Well noted hotel, near the dancing house and one of the main bridges. Excellent decor and atmosphere. Outstanding service and very kid staff. Great services included such as bicycles, which we used at night to see the capital. Large breakfast buffet with many salty, sweet, and healthy options. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. Location is great, close to everything but outside of the tourist trap areas. Hotel looks awesome and rooms are nice, clean and large (even the standard rooms) with a very nice shower. Spa facilities were very nice as well, and the breakfast was tasty. Saving the best for last: The staff is top notch. Super helpful and just as friendly. (Special shout-out to Jan, who never seems to go home!)

There are not many words to leave: of all my hotel trips worldwide, this was one of the best stays and for sure the best one I had in Prague. You don’t want to leave this place, it’s catchy starting from the moment you enter the magic hall to the reception, the amazing rooms, the super delicious breakfast and of course the star level Asian restaurant…also one of the very few experiences to have an amazing chat with the warm and welcoming owner of this fantastic place…we will definitely come back, this is extraordinary to the fullest!!!! Thanks so much for this amazing experience and keep on the great work :)

I really enjoyed staying at Mosaic House! The staff were friendly, the rooms beautiful and in excellent condition, and the views were also lovely. I was impressed by the in room facilities such as the water (still and sparkling!), the quality of the bed linen and the speaker. I would highly recommend staying with them if you visit Prague! I will stay with them again! The Mosaic Cafe is also highly recommended and the cappuccino tastes great. We had also a chance to play chess in the Mosaic library and enjoyed the really good time!

Can not fault this hotel whatsoever. Stayed there based on previous reviews and boy were none of them wrong. From the moment you walk through the door you feel welcomed and the staff do everything to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Breakfast is superb and the spa facilities are excellent, you're doing yourself a disservice coming to Prague and not staying here.

Mosaic House is an excellent place to stay in Prague. I have stayed in many hotels in Prague, but this one is my favourite. Near to the city centre, but quiet, a modern hotel designed with an excellent taste, leaves nothing to be desired. Rooms are beautiful, beds extremely comfortable, lots of space in the bathroom and an atmosphere of tranquility. Restaurant and coffee house provide excellent meals and snacks. And most of all I have to praise the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I forgot my cap in the room and the staff forwarded it to me in a very short time to my home city in Austria. Thank you very much for this again!!! When in Prague again your hotel is certainly the place to stay for me!

I loved every moment of my stay at Mosaic House! I loved its location as it is in close proximity to various tram stations that gave me easy access to all of Prague. Its also within walking distance to major attractions like Charles Bridge. The room i stayed in was very comfortable and had a nice decor. Some evenings I stayed in to enjoy a cold beer 🍺 in the balcony! Breakfast buffet had lot of options to choose from and whatever I had was very very tasty 😋 Last but not the least, each and every staff member was very polite and helpful 😊 I fully recommend Mosaic House for a perfect holiday in Prague 🥰

Stayed here recently for a few days and for the money was a really good choice. Our room was small without feeling cramped; a really great use of space. Hotel overall is a perfect mix of feeling both modern and cosy and the staff were great, will definitely be back next time in Prague.

From top to bottom a very beautifully designed hotel. Will forever be my first option in Prague. You can really tell they considered all the fine details. Very comfy cafe/lounge area. The bedroom was comfy and the bathroom was spotless. Within walking distance of the Old Town but down a quiet side street. Love the separation of the guest rooms, makes it feel more intimate and cozy. If I have one critique it’s that the breakfast was just okay; great service, but not a large variety of dish options, especially protein. The eggs and bacon were not good at all.

Have been many times in Prague but this hotel was just amazing! Best hotel in town. I had a room with balcony and it was amazing, the beds are nice, very clean, good staff and a nice breakfast buffet incl. soy milk :) On top it is also sustainable. Great!

What a fantastic hotel. Wish I could give more stars to it. It was highly rated everywhere when we booked for a reason. We were here 5 days and 4 nights for a Christmas break. Modern. Clean. Great powerful shower, recently refurbished. Comfortable bed and temperatures (we arrived when it was snowing and minus degrees!). Quiet area of town. Fantastic breakfast. Food has been fabulous. Friendly staff. Airport transfer was spot on. Really couldn't fault this place -and I stay in a lot of hotels.

