Just incredible stay! What can I say - I’m totally satisfied with the hotel and the way my stay was. Just in the center, everything in a walkable distance (that’s why I chose it). My room was very quiet, great atmosphere! Room was spacious and cozy, sleeping was comfortable. All amenities available-bathrobe, sleepers, soap-shower gel-body lotion, coffee & tea tray. If you don’t like to drink water from the tap, you can buy it at any supermarket beside. There is 1 bottle of sparkling water in the room by extra charge (95 czk). Thanks to lovely housekeeping ladies from Ukraine. Breakfast is at the restaurant in lobby. Good variety, everything is fresh. Really recommend to book your stay with breakfast! Check out is at 11:00am. And after you can leave your suitcase at their luggage room for free & just go to enjoy beautiful Prague before you fly. I will be delighted to be back to this hotel. It is worth staying!

Beautiful hotel not too far from Old Town. Perfect location, staff were friendly, room was clean and tidy on arrival and beds were made everyday for us. Good selection to eat and drink for breakfast and half price cocktails from 1pm until 6pm was great too. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel

The hotel was in good location and we expected a bit of luxury from a 4 star hotel. Then we arrive , our car was to big for there car park ( was a small hatchback ) so we have to pay 25 pound for overnight parking in shopping centre , one of receptionist was rude and unhelpful , room was dirty and smelly, breakfast taste completely rank and was cold. Would never stay there again. Ever. Thanks.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was superb...with something for everyone. Beds were very comfortable. Would like to return again to this hotel but unfortunately due to the treatment I received at Prague airport (mobility service) I will never return again.

Absolutely do not recommend. I was amazed by all the good reviews and I am very adjustable to situations but I would never recommend this place to anyone. First we came and were being ignored by the front desk staff then we got locked out of the room because they were missing "documents" which I understand because they were doing their jobs but it's 22.00 and I am coming home from the restaurant with my daughter, and the door is locked. They ended up taking a "2 second look" at the documents and gave us new keys, that was absolutely unnecessary because they seen us walk in and out all the time. I had mentioned how this situation was completely unnecessary and I do not appreciate my daughter standing outside the door and the lady at the front desk said her kids are in bed at this time. Disrespect is not okay! We are on vacation over the weekend and coming home at 22.00 is nothing I have to explain myself to anyone. We booked a double bed room and got a 3 single bed room instead. The room itself was nice and everything was very close, breakfast was okay too.

Room is clean and the place is quiet so I’m happy. It’s in a nice location with easy walking to the center of Prague. Heat is a bit hard to control so even though it’s winter the window is open. It’s a bit hard to navigate all the way back of the place and up the slow elevator to the room. Maybe I should have booked direct and hot through hotelscom. All in all it’s a good place.

Spend 4 nights here on my visit to Prague. Really nice hotel, staff really friendly. Really well positioned and central location. The hotel is well presented with large, comfortable clean bedrooms. Breakfast was amazing, with nothing being any trouble. I would definitely stay here again👍

Let’s start with the good things. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and near everything you need, a great base to travel from. Now for the rest. The breakfast has variety but the quality of food was so so. The hotel in general is quite rundown. The lift takes FOREVER and sometimes doesn’t even come to your floor. The rooms are very dated, with modern things like plugs are the side of the bed not there. The bathroom could do with a heated towel rail for drying clothes. Our key cards stopped working regularly, usually everyday we needed to get new ones. Our biggest issue was on our first full day. We went out to explore and house cleaning went in to our room. We returned at the end of the day to find that our door had not been closed properly. Thankfully our room was at the end of a corridor so no one noticed and our belongings were still there. If you want good location at a reasonable price then this place is ok. If you care about some of the extras and room security then I wouldn’t recommend here.

The hotel has a perfect location - in the center, but on a quiet street. The rooms are cozy and comfortable and the bed is amazing. Great breakfast, delicious with many different options. The staff were all very kind as well.

If you want a successful business event do not book the meeting facilities.Conference rooms are not secure. Outsider have easy access as the doors are out of the view of hotel personal. Our employees lost their wallets and keys. Our company lost notebooks and tens of thousand Euro due to a disrupted function. Build a proper security procedure to keep your guests safe and their belongings secure.

Very nice, Martin at the front desk is absolutely genius. Always smiling, friendly, helpful, respectful. He is doing his job amazing, thank you so much for your kindness and help🙏🏾🌞 Lucia at the bar makes unbelievable cocktails and a very nice bloody Mary. She is also always smiling and very kind. Teresa at the bar the same, very nice to sit at the bar when these gorgeous women's work in a team, than you have great drinks, a lot of fun and perfect service and behavior. Thank you you two for some really tasty drinks🙏🏾🌞 The location of the hotel is very good, you're actually at the spot, but still quite. See ya in two weeks🌞🙏🏾😊👍🏾

This hotel is beautiful and very clean. A 4* hotel in a very central location, very easy to access most places in Prague on foot by staying here. Staff are friendly and it costs no extra money to hold luggage when checking out. Just be aware, there is a very small Prague tax to pay on departure but this is standard and not an awful lot of money. Facilities at the hotel are wonderful including conference rooms, a restaurant, gift shop, cocktail bar and a hot tub. Easily one of the best places if your looking to unwind. Will be going again!

A fantastic and friendly hotel. From a very pleasant welcome, to a good room with enough facilities for a comfortable stay (I could have done with an extra pillow but that's on me because I didn't ask for one), the buffet at breakfast was outstanding and plentiful. The reception and bar staff were always polite and accomodating. The hotel is in a superb position to explore from, all major sights and a large shopping mall all within walking distance. I don't understand any criticism of this hotel, or its staff.. perhaps the criticism is a reflection upon the reviewer. We loved this hotel and highly recommended it.

