The hotel in itself is old but the people working there are absolutely amazing; very welcoming, helpful, caring, kind… The rooms are clean and made to look presentable. If I ever come back to Prague I will come here especially for the staff Big shout out to those who made our stay an unforgettable one: Honza, Valentina, Jan and Alina

Check in staff very helpful, rooms clean but in need of refurbishment, bistro staff need a lot more training and really not helpful at all. Breakfast is a free for all. The staff do not replenish the hot water, bread, butter, coffee etc until you report it. How do you manage to run out of bread/butter at breakfast time when you know how many guest you have? Very poor service.

Like: Location, breakfast (staff worker who coordinated it was very nice and attentive), wine bottle compliment (albeit one glass only was provided, not two). Dislike: The facilities are from like 1995 and beg for refurbishment. Soundproofing is nonexistent. Bathtub is not comfortable. Water leakage traces on the ceiling. Hence the price is way too high.

We could stay only for one night snd chose this location because it is close to where our friends live. Service was excellent, Lenka provided all info we needed. Rooms were very clean. Unfortunately we did not have time to try out the restaurant but as Italians we judge by the menu that it must be excellent.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, very clean. The beds are good, 2 different pillows too choose, but very tall persons might find the beds a little too short. AC is strong und easy to control. Quiet night, no noise from outside. (But squeaky doors.) The hotel is located quite centrally. Walking to central station takes about 60 min, but you can also take the tram. Equally ideal for business and touristic visits to Prague! The hotel restaurant is nice, with French chansons playing all the time. 😄 Breakfast was great, but crowded. Ask the receptionist for car parking, no problem. My recommendation: Go there!

Me and my friend stopped at this wonderful hotel for one night, the staff was very polite and kind. We only got to see the hospitality of Teresa and Alina, but I am sure the rest of the hotel staff is excellent. And the heartwarming touch in the form of the wine compliment is just plain great. We will consider revisiting to at least try the canteen.

Stayed here last week and was pleasantly surprised :) It was a very nice hotel, very friendly staff, with a perfect breakfast. It was a little busy some times, but that just shows the quality of the offering. The location was great, really easy to hop on a tram and head to all tourist attractions and downtown. It all you need is a clean basic room, with not too much flair for a very good price, this is the place for you.

Very nice staff and good location. The room is on the small side even in the Executive Rooms. The underground parking was nice and the breakfast is acceptable. I would recommend this place if you don’t need to stay in the Old Town area. We took the tram to the castle and the concerts that took around 25 minutes.

The hotel itself is nothing special, but rooms are clean and public transport is just out front (trams). The service, however, is OUTSTANDING! At reception, Sabrina and Denisa took excellent care of us. They took time to answer questions well, help us with a couple hiccups, and were genuinely friendly and pleasant at all times. The included breakfast was also quite good, with something for everyone. A great place to stay with a family, not far outside the hustle and bustle of Prague's Old Town. Parking was also right nearby!

Very good hotel Recommended The room was big enough, and has Beautiful view. Confortable beds, with both soft and hard pillow option. Also the room was warm all the time of the day, we were end of October. Very helpful service staff receptionist and all of them staff was polite, nice and helpful. The breakfast was very big. Tram stop outside the hotel , 50 meters away. Free parking under the hotel, is very narrow and tight. It has 2x lifts Near all services, Restaurants, cafes, grocery, bakery, bus stops etc. Thank you

Its a nice hotel for a reasonable price. Staff let us checkin earlier, got a free bottle of wine, cozy room with a nice view and paid 10 euro for breakfast for 2, which was great. Quality juices, nice croissant and strudel. Hams and cheese were good quality. Tram station is a 100m away where you can purchase tickets and tram 6 takes you directly to downtown, while 12 to the castle.

Very nice hotel for the price. The rooms were clean despite clearly not being the newest. Breakfast is great and I recommend taking it, as it’s great value for money. The staff was extremely friendly and polite which isn’t often the case in Czech Republic. Thanks to Diana, Lenka and Viktoria for taking care of us well during our stay! P.S. it’s great the hotel doesn’t charge extra for a pet or parking ❤️

Room is decent but did not provide toothpaste and toothpaste, lights strangely flickers sometimes, toilet flush use the white buttons to flush, don't use the 2 circular buttons that tend to be jammed. Nearby has a convenience store and 2 supermarkets. Breakfast was 16 euro and very delicious, overall a good experience.