Really nice hotel. Nicely designed and very relaxing. Staff were great. Good breakfast - very good service, everything always plentiful and well replenished. Room was lovely and bed comfortable. Provided a cot for our baby. Spa was extra cost which was a bit disappointing, so decided not to use it. Location good and we could walk to everything we needed to

The room was very charming, furnished with more than the usual. We had a great view from the window, very quiet and spacious. The bathroom was amazing, with very nice decor and again very well furnished. In the room, we could find different media to read and keep our eyes busy. I was particularly amazed by the collection of great books that the hotel has in its possession. Their secret garden is such a cozy little space to enjoy a morning coffee or simply read a book. OH! And their breakfast was just splendid!!! Women are cooking right in front of our eyes, meals are prepared specially for us if needed, and they are all so helpful and happy to help. A big various choice that fits everyone. We were amazed and very satisfied and we will definitely go back to this hotel when back in Prague! Bravo to all!!!

After two stays, I can say that this hotel is without a doubt a small hidden gem. The hotel services are top notch, experience during check-in and check-out seamless, breakfast and mid-day snacks at the bar tasty, selection of leisure add-ons wide enough to please most travelling veterans. Rooms, lobby, sauna... all facilities are very clean, staff very attentive and top floor penthouse, which became my favorite urban hideout every time I'm staying in Prague, offers level of quietness and privacy unexpected from a hotel in the middle of a city. Highly recommended 👍🏻

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel towards the end of August for a total of 8 days. What can I say, this is, in my opinion, the perfect hotel for a stay in Prague. The breakfast is splendid, the rooms are lovely - modern yet comfortable - and we even received a free upgrade! The staff is very, very thoughtful and friendly. Even though we checked out at 12 P.M. we were still allowed to leave our luggage until we had to grab our flight home at 3. P.M. The location of the hotel is ideal as well, everything, but most importantly the city center is within walking distance. Our personal highlight, however, was the private spa. Although it is a bit pricey for just two people, it's definitely worth it if you want to treat yourself. We're eager to visit Prague a second time and we are definitely looking forward to staying at the Mosaic Hotel again!

Really awesome boutique hotel. Stayed at the penthouse that is really worth is as the other room felt a little small for what I needed. The decoration is wonderful, the staff is really really nice, like they go out of their way to make you feel great! There was in particular a wondering staff member from Malaysia at reception, she made us feel so welcome at the hotel we will not forget how wonderful she was to us. The main area of improvement is access to food after breakfast, seemed a little limited in options, but other than that, perfect stay!

The Hotel: In a great area, a short walk from the Old Town, but surrounded by decent shops, wine bars and restaurants that locals actually go to (rather than tourist traps). Beautifully renovated, comfortable rooms, a nice bar and restaurant. They even provided parking. Staff: very polite and helpful, it seemed like they enjoyed working there. My Stay: The only slight negative was that I requested a quiet room, re-confirmed this before arrival, but the quiet room that I was allocated was actually on the first floor at the front, overlooking a quite busy road junction. I didn’t complain as it was just for one night, but I hope that next time someone will give it more thought. Otherwise, comfortable, extremely clean, nice food, great staff. I will return soon!

Perfect stay. Beautiful interior. The private spa is well worth a visit. The staff anticipated our arrival and gifted my partner a bottle of bubbles to our room for her birthday.

The Mosaic Design is the perfect location for 6 nights in Prague. The New Town neighborhood is peppered with great restaurants, bars, cafes and bakeries. It is accessible to the tram and highly walkable to Old Town and the many tourist spots. The property is well maintained, modern yet cozy furnishings and clean. We loved the breakfasts and the library. Our room was the perfect size and it was quiet (Room 116). Internet was fast and consistent. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back!

