Fantastic service from the moment we stepped inside, beautiful decor and staff were friendly and welcoming. No delays in getting us to our rooms (2 hours early!) And lots of stuff inside the mini fridge in case you need refreshments. Staff also gave leaflets of nearby attractions and services which was very helpful. First day here but brilliant so far, look forward to our first breakfast. Located perfectly with everything you could need to visit in walking distance, no need for cabs.

The hotel is ok, nothing special, in my opinion it's more like a 4 star one, the decoration with metal chairs and glass tables is dated, the internet is very slow when it works. The breakfast was mediocre, the same every single day, the live piano was a nice touch though. The room was ok, unfortunately no proper shower cabin. You always had to wait a lot for the elevators. In the end, the price and the location was good. After visiting the spa, I've changed my score from 4 to 3 stara, really disappointing, (I was at the general spa, not the beer spa cause it was occupied) I know it's a different company but the fact that a 5star hotel let's such a basic spa to function, it's sad.

A really solid hotel ! Very clean and polite staff with the use of a mini bar! The love heart was a nice touch for are honeymoon but the breakfast is amazing! The lady would make fresh omelettes on request, everything you could want and the ability to make your own waffles.

This hotel was very easy to walk to from Central station and is a perfect walking distance from the Town Square, Powder Tower, City Hall etc. Public transit also accessible from here. The rooms were clean and roomservice went above and beyond every day to clean our room. The breakfast buffet is very diverse; sweets, breads, hot dishes, omelet station, fruits and yogurts! Highly recommend starting your day like that. Staff was friendly everywhere, from reception to waiters to cleaning staff. For what you pay, this is an amazing place to stay at!

Stayed here for 3 nights when I visited Prague. Everything about this hotel is 5 stars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need and more. The location is perfect for exploring and shopping. There's a bus/tram stop right outside. The breakfast is first class with a huge variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

The breakfast bar was abundant featuring an omelet bar, fresh fruit, hot and cold items. More than adequate and for sure a highlight that it was included. The hotel has an 80’s vibe with shiny black and red decor, and 80’s music playing constantly. We kept saying it felt like a hotel in Las Vegas. We didn’t use the gym as it was incredibly small. There is no spa or pool. Basically a place to sleep and eat breakfast. The hotel room was very basic, almost felt like a Holiday Inn for the price a Hyatt. However they were able to accommodate 3 guests in one room which was hard to find. Typical European shower with the half wall (never understood those) where water splashes out of the shower incessantly. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. All in all, for the price and again accommodating 3 of us in one room, it was the best bet. We walked to most attractions, but opted to take a Bolt (European Uber) to the Prague Castle. This is the only attraction we paid for, and it was worth it for sure! If you stay here and enjoy Indian Food you need to try “K Two Brothers” restaurant. It’s only a 5 minute walk and is delicious with fast and friendly service! Casual year upscale.

This hotel was amazing and we have already made it our “Prague hotel” for when we come back. The staff was great, the rooms were amazing, and the breakfast was delicious! The rooms were spacious, had AC, good mini fridges, and more. A really convenient location by the train station or an easy walk to Prague’s city center. You can’t beat the price for what you get. Parking can be limited so plan for that though . We used Bolt to get around when something wasn’t within walking distance.

Just amazing in every way. We organized a meeting here for 160 participants, and they helped make the organization process seamless. Jana and colleagues were tremendously helpful. The rooms were fantastic for the price and the meeting room was superb. We couldn't have asked for more.

The hotel itself is in a good location. You can easily walk to the sights & centre of the city. The rooms were good but a bit outdated in my opinion, the TV was a bit small for the wall area so it stands out more than it should. The staff was friendly & helpful from checkin to check out. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast but what I really loved is the omelette bar that they put on & they will make you a fresh omelette with toppings of your choice or sunny side up egg.

It's a great hotel, comfy beds, nice and warm throughout. Breakfast good, coffee great. My only gripe is the room bar tariff Nearly £4 for water!! (is it Holy? Or even from the Fountain Of Youth? ) .... In a 5* really. Surely it should be free. Staff curtious .. But blunt 🥺