It was a pleasure to stay at Plaza Prague Hotel. The hotel staff made us feel very welcomed (free welcome drinks in the hotel bar and a bottle of wine in the room) and helped us with appropriate for our car parking (we have a roof box on the car and couldn't drive down to their underground parking). We had breakfast in the restaurant adjacent to the hotel which was delicious and plentiful. The room accommodated two adults, two children and our dog.

Very pleasant stay! Staff were super professional. Location was superb - tram stop super close and traffic intensity low. Room’s with bathtub and super quiet AC!!! Amazing breakfast, defiantly above the average. Value for money for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I am delighted to give it a perfect 10. The overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service and remarkable friendliness of the staff. Tatjana, Diana, and Lenka went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The pricing was incredibly fair, considering the quality of service and amenities provided. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. In conclusion, if you're looking for a place with excellent service, friendly staff, and great value for money, this is the place to be. I wholeheartedly recommend it and look forward to returning on my next visit. A perfect 10 well-deserved!

I stayed here for 10 nights and I was very impressed. Affordable stay, very clean, friendly staff, good selection of breakfast which was included in my price. When I plan to come back to Prague next year I will use this hotel again.

Very pleasant hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The rooms are smaller but clean and very comfortable. From the hotel you can easily and quickly reach the Old Town by tram. Excellent accommodation for a tourist visit to Prague ❤

Not recommended. Beds are terrible. Couldn’t sleep whole night, my back hurt in the morning. Breakfast seems good. Though there was REALLY heavy traffic after 9, as there was a sign in the lift. Also tables are so close to each other, so you can’t sit, smb bumps into you every time. Parking slot was not really scary as in the feedbacks. People at the reception very friendly and nice. Location is good

Everything you need for a hotel stay. Room has kettle and bar fridge. Parking is tight even for smaller cars, but they have somewhere nearby for larger cars I understand. Breakfast buffet with large selection for €4. Easy to get around Prague to all the attractions using the trams from the stops right outside the hotel (you buy tickets on the tram using contactless card, 30kr per trip). Staff were helpful. Free bottle of wine on arrival.

Superb place with fantastic staff. They speak english well, and they help in any way they can. We booked a regular room but they gave us an executive room with free wine. The room was very neat and clean. The towels were very clean. They even give you bicycles for free if you want. The breakfast does not need improvement. Everything was nice except maybe the parking lot, which is very tight and hard to navigate. If you have a large car or an SUV, forget about the parking. You can't go in.

Great place. Great people. The WiFi is a bit slow and sometimes inconsistent but not at all a deal breaker given the extraordinary service and attention to detail. The restaurant serves the best complimentary breakfast I’ve had in my 60 days of traveling through Europe and it is a fine haute cuisine Italian restaurant for lunch and dinner. It has free indoor garage parking. I am on a motorcycle so the location which is ten minutes from the tourist attractions was of no consequence. As a matter of fact it gave me a better idea of the whole city. The hotel also gave me a voucher for eight of the tourist attractions. I cannot recommend it more highly. These people really care about their guests.

Generic rooms with a nice mural on the wall. Not many electrical outlets, no built-in USB ports, but the A/C works great. Currently: major construction across the street - but decent windows mitigate the daily noise.

This is a lovely hotel and would recommend staying here. It is a bit further away from the city but I ha e given 5 stars as there is easy tram access and cheap taxi and the walk isn't that bad. The rooms are well decorated and we were given a free bottle of wine. We tried the restaurant one night and the food was delicious. We arrived early so couldn't check in straight away and left our bags in the luggage room. Great service. Bathroom and toilets were really clean and the hot water was perfect and the shower worked perfectly. Thank you.

Tram and metro were extremely close, but old Town center was about an hour walk from the hotel. Room was awesome, breakfast was good, and the front desk service was amazing. The woman working this past weekend took great care of me. She saw me waiting for a tram on her break and ran over to pass along information she hadn't been able to attain for me earlier in the day. That blew me away!

The hotel is amazing, very clean and close to the tram station and other facilities. The staff and manager (Marcel) was very helpful as well with whatever we asked for and thanks a lot for arranging for the non-alcoholic complimentary drink. We totally recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay. Denisa and Michel did everything to make our stay very comfortable. They even gave us excellent recommendations and touristic info. It shows they are the 'local' experts. The hotel is conveniently connected by trams 6&12 into the city. We often went to Lazarska by tram 6 and it was possible to walk to most of the inner city from there. There is also a very good restaurant in the same Plaza building, would recommend for a quick lunch or drink.

Great hotel, breakfast and dinner restaurant was fabulous with delicious food, so was the staff - extremely helpful and nice. Location is perfect as it' s 10 minutes from the city centre by tram and away from the hustle. Would recommend it any time.
