
to
their
colleagues
in
Czech
for
5
minutes
without
letting
us
know
what’s
going
on.
After
they
finish
their
conversation,
the
staff
just
show
us
to
the
luggage
room
like
nothing
happened.
So
we
just
stood
there
for
5
minutes
waiting
for
them
chatting.