We visited for five nights and overall had a great experience! The service was very good and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was good overall, not the best I've had but very good nonetheless. They had some vegetarian options as well, but the breakfast was definitely more worth it for people with no dietary restrictions. Rooms were not super modern in their design but that did not bother us. There were however some pretty weird choices in the design of the bathroom. For example, the shower-bathtub combo had only a small glass wall on one end of the tub, resulting in water splashing everywhere. The floor did not have any drain where the water could go to so we had to dry it with towels. The large floor tiles were also very slippery when wet, making it a bit dangerous. The sound isolation was also pretty poor overall. We could hear noises from the corridor and other rooms too, but thankfully we had pretty quiet neighbors. The room was equipped with a ChromeCast TV which made it very easy to watch streaming services from the TV. Location-wise the hotel is pretty alright. There's a tram stop in front of the entrance, and Florenc metro station was very close by. Everything was pretty much in walking distance, for example Old Town Square was approx 15mins walk. Solid 5/5 for service, 4/5 overall. Would consider visiting again and can recommend, it's a quality hotel :)

Beautiful modern hotel in a really great location. Friendly staff on hand for anything you need. Nicely decorated large rooms. Really clean all round. Buffet breakfast included, which had a lot of different delicious options. Delicious cocktails served in the main lobby (happy hour is 2-5pm which we obviously took advantage of). Casino attached to hotel, which although small, was enjoyable. Highly recommended. Definitely will only stay here ok our return to Prague!

Very modern hotel with a delicious continental and cooked breakfast. Rooms are spacious, with mini fridge and lots of goodies inside. The gymnastic room is a bit too small and the machines are way to old, one treadmill machine broke down while my boyfriend was running on it. Other than that, location is perfect with the centre old town just around the corner. I truly recommend 👌

At Grandior Hotel, the service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious for the price point. They were clean, with ample power outlets next to the bed – the room was just perfect. The breakfast was more than satisfactory. The location is ideal, with a tram station right in front of the hotel providing easy access to various locations, and surprisingly, there's no noise from the street. Additionally, the in-house restaurant and bar are very good and offer very fair prices.

I recently stayed at the Grandior Hotel in Prague and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, ensuring a restful and pleasant stay. What stood out most was the staff and housekeepers, who were consistently helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The hotel's location is another big plus - it's conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the beautiful city of Prague. I highly recommend the Grandior Hotel Prague to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay in this historic city.

I typically only stay at Marriott properties, but as a solo traveler, I wanted to be more economical in cost so I chose this property as it was definitely bang for buck -> under US$350 for 3 nights for 5 star property. Awesome location it was only 10-15 min walk from heart of old town. The bed and room were very comfortable and modern. Overall very impressed and would highly recommend this to anyone.

The hotel itself is quite large, boasting a spacious lobby on the first floor. The room I stayed in was also roomy; however, it came with small attic windows, not the ones advertised in the photos. The room was equipped with slippers, a robe, an iron, ironing board, as well as entertainment amenities like YouTube and Netflix, and also included a kettle and a mini-bar. On the downside, the room was extremely stuffy, and the windows, situated too high, could not be opened. When I requested the windows to be opened at the reception, no one attended to it. Additionally, the receptionist, to whom I handed my card, wasn't very welcoming. He didn’t inquire about my stay; he simply took the card and said goodbye. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, but the staff's lack of warmth left an unpleasant impression.

Pluses The room was really clean and relatively big. Located in walking distance to the central part of the city. Negatives: The ventilation was poor and you end up opening a window which was noisy by the train noise close by. Pillows were not optimal making good sleeping trouble. Breakfast was not high quality and not much healthy verities.

The rooms were nice but the hotel itself was chaotic. Lines at the elevator, very busy lobby and long walks to the rooms. The breakfast was good busy also very very crowded. The staff was not super friendly, I went to take the stairs and got yelled at by an employee. Location was decent. Good restaurants in walking distance

Good placed right by tram stop and close to subway stations. Very friendly and professional staff. Nothing to complain about really other than we booked and paid for a double-room but instead got a large room with extra bed.

Great hotel . Comfortable quiet rooms and daily room service. Lovely breakfast and a wide selection of food available, even a pianist playing some mornings. All the staff were Lovely, efficient, attentive, and polite. Good location, roughly a 15 minute walk to the astrological clock.. I would definitely recommend.

Located just opposite to tram and bus stop which is very convenient! All the main attractions like Charles Bridge, caste are very near to this place. You can take 207 bus to go to Charles Bridge. Hotel is good and comfortable!

Great hotel in a perfect location. The staff was very professional and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were very clean and reasonably priced. The hotel breakfast was very good and was not expensive either. The hotel has a spa that offers various massages as well as a beer spa! There is also a casino. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Prague!

This is a luxury hotel at medium prices. I lost my wallet in the airport taxi (it wasn't returned). The staff went out of their way to reassure and help us. Everyone, from the cleaning staff to management is highly professional, but makes you feel at home. Breakfast is exceptional Everything from cereals , fruits, yogurts to breads and pastries. There's continental and hot buffet, as well as omelettes cooked to order. Tram and bus stops outside the hotel, plus a metro station a short walk away. If you are visiting Prague, book this hotel.

the hotel is central, you are so in the center, luxury hotel for a friendly price. The staff is top notch, you will be helped very quickly and are ready for you. Breakfast is very good, nice bar. 100% the place you should go.

