This Hotel was fantastic. The staff (everyone) was always pleasant and friendly. The rooms was a little small, not enough storage, and not enough space for 2 peoples luggage. The breakfast is probably the best set ups I have ever seen. From the fresh Honeycomb to the Guy cooking eggs to order. Not enough time to write about everything, but it was amazing. If you are a solo traveller this place will get 5/5 on everything.

The best hotel I stayed in Prague so far. Architecture and design are amazing and luxurious, as well as clean and comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional and offers all you need to start your day. All our wishes were fulfilled and we had a great stay. Next time I'm in Prague I will stay in the Century Old Town again!

Superb experience. Came during the Christmas markets - which are a nice, easy 10 minute walk away. It's easier to stay here, for sure, rather than closer to the markets because if you're trying to get to/from places via car, especially the airport - this hotel's location is easier for cars to get to/from, for sure. Also very close to a prime metro/tram station. The hotel itself was decorated quite festive for the holidays. Much appreciated. Rooms - comfy, nice, modern and straight forward. Not a whole lot of space for storing luggage and it can get a little cozy real quick for say 2 people but I had *zero* troubles sleeping on the bed and the shower was great with warm water. Breakfast - make sure you get a breakfast included deal. Their spread starts early in the morning and fills you up quite nicely. It's a great presentation and the staff is always working to ensure things are stocked, clean and well presented. Staff - absolutely wonderful and helpful the entire time. Kudos to Evelyn (I believe is her name) at the reception and Jan at the lobby/hotel bar (which is open until 1 a.m.) are wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again. Of note - they don't have U.S. to European adapters for chargers for rent or lending or purchase. Be sure to bring your own, or simply go down a block to the little shopping mall type thing (where Lidl is) and there's an electronics store there. They had some ready to go behind the service counter.

It was a pleasant experience to stay at this hotel. The person was professional, the location was good, and the room was nice. As a Platinum member, I got a nice greeting from the staff. I’m considering again staying in this hotel during my next trip to Prague.

+ well located + comfortable beds and clean fresh rooms + nice stuff - we reserved parking spot, but when we arrived, they told us, they don’t have any park space for us. - breakfast take too much time. Be prepared to wait in queue before somebody will serve you. - for breakfast there is not so good choice. - bar in a hotel closed at 22:00

We really enjoyed our stay in the MGallery hotel. It is really a beautiful historical building. The location is top - in the old town, great point to explore Prague, also just few meters from e.g. Palladium big shopping mall, also in a walking distance from Main bus/train station. Upon the arrival, we were welcomed at the reception by a very nice lady who immediately gave us a map and some useful advices for our stay. The first impression is always important. The staff in general was friendly, smiling and customer-oriented. Room was clean, comfy, very quiet, with everything what you need for your stay. Also some fruits with sweets upon arrival in the room as a welcome present was very nice. The breakfast choice was also really good. I definitely recommend to stay at this hotel! Thank you! Lenka

It was a lovely boutique feel hotel with great service. I arrived very early and I was lucky to get my room at 1130am! The staff were friendly and welcomed me warmly and even gifted me with a lovely little care package for ladies which includes a nice sleeping mask and some travel sized facial products. The hotel provides all the necessities and more to make your stay very comfortable. Love the fact its located very very near a tram/bus station and next door to the mall! Would definitely recommend to my friends and come back when i visit Prague again!

The hotel building is superb and very well located, right in the center of the city, within walking distance from the main highlights. The bedding is very comfy (which is a very good point), even if the rooms are quite small (especially the bathroom) and finally not very practical because they barely have any storage. The room service is fine and efficient, as well as the staff at the restaurant/breakfast room. The housekeeping may be a bit lazy (trashbin not emptied, toilet paper and soap not replaced, room not vacuumed, etc.) and the reception team is quite polite and helpful, although sometimes a little harsh. The experience still remains overall quite satisfactory for a few days to visit Prague.

This classy hotel is well located in the old town. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I love the hotel style and comfy rooms. I guess the only negative point I can think of is the bathroom size. The shower is fabulous, great size and immediate hot water, but the toilet is a bit cramped between the wall and the shower. The breakfast is perfect with enough choice for anyone with fresh quality items.

Hotel is at a very convenient location, staff is very polite and helpful during check in. Room is very clean, we booked to stay at Le dome, the room is exquisite, stylish and with a great character. Bottle of sparking wine is provided in the room, with is a nice touch. So far the stay been very enjoyable.

I loved my stay here! The hotel lobby also smells amazing. The staff were all friendly and kind and the room was clean. My only complaint is the shower in our specific room made it hard not to get water on the floor due to the double doors. My fiancé and I both had a lovely stay and enjoyed our time here greatly.

First stay at Century Old Town Hotel. Room is clean, bed is perfect, I get room upgrade because of my gold status at Accor. Nice terrace and bathroom.

It was a nice stay in Century Old Town Prague. Room was cosy and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of healthy options. Location was also great. The only thing i found interesting, when i want to use complimentary drink voucher they gave us during check in, i asked for thanksgiving special cocktail that was promoting at the hotel, bartender told us there is a limited menu list for complimentary drinks voucher. I found this approach very cheap and i think it does not fit with MGallery standards. If you offer complimentary drink do not limit it with another menu or just do not offer. This method brings only negative impact, nothing else. Anyhow, if i visit Prague again my choice will definetely be Century Old Town Prague.

