Misleading in every way. The exchange rate is a rip-off, the pool they claim to have isn’t inside the hotel but a separate gym area that won’t let children in (the only reason we booked here), the breakfast is less than mediocre, and the reception was difficult to work with regarding taxis or laundry service. Rooms were clean and modern but with nowhere to plug in anything in the bathroom. There also is no thermostat to set, or windows to open so the room is always very dry and overheated. Concern for the customer here doesn’t exist, which is why I highly recommend you book almost anywhere else. Regardless if the response from hotel posted below, they did NOT inform that children aren’t allowed in pool, there was NOT an accessible socket in bathroom. And notice how they said nothing of the exchange rate scam?

The hotel is potential, really nice! But the receptionist Pavel is not friendly. He talk to client as his eyeballs were to fall out. 👀 I’m reminding you! That I am the client and I expect service. Good service deserves every price. That’s why from the beginning I felt unwelcome in this hotel.

Rooms are spacious but at night can be very warm. Service was good and breakfast time was a zoo. Grab a table and all you can eat but hot food not hot. Location is too far from town center but has a good metro system but if you not like that there is a good bus or tram service outside.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Friendly staff , nice rooms and tasteful breakfast! I had a fantastic stay here. If you are into gym and sauna and jacuzzi it’s also available in the gym and included in the room. There also a mall next to hotel , where you can eat. Five stars defiantly

Firstly the hotel is very clean. The decor is excellent. The food court adjoining it, is very convenient, pizza, kfc, Chinese, crepes. It was great. The negatives are: the breakfast is very late starting at seven. There was a queue outside of people from twenty minutes beforehand. A lady asked if she could be let in early as a lot of food was put out and she had an early appointment and the member of staff said, that as they had a conference there the day before and were setting up then, no she would have to wait. All the food was cold including that which is supposed to be hot. Very cold. There was absolutely no milk supplied in the room, Just 2 teabags and one packet of coffee. Very poor. I rang reception and asked if milk should of been supplied and I was told to go to a supermarket and buy some. That said, the price to stay was good. Just awful food at breakfast and would of liked a beverage in the room after travelling as I was extremely tired. Breakfast supplied lots of cakes and a good continental breakfast.

This hotel is managed extremely well, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Great Breakfast ,variety for everyone’s taste, if it was huge crowd or less the food is always available and has sections around the room, the kitchen is doing amazing job feeding huge number of guests. Very clean rooms. The receptionist are very attentive. Yes is the answer in this hotel. Best Regards

Great hotel with a decent breakfast buffet. Outstanding wellness center included, as well as the fitness center next door. The old Prague city can be reached by metro within 15 min. Basic amenities are also included.

The hotel itself was decent in terms of basic amenities and location, but certain issues negatively affected my overall experience. The cleanliness of the room, for example, was satisfactory at a glance, but it fell short on closer inspection. I found an empty plastic pill packet and traces of a previous guest's attempt to open an instant coffee bag. Nothing major, but it reflects a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process, which is a crucial aspect of hospitality services. Moreover, the split system didn't function properly, which contributed to a certain level of discomfort during my stay. However, the most significant issue I encountered involved the staff's customer service. After checking out, I realized I had left something in my room. When I attempted to retrieve it, the lady at the reception was far from accommodating. She seemed extremely annoyed and informed me that she couldn't verify my room details in the system. What ensued was an unnecessary and stressful ordeal, where I had to locate my room card at another reception stand just to authenticate my claim. This experience was not only time-consuming but also incredibly frustrating. It's quite disheartening when poor customer service overshadows the other aspects of a stay. Future travelers, particularly those who might require some level of assistance or flexibility from the hotel staff, should take this review into consideration before making their booking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Clarion Congress hotel that surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff's attentiveness and genuine care for their guests truly made me feel at home. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and luxurious ambiance. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed amenities. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the personalized welcome note and complimentary refreshments. I had the pleasure of experiencing an incredibly delightful hotel breakfast during my recent stay, and it was an absolute highlight of my trip. From the moment I stepped into the breakfast area, I knew I was in for a treat. The selection of food was extensive and catered to every palate. There was a mouthwatering array of freshly baked pastries, from flaky croissants to delectable muffins. The assortment of bread, jams, and spreads provided a lovely touch for those who preferred a lighter start to their day. The fresh fruit display was a vibrant spectacle, featuring an assortment of seasonal fruits that were as visually appealing as they were delicious. The hotel's commitment to quality was evident, as the fruits were perfectly ripe and bursting with flavor. The dining area itself was a pleasant environment, with ample seating and a calming ambiance. The staff members were attentive, ensuring that tables were promptly cleared and that guests had everything they needed for a satisfying breakfast. In conclusion, the hotel's breakfast surpassed all expectations. The variety, quality, and attention to detail made it a truly exceptional dining experience. Whether you're a food enthusiast or someone seeking a nourishing and satisfying start to the day, this hotel's breakfast will undoubtedly leave you with a smile on your face and a contented heart. I can't wait to return and indulge in this breakfast haven once more. One standout aspect of this hotel was its commitment to sustainability and eco-conscious practices. They actively engaged in various green initiatives, showcasing their dedication to reducing their environmental footprint. This commitment to the planet and the community further elevated my respect and admiration for this establishment. Throughout my stay, the staff's hospitality was truly exceptional. They anticipated my needs and were always ready to assist with any request. Their passion for providing top-notch service was evident, creating an unforgettable experience that I will cherish for years to come. In conclusion, this hotel is a true gem that offers an unparalleled level of service, luxury, and sustainability. If you're seeking a memorable and rejuvenating stay, I wholeheartedly recommend booking a visit to experience this oasis of excellence firsthand. I can't wait to return and relive the magic once again.