A lovely hotel with nice staff and beautiful decor. The library and lounge are nice place to just sit and rest for a while. The breakfast buffet was extremely diverse and tasty. Lots of drinks and coffee beverages to offer. The rooms are not too big in size but very cozy and comfortable. The Spa area was sadly already booked out, so we couldn't use it, so I would recommend to book/reserve a spot well in advance.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! We stayed for 5 nights and I wish I would have stayed even more. Room was great, beautifully designed. I highly recommend the private spa experience: the place is beautiful, really relaxing and is a perfect escape from day to day life. I also loved spending time in the hotel café, which offers a really chill atmosphere and nice menu (and great lemonade!). The staff was really kind and always helpful. Thank you so much for this lovely stay which will always be in our memories. We are looking forward to coming back here!

Such a charming hotel with lots of comfort and character! We had booked a superior double and it was quite large its double access balcony. Two twin beds, a chaise lounge seating area and then cute balconies. They even gifted us a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival. Will stay here again!

Prague is beautiful. Our stay at the Mosaic House took our Europe trip to another level. They have professional staff, are friendly and very helpful. The building is cozy, neat and walking distance to all city attractions. From telling us about the city hidden gems to helping us find good food or even reserve a taxi, Mosaic Hotel kindly helped us with all questions we had. I can't wait to come back.

Stayed in one of the upper rooms with a terrace. Nicely decorated, clean, and very quiet. It would have been better to have been able to keep the curtains open for natural light, but there's what looks like an office across the way who would have been able to see inside the room. A good location surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars, only approx. 10min walk to Old Town Square. Didn't get a chance to eat at the cafe or use the "secret garden", but the breakfast was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Our brief stay at this hotel was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that exceptional service and a warm, welcoming staff were at the heart of this establishment. What truly deserves special mention is the impeccable service we received and the genuine friendliness of the entire staff. As for parking, there were ample spaces conveniently located near the hotel, and the hotel went the extra mile to assist us in securing a 24-hour parking ticket for the area. The hotel itself is a treasure trove of luxuries and experiences. With a private spa, a charming cafe, a Michelin-star restaurant, a well-appointed office room, a quaint garden, and even a cozy library, it truly caters to a wide range of interests and desires. To make our stay even more memorable, fate had it that it was my wife's birthday that day. Although I hadn't made any prior requests, the hotel staff surprised us with a thoughtful welcoming basket and a heartfelt "Happy Birthday" card, adding an extra touch of warmth to our visit. Our room was not only spacious and immaculate but also decorated with an artistic theme that resonated with the hotel's unique character. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a memorable and immersive experience for guests.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Our favorite hotel we stayed at on our Europe trip. Just an amazing location, beautiful lobby, fantastic room. The only downside was something about the air filtration system really dried out our throats but maybe that's just because we're Americans used to a different type of system. Loved this place, such great service and everything I'm looking for from a hotel in Prague.

I stayed for 5 days in the Mosaic House Design Hotel, delighted with my accommodation. I am a Digital Nomad, and I had all the creativity & productivity I needed with lovely places to work, super-fast internet, kind staff, and affordable prices. The location is also perfect as it is very close to the center of the old town and the river.

  • 5/5 Ben H. 2 years ago on Google
Staff are very attentive. Design is really nice. Internet is fast, reception was good. The Cafe / library area is quiet and comfortable (even with a 2nd monitor or for video calls). Really, I would give them 6 stars. I'm definitely coming again.

Absolutely love it! The common areas are outstanding. Library and garden ❤️ Breakfast is really nicely done. Location is perfect, about 15 minutes walking to the center. I will definitely come back next time.

For me the best hotel. It's fancy but still cozy and warm. The design makes you feel at home and relaxed. I felt very welcome and the staff was very nice. The prices at the Cafe were also affordable. Next time I come back to Prague I'll book at Mosaic again! Can't imagine going to another one.

We stayed here for three nights and loved everything!! Very nice staff, great and comfortable rooms with daily cleaning. It's in the middle of the center so everything is from walking distance. We would definitely come back here if we visit Prague again. Thank you for everything!