Myself and my daughter recently stayed at the Century Old Town Prague - MGallery hotel and had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel was located very centrally and within walking distance of everything we required in Prague. The staff on arrival and departure were both polite and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, modern, tastefully decorated....etc and our twin room was really comfortable (including the firm side sleeper pillows we ordered!!) and spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel, clean and looks posh. Nice staff. Near city shops. Would have got 5 stars but our matress had a slant and we could not get room cooler, so everyone was hot in winter. Also we were over charged substantially, had to teach them we should be charged agreed amount on confirmation email.

Perfectly located in the heart of Prague. Room was lined with a clean and very soft carpet. The hotel bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced. We stayed two nights. I loved how elegant and modern the lobby looked like. The dining area has a beautiful indoor terrace and breakfast menu offered a wide variety of choices. Everything was fresh and very tasty. The hotel staff did not only remember my name the next morning and greeted me with a smile on their face, they also remembered how I like to drink my coffee so they prepared it for me immediately. I highly recommend this place. You won´t regret.

Had a great stay in the Le Dome suite for a weekend break. Room looked relatively new and well-kept. There were around 25 steps to the upper floor of the suite, but the 270-degree view from the bedroom was superb. Good location, near a metro station and various tram lines, easy access to anywhere in Prague. Decent selection at breakfast. Very close to a shopping mall with a supermarket there, so you can get anything you need easily.

Amazing locations. Beautiful hotel with ultra high ceilings in this historic building. The hotel is was nothing but great. The hotel had an issue with no water one day but the staff, Martin and Josef, handled it professionally. The buffet breakfast is superb and includes local sparkling wine which tastes like champagne.😋 And ala minute egg station Moosa, the waiter at breakfast was always a pleasure to talk to. Very hospitable and helpful. This hotel should be proud to have such great people working for them.

Amazing stay at MGallery. If I could give more stars, I definitely would. Very kind and professional staff. The hotel has a beautiful fragrance. Very well located. I seriously have no complaints, only good things.

Creatively bold design, heavenly beds, modern amenities and very central. This MGallery hotel ticks many boxes and is conveniently located in Prague’s city centre, near the Opera and the Palladium shopping mall. Converting a century plus old building into a hip and stylish hotel, you will very modern hotel rooms with excellent beds here. Perfect for a visit of the city or a business trip. Rooms are very clean and the staff friendly.

Nicely renovated hotel with comfortable beds in a great location for accessing central Prague. The building is old and retains some of the old features like really high ceilings and big windows. Service and breakfast buffet are good. Only downsides are the rooms can be a little warm and street-facing rooms can be a bit noisy from the trams

Hotel was great. Room was nice. Staff was friendly. One thing that was really upsetting though is I booked online, and there was no option that I saw to pay upfront. Then when I checked out, the price was no longer the same, but nearly £100 higher. This seems like a total scam to me that you don’t know the price until you get there. Obviously the price will always be higher than when you booked, because you are paying the day of. This is a really terrible way of doing business and the hotel manger should fix this. If everything else wasn’t so good, I would give this hotel one star based on this policy alone.

Stayed here for four nights while visiting Prague. Had a very delightful stay from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They spent time with you individually making certain your needs were met. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were a little small, but more than adequate for our needs. The location was very convenient. There are buses/trams just outside the hotel with a metro nearby. Easy walking distance to Old Town and main train station. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a fabulous experience to stay in your hotel. I loved the attention to details. From the fresh flowers to the fragrance that filled the lobby. Your employees were all lovely and the breakfast was a highlight of my day. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay in a Prague!

Great location and great service. Front desk folks speak perfect English and very helpful. It is 50 yards from the Palladium mall where they have all the good stores and a great food court with many fast food options including McDonald's. Next to the mall are the metro and tram stations, and supermarkets. Convenient access to anywhere in Prague. Hotel feels more upscale than the ibis next door. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice personel, especially the young lady at the reception. Also we met 2 very great and helpfull young Turkish students who were working there once a week during the breakfast. Hotel is really clean and we had a nice and comfortabel room. The location is excellent, near the Palladium shopping centre and all important sightseeings and restaurants. We would definetely stay here again when we visit Prague in the future!

A lovely hotel but the reception is cold and somewhat rude. They make you feel as if you are an inconvenience and treat you like a child. Breakfast however was exceptional and the dinning staff was wonderful. 5 🌟 for the breakfast, rooms and the hotel!

close to everything and with comfortable transportation. The clean level is very high and they are very strict about covid regulations. The room was pretty nice but the queen bad was not so comfortable because we had like a "hill" in between us and even after I complained about it, it wasn't fix... Another thing is that they don't operate the AC this time of the season so if its a very hot day (or night) they offer you to open a window or to bring you a fan to the room - not exactly what I would expect from an hotel in this level, but maby that's like all the hotels in the area - I really don't know. The staff is simply amazing!! And that's really noticeable, they were very nice and helpful, all of them but specifically a girl named Lucy that whatever I will write won't do her justice. Lucy if you read this - thank you for the wonderful breakfasts and the non lactose milk for my wife 😝 Overall I definitely recommends this hotel and will come again.