We were a delegation of 5 people. The hotel rooms were very well maintained and in a good condition. The breakfast was a bit below average, with the hint to improve. Cheese, ham and cold cuts are not attractively presented but put on cheap plates. The 4 fully automatic coffee machines should be readjusted to the cup size. Check-in and check-out was very well organised. The opening hours of the hotel are generous. The public area of the hotel is very clean and tidy, the staff wears uniform black and white as usual. All in all, a good hotel for business travellers.

We have been staying 4 nights in Prague for a wedding anniversary. The hotel staff was great and wanted to please the customer as much as they could. We received a better room than the one we payed for. The room was huge, with a beautifull view and very quiet. On the 8th floor. The bed was very confortable, the sheets soft. The cleaning service was very efficient, the room and bathroom were spotless!!! They came every day for cleaning, and to change towels and sheets. It was also very close to the main attractions. A great place to stay in Prague!!! I would come back at this hotel anytime.

The hotel is easy to get to and well connected to the metro (5min away) and tram (right in front) system. The staff was always very friendly and attentive (housekeeping, restaurant and lobby). I'd generally recommend it for a stay in Prague. I'd wish for a regular stairway (it was possible to use the emergency one) and not just elevators. This would be especially helpful during rush hour in the mornings. The atmosphere was okay and the room was too the back - so rather quiet.

We booked this as a 5 star hotel, and it doesn't really meet that level. Rooms are basic but nice, staff could be friendlier however were not rude. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Location is excellent and only 10 minute walk from old town. Rooms are nice and quiet and have working air conditioning.

  • 5/5 Jill M. 1 year ago on Google
Absolutely fantastic hotel. The reception staff out done themselves. I had family visiting to Prague and it was their birthdays and I wanted to decorate the room before their arrival. Their arrival was very early on Friday morning so the hotel staff prepared it for me. They even sent me a message with pictures once it was done. I could not thank them enough. My family loved their stay and breakfast was delicious they said too. Also they arranged a breakfast box to go on Monday morning as they had a very early check out due to early flight. Again I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. nothing but good things to say to about all team members. also the hotel is BEAUTIFUL!

A well located hotel, near old town. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with good A/C, much needed in the heatwave. The breakfast was very good and had the opportunity for an omelette cooked fresh from the chef. The bar was well priced for drinks in the evening and staff attentive. Being walking distance to old town meant it was easy to go and see some of the typical tourist spots and to go out for dinner.

  • 4/5 James S. 1 year ago on Google
A lovely hotel with friendly staff, a short walk from the Old Town Square. Staff were more than happy to help with any request and overall the hotel was very clean. A very attractive-looking bar area too, serving an array of drinks and cocktails. My only negative was that there were many flies buzzing around the dining areas during breakfast and in the downstairs eating area also, but hopefully this was just a temporary issue. A great stay and would be happy to return.

  • 4/5 Rashel R. 1 year ago on Google
Ok so this is a really impressive hotel. Only one negative, the guys in reception need to cheer up a little and they are not the most helpful. This is not in a bad way as such. For example, I asked for the tram route around the city and the answer I got was "you can take a taxi"... no that's the whole point of visiting another city, I want to check the place out myself and the best way to do that is to use public transport. The room service was outstanding. Breakfast....OK so the same hot food everyday. They need to mix it up big time. But the omelettes and the juice are to die for... overall very very impressive hotel but service could be better. Reception staff need to SMILE more. The guy on the night shift...jeez he needs to chill out.

Very good hotel, great location, reasonably priced and amazing front desk team, as well as Anastasia that did our room service. Very helpful staff, very accommodating, and attentive to the guests. Keep it up guys. We would definitely book this hotel again.

Great location, comfy room, scrumptious breakfast - excellent overall! Efficient, cooperating staff. Great location as we could walk from bus station. The room was clean, with fresh Linen. Fancy lounge too, and you can crash there for a small break. Breakfast has a countless number of varieties - fruit juices, hot beverages, cakes, breads, Muesli and so on. Check-out time of 12:00 is very convenient. Could've been slightly cheaper, but we're happy for what we paid.

We stayed for 1 night during our visit to Prague. The location is great (within walking distance to bus station and city centre). The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was also spacious. However, the wifi connection in the room was not always fast. I had a meeting online and sometimes my talk was interrupted due to the connection. however, overall, it was lovely experience to stay here. Recommended!