Very nice hotel. Great location-can walk everywhere. Comfortable bed. Can open windows instead of using a/c. Helpful staff. Suggest greet guests with Czech wine instead of Prosecco and make Czech wine by the glass available at bar. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I really had a wonderful stay at this very chic hotel. The room was on the smaller side but extremely well decorated. The location of the hotel is even greater, most of the important objectives and touristic attractions are just 15 - 20 minutes away on foot. They also offer a breakfast buffet for 15 euros / person that was absolutely delicious with a lot of food variety. Would definitely love to come back !

Modern, well appointed rooms with nespresso and Bose audio. Great staff, very helpful and attentive. Location was fantastic, at the edge of tourist area, very convenient. Walking distance to everywhere and well served by tram. Great lounge and coffee bar. Will definitely stay at Mosaic during our next visit to Prague.

A perfect blend of design, hospitality, great service and great location. It exceeded my expectations with the amenities provided and the comfort of our room. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our request swiftly. It was overall a very pleasant experience and I would certainly recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel, rooms are well equipped, good size and very well maintained. Very cosy size hotel, not too large. My room was very quiet, too. Location of Hotel is particularly good, easy walking distance to main sights.

I cannot fault this hotel. The rooms and view from the terrace is amazing. The spa is so relaxing and a great way to spend a few hours. Also really enjoyed the bar and library. Staff are very friendly and rooms kept to a really high standard throughout the stay. Amazing value for money. They leave lots of lovely touches. Location is also great - nice and quiet but a short walk to loads of restaurants and bars. I would recommend anyone stays here when in Prague!

This was the best hotel that we could have ever stayed at in Prague!! We absolutely loved it! It was perfectly located, within easy walking distance from pretty everywhere, and very well connected by tram and metro. It has an amazing design, the room was the cosiest and with all the amenities that you can ask for, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Exactly the type of hotel that you dream to arrive to after a day of tourism. Staff are very friendly too, and the common areas were nice. Our experience overall was outstanding!

One of the best city hotels I have ever met. The rooms are amazing. Spa is a bit expensive for 1-2 persons. But if you are a group of 4 persons it is quite fair. Parking situations is a bit difficult, but the Hotel offers some private parking slots; not cheap but is what you have to handle if you would like to have a Hotel in Pargue city centre. We received a small gift in the room for our stay and were very happy about it! Great Hotel!

The hotel is really beautifully designed, it's very modern, the amenities are really great. The rooms were a bit compact, but that was the only grief I could possibly express. Everything was nice and new, it's great value for money. The location is amazing. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a long time. Highly recommended.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Mosaic House Design Hotel. Prior to arrival, the hotel booked our airport transfers with ease. On arrival we felt very welcome and were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was lovely and airy, we went for a balcony room, which I would highly recommend for the views. Room had everything you could need for your stay and the prosecco on arrival was a treat after a late flight :) The hotel is located perfect to see all of Prague's sights, only 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge. Plenty of little restaurants close by the hotel also. All staff throughout the hotel were helpful and friendly. The decor is amazing, especially the lamps in the cafe. Breakfast can be added and is buffet style with plenty to choose from. Thanks to all at Mosaic House for making our trip even more memorable.

This might be one of the most unique hotels I've visited and one of the most special places in Prague when it comes to the experience. Beautiful, stylish, super clean. Great location. Rooms are thoughtfully decorated and cozy. Very good breakfast, nice lobby bar / cafe.

We were fortunate to arrive here ahead of a long line to check in, which was smooth and quick. Excellent location and facilities. Our room was ready early and it was a good size, clean and a view out front. Staff all helpful and friendly! What more could you ask for? Thank you for a great stay. I would thoroughly recommend this place.

Room was very clean, spacious and furnished very stylish. Having a big balcony is a huge plus! We also booked SPA and it was very relaxing. Sheets were amazingly fresh and clean. Highly recommended! It was my first time in Prague and it was great experience! Thank you guys for your amazing work.

Our stay at the MosaicHouse was fantastic. We would like to thank the exceptional staff at the reception, bar and the concierge for their hospitality. The room was perfectly clean with a big and comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. We liked the local accents in the interior and a good mini bar equipped with good quality normal size drinks. A welcome note in the room was a very nice gesture from the manager. The bar and lounge area as well as the small garden have a great vibe, we will come back with pleasure on our next visit to Prague.