Great location . Transport links very close and 5 minute walk and your right in the centre of the busy part of prague. The hotel staff were so friendly and could not do enough to help. The room was very nice with lots of room and perfectly air conditioned. Really could not recommended this place enough going to head back next month.

During the last couple of days of our European tour, we checked in at Praha's Grand Majestic Hotel. We had made prior reservation back in Canada. The hotel lobby is quite impressive in terms of its breadth, decor and material finish. Staff was very professional and prompt. We were given a room on the second floor which was similarly very neatly done. Come mornings, the breakfast buffet items were varied and all good ranging from wide variety of carbohydrates, cold cuts and fruits. Coffee from its modern maker was gourmet tops. Fruit juices are available for those who want cold drinks. The dining hall is very clean and elegant. The only challenge we encountered was the tight parking at the hotel's basement lots. On the second day, the hallway near our room and the lobby itself was reeking of strong antiseptic/ deodorant smell. A less obstrusive cleaning product should be strongly considered by the hotel management.

Great hotel with modern interior. Welcoming staff. Breakfast an extensive buffet and good freshly ground coffee. We had an evening meal here which turned out to be the best and cheapest of the holiday. Would stay here again.

Highly recommend. Minutes walk from Old Town Square with multiple amazing restaurants just outside the front lobby and a beautiful bar, huge fancy breakfast and an excellent restaurant on site that we ate at the first night we were there. The room was super comfortable and reminded me of nice hotels in the US I have stayed at with big beds lots of room, big bathroom with tub and shower, wifi and room service. Loved it would recommend and would definately stay here again.

The hotel is located at a perfect location, just 5 mins walk away from Palladium. The rooms were above average, clean and adequate for us. The bathroom was also tidy and housekeeping did a good job of cleaning everyday. The breakfast was good, but got a bit monotonous after a couple of days. The drinks at the bar were also great, slightly expensive for prague though. Overall a good experience.

The hotel is clean and the staff are really friendly. Rooms are nice and with enough amenities. The breakfast is enough for meat to veggie lovers. Big problem will be with parking space! They have a tiny and narrow garage therefore you will have to search a place nearby on the street if you any car bigger than hatchback and pay for it via official parking app of Czech.

The rooms were clean and updated. The staff and reception where friend but thats about it ,pretty straight forward . The breakfast buffet was very nice but we had the same food everyday. Parking was 30 € per night which is pretty expensive and was located in the hotels own parkade. Overall it was a nice stay but they could probably practice a bit of being friendlier .

The hotel is standardly okay, but to me it lacks or could improve some things...: - better pillows. They are honestly poor and not so comfy... - amenities in the room - better room service; the cleaning ladies can do your bed very badly :( - the pastries at the breakfast buffet are not so good.

Beautiful hotel, one of the nicest I've been in. Piano player at breakfast was a nice touch. Food was very nice, everywhere was clean, rooms were big, and staff were very attentive.

Grand Majestic Hotel is in a very good location, close to palladium shopping mall and local transport. Central station is fairly close by tram and they provide free airport pickup if you book for a certain amount. The staffs are really nice and helpful . Room was clean, and space is OK i guess in Prague standard. Breakfast was really bad, which I would say was the only negative point for us.

Hard working staff. Its a big hotel. I think the bar area needs redesigning. Its a great bar but the surrounding area really doesn't encourage you to spend any time there. It's stark, uncomfortable and cold looking. The rooms also needed a bit of loving and additional small extras (plug sockets near the bed, smart TV,) to justify a modern 4* rating. Great breakfast and the restaurant food was wonderful. The restaurant looked underused which is a shame.

Our first family trip to Prague! This hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The decor was well done. They put our room next to our children's room which is a plus. Within walking distance to the mall and close enough to downtown to go by foot. The breakfast was great with bacon, eggs, as well as typical European breakfast items.

High standard and qualified staff. I arrived in the morning and the room was available already. Breakfast is excellent and what one would expect from such a quality hotel. Only remark: no sockets near the bed to recharge your devices. That is inconvenient.

Very kind staff, very good location of the hotel in the city center, a small problem only with the packing, but everything else was perfect.

Very central and close to shopping, historic buildings and restaurants. A bit on the expensive side. No view and the rooms were a bit small. The pillows in the room didn't offer very much support. The water pressure was fine and they had shower caps in the rooms. Nice and helpful personel who offered restaurant and parking tips. If their own parking spaces are full, it's possible to park at the mall 2 minutes away from the hotel. It's fairly expensive though, and costs around 25 euros pr night.

+ decent breakfast + clean rooms + AMAZING location + friendly and polite staff + large rooms - The pillows on the bed were literally the worst pillows I’ve encountered in an hotel. A piece of cardboard has more thickness in it. Throw them away and buy some new ones. - I’m all for sustainability and not having multiple small toiletries, but a 4 star hotel shouldn’t provide a shampoo product that doubles as a body wash… that’s very youth hostel. - No iron or ironing board in the room. - The water pressure is pretty poor. - The tea was only replenished once during our stay. - The hotel is a tad dated, it’s in good condition and is well looked after but the decor is a little dated. In summary, I can see why it’s scored so high on Google and hotel booking sites, but from our point of view it’s probably more aligned to a 3 to 3 ½ star hotel. The location makes up for the negatives, as it truly is located in a great spot. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute walk, which was great!

Lovely stay. Really comfy bed. Spacious room. Perfect location. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice ( and I am a very picky eater). Really friendly and helpful staff.

Service minded staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and close to the old town. Spent three nights here on a business trip. The staff were kind and a mixup with the room was solved without issue. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast had a reasonable amount to choose from and was open from 7-10:30. The hotel was a 3 minute walk from the old town.