I stayed here for a conference & its by far one of the best venues - Hotel attached to a small mall & a Metro in the basement! Its perfect, everything you need on site. The room was impeccable, the Exec lounge was lovely too! Nice touch for sure. Staff are great too, very helpful and polite.

Great hotel connected with a smaller shopping mall and food court. Staff were friendly and the location to public transportation is right in front of the hotel. The rooms are well maintained and we had a great night of sleep. We will return here the next time we are in Prague.

Private parking, big and very clean rooms , perfect breakfast, easy accessible for people with disabilities, good restaurant , shopping mall inside, everything what you need , including a safe box . As a minus ( not really but …is little weird) 1. the tv - sharing screen works only with android, not with Apple devices ……and Netflix is not installed as a standard app( is only Youtube and Internet browser ) 2. Can you do something with this elevators setup , since in the morning everyone’s is stopped in the way to reception, even if the elevator is full ? Is really little bit frustrating and takes more time and loosing energy. We came back with pleasure , happy employees and again bravo for the cleaning!!!

The hotel is comfortable. The breakfast was correct, and the snacks and lunch between meetings were also good. I found it not such a good value for money compared to many other business oriented hotels offering similar solutions and venues. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good mattress. (That's the most important). With a functional atmosphere decoration. Maybe I was unlucky with the given room. Room 6163 was noisy, and too much light entered at night. The curtains didn't cover the lights of the internal corridor. Not black-out as I would normally expect. Service was friendly and attentive.

Ein schön ausgestattetes Zimmer. Freundliches Personal.

  • 5/5 Christopher J. 7 months ago on Google

Reception team, housekeeping, rooms were fantastic..no complaints😊 Rated 4 star overall as I expected more support from breakfast team members for English speaking clients like me as they could have been more helpful and engaging as I'm sure you get a huge population of Non-Czech speaking visitors.

The breakfast is amazing, the experience was excellent overall, and the room is quite clean. There is a department store and a large supermarket inside the hotel, both of which provide inexpensive items in a variety of designs.

My recent stay at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague was an experience I'll treasure. Situated just 15 minutes from Prague's enchanting Old Town, the hotel serves as a modern sanctuary amidst the city's centuries-old charm. Calling this hotel 'fantastic' is an understatement. It strikes a perfect balance between contemporary luxury and the historic essence of Prague. The hotel's rooms are notably spacious, a rare find in Europe, offering ample space to relax and unwind. Cleanliness and guest comfort are evidently top priorities here. The hotel's meticulous attention to cleanliness was evident in every corner, and the staff's dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay was remarkable. Their proactive approach to guest satisfaction made me feel genuinely cared for. The adjoining mall is a convenient addition, offering a variety of shopping and dining options right at your doorstep. This feature particularly enhanced my stay, providing easy access to essentials and more. The breakfast buffet was a daily delight, boasting an impressive variety to suit all tastes. It was a perfect start to each day, filled with delicious options. Moreover, the hotel's access to a gym and spa, located within the mall, adds to its allure. These facilities are well-equipped, ensuring a balanced lifestyle even while traveling. In conclusion, the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague is a gem in the city. With its spacious rooms, exceptional cleanliness, attentive staff, delightful dining options, and convenient location, it epitomizes the ideal stay in Prague. If you're seeking a hotel that offers comfort, luxury, and a safe haven, look no further.

