Far from downtown and not many things around this hotel is clean, quiet but the small elevator stop at mid levels so you have to carry your bags anyway. No bellboy service but staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good

Lovely people hosting who try to accommodate their guests as well as possible. Definitely a good stay for the money approx. 10 minutes by foot from the next tram. Extended intercontinental breakfast buffet with pastries, coffee and fruits. Our highlight: the hosts left an attentive birthday note signed by the entire team for us. Thanks again!

We were really impressed by this hotel. Great location in a fantastic neighbourhood, comfortable and clean room, and accommodating staff. Included breakfast was very nice, and on the last day we were leaving earlier than breakfast so they packed a generous lunch for us. Great value, would definitely recommend.

I want to give 5 star but somehow due to minor lacks 4 stars will do. The room ahhh I loved it and the window opening to filmy Prague street. They have taken the old British style of interior, everything white. The washroom is really beautiful. 5 star to the people available at reception, they were really helpful in explaining the city, how to reach any place they helped us with map as well. This hotel is in Prague 3, quite easily connected.

Staying in this hotel has been a great experience. People were really kind to us, giving advice about what to visit and even book spas & restaurant for us. The room was clean, quiet and we slept very well. Breakfast is good and complete. Also, it's well located, not so far from the underground or from the tram. I really recommend this place for your stay in Praha! I almost forgot.. they have a really good local beer at the bar ;)

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights on our honeymoon trip to the Czech Republic and Austria. It is a beautiful hotel, conveniently located next to the public transport. They decorated our room on the first night of our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch! The breakfast was delicious with so many options and great lattes. I would definitely recommend staying here when in Prague.

Fantastic place to stay in Prague! Great location with a short, pleasant walk in to the city and the service was outstanding! They put out all the stops for my girlfriend's birthday. Highly recommend!

I booked to take my daughter away for her birthday and the hotel were amazing, they booked a cake for me, a driver from the airport to them, not just this my daughter was given a gift and made to feel very special. We arrived poorly and were not able to do all we would have liked but the hotel again helped write down local medication to take, they just went above and beyond for us. We are extremely grateful to you all. The staff each and everyone of them were so kind. We will return xx

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, very clean. A delicious breakfast buffet is included. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The Tram is very close so you can get around the city easily.

Schönes sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem und engagierten Personal. Gutes Frühstück, ausreichend große Zimmer. Nur die Matratzen sind viel zu weich und müssten erneuert werden. Mit der U - Bahn und/oder Straßenbahn kann man problemlos alle Ecken der Stadt erreichen.

Irresponsible hotel and a FRAUD owner , the apartment is ok, quite new and not a bad area, isolation is too bad to get a good rest, whoever pass through outside, you will be disturbed anyway, room cleaning for extra charge. IMPORTANT : DO NOT BELIEVE the transportation service they promised to you, you might loss your fight !!!!!!! They said they booked a car for us at 4 am ( early flight ) and we have been waiting at -3 degrees for 40 minutes in the early morning in Prague, not knowing anyone, not knowing the language, in the end we have to grab someone asking for help for a call a TAXI, almost lost our flight, later we received a WhatsApp from the owner saying they could pay us the refund at least for the transportation they promised, when we said we finally managed to go the airport the last minute , THEY DISAPPEARED !!!!! A shamed owner i have to say.

This was a great little hotel. It’s not right in the old area but it’s near a metro line and a few tram lines which take you there in less than 10 minutes. It’s a great neighborhood- safe and fairly lively and mostly Czech (I didn’t see or hear many tourists around here)- which also means the food and drinks were much cheaper. The rooms were great- spacious and nice classic wood furniture. Bright. Great breeze with the windows open. Breakfast buffet every morning- hot and cold. With different fresh pastries each day. And the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Always a smile, from the reception, to the breakfast, to the cleaning staff. Gave me recommendations for dining out and they also sell transit passes/tickets here. Best of all was the price. Next time I return to Prague, it will definitely be my first choice.