I came to this hotel to take part in the Superball Freestyle football World Championship and I have to say that we couldn’t find a better place. Comfortable bedrooms, huge spaces to train and to compete. A very kind staff always here to help us! I definitely recommend you to stay there for vacation or to organize an event!

Terrible service, most of them speak only russian and the ones who speak czech were not helpful at all. I am celiac and can't eat gluten. I politely asked for allergens and the staff did not tell me the allergens in the meals, they told me: "just eat only the tomatoes and cucumber".

You can choose an expensive hotel in the downtown or you can choose a nice well organized hotel in the surroundings. Nice rooms, nice services, good price ... I only missed a good Expresso coffee in the breakfast ;) but service cannot be better. If you come to Prague for holidays or business, and you don't care to take public transport. This is your hotel! Believe me, you will don't regret this choice.... Except for the coffee ;)

I am staying in this hotel for a conference and the 24 hour perfume that's pumped through the air system in every space is having an impact on mine and other colleagues wellbeing. We're getting headaches, runny noses and eyes. I can't even get away from it in my bedroom. It's a really unpleasant smell as well, like 1970s cheap male cologne. I spoke to the staff who are aware of the issue but have no power over it. It's a health hazard and it should be stopped. The hotel is clean, rooms adequate and confortable, staff nice but I'm giving it one star as the environment in unbearable due to this scent that's everywhere.

This is the first time a 4 star hotel doesn't have a fridge in the room, because of the corona virus🦠😷pandemic as they said... Well, let's stop having a fridge in our homes then...

I've been here for ⏻Update IT conference. I didn't sleep here. The hotel looks good, it's conveniently located on Metro B line which takes you to the city center. The conference was well organized Corona update: The conference organizer are scanning QR codes, so the name on the QR code must match the name of the conference attendee.

Amazing value for money hotel! Recently renovated, the hotel is nearby city centre of Prague. The room is spacious, clean, bed comfortable! The gym is great. The breakfast is one of the best we ever had with a huge variety of foods. From fruits, their own honey, breads, meats, eggs, oatmeal. The whole hotel is very clean. The employees are professional and helpful. Great place for congresses. Even other events. Parking is available. High standards for covid cautious people. This hotel is 4 star, but feels more like relaxed, affordable 5 star. The management is doing amazing job running this hotel.

Very nice, clean hotel. Have all facilities, rooms are nice & fresh with amazing view, room safe is there, hot water cattle is there, bath tub shower is there, hotel has hauge breakfast option in outlet in lobby, bar is there pricing is reasonable. Hotel has connected food court which has Italian, indian, KFC & shashi outlet but most of them closes by 8pm local time. Hotel has common laundry/pressing room, common free ice vending machine. There is metro station 5 meter away from hotel and tram station very next to it.In fact most of the market shops closes by 8 or 9 bar closes by11pm over all best advise is if u want to have something from supermarket etc get it before 8pm. Tap water is very much drinkable water. Over all great hotel

Large, clean and comfortable rooms with very practical layout and ample power points and USB charging outlets. Excellent breakfast and dinner service at very reasonable prices.

Nice hotel in a quiet location close to metro and bus stations. The hotel is next to a mall with plenty of shopping opportunities. The rooms are nicely refurbished. They are spacious, clean and well maintained. The reception staff was OK. The staff consists mainly of students and trainees, so bit of patience is required. The room service and its staff is OK. The bar staff looks bored and frustrated. The food in the hotel restaurant was good and of average quality. The beer and drinks prices in the bar are very high. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the hotel’s surroundings, offering quality service.

Very big rooms and comfortable bathrooms. Breakfasts are amazing. Nice fitness salon and a bit small pool. Just a bit far away from the city center. However, metro station is under the hotel. And there is a big supermarket down of the hotel. Strongly recommended.

  • 5/5 Emil C. 1 year ago on Google
Quite big hotel, with well maintained rooms. It is located quite far from the city center, but the closest metro entrance is next to the hotel. The hotel is a part of a larger complex, including a mall with a few shops, including grocery and at least two fast food brands inside (not a full blown Food Court). I've rated service with 4 stars because one elevator (out of at least 4) is not properly maintained and produces strange noise when opening/closing the doors. Additionally, the espresso coffee for the breakfast is under-promoted, placed far from the "americano" coffee and cappuccino. Look around in an opposite corner and you will find it.

What can I say about this place. Amazing room, you feel like flying when you lie on the bed, excellent breakfast that offers a huge variety of options to satisfy even the most demanding resident and the perfect location to do anything you want. There's a mall right next to the hotel and a metro station underneath. Perfect for tourists who want to explore Prague on their own and recharge their batteries at night.
