Hotel likes to save. Almost empty shampoo bottles every time I come, cheap coffee for breakfast, no real bathroom amenities, room service takes away things that you requested the day before etc. The hotel has so much potential to be better for the money it charges per night.

Great location of the hotel, very close to a tram and metro station, in general all good. The only thing for your attention - in the hotel's bar better do not order anything. Local beer which costs outside from 32,- to max 50,- czk half litter in the restaurant or in the bar they serve there for around 130,- or something like that, if not more... I understand that orientation is on tourists that don't know local prices outside, but seriously... this is too much shame on you.... So my advise just go across the street to a local bar and enjoy same beer there for much less money ;) same story happens in the canter as well in touristic places so be careful and don't let them full you. Enjoy your stay in this amazing city.

Vienna Hose Diplomat is a very modern hotel. The facade is a bit bunkerish but inside is superb. Very roomy check-in/lounge area that is very handy for small meetings. The rooms are big and extremely comfortable, loads of bandwidth, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is the usual buffet type breakfast with plenty of choice. The buffet nature generated a massive amount of traffic as everybody gets their coffee, then their porridge, then their orange juice then their bread roll, etc. I always feel a tray would sort that out. I was their for five nights staff were lovely and always obliging. Try the Bull & Bonito restaurant in the hotel. It is worth a visit.

Just a bit far from major attractions, but close to metro and tram stops, deserves 5 stars but only location is a con. Large infrastructure, large space area, comfortable and good designed rooms, recently renewed (or built), service is great, breakfast is excellent, large fitness area with great view. Has also a nice environment approach. There is also a great conference infrastructure, barber shop, rent a car service. Close-by there is a supermarket available.

I had a pleasant staying at this hotel. Best location close to metro. The hotel is clean and modern plus breakfast choices are very variety. Gym is also very well equipped.

The hotel is located in the district Prague-6, which is not the city center. But you can easily and quickly get there by tram, because the tram station is right next to the hotel. There are supermarket and pharmacy next to the hotel as well, which is very comfortable. There are ground and underground parking for an extra fee. The price for the underground is higher. The staff is polite and helpful. There is a big and comfortable lobby, where you can have some drinks or just relax.

I stayed here for 6 nights while attending a conference. The staff was extremely accommodating and the room was very nice. The breakfast offerings are amazing, something for every dietary requirement. The location is one block away from the Metro, and there are good restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent hotel. Top quality. Perfect for business travellers. Spacious rooms, clean toilets and a very large breakfast spread. The rooms on the upper floors give a beautiful view of the city. The staff is very polite and helpful. They have both underground parking and open parking. The rates are different for both but the underground parking is very tight and has limited space, so if you have a big car you may struggle. They also have a gym, barbershop and sauna if you have the time anyway. Plus one welcome drink free on the house !

Muffiges Zimmer, ein wirklich unangenehmer Geruch kommt einem schon auf dem Flur entgegen. Kein Bügeleisen auf dem Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage sollte eins geliefert werden, das kam aber nie an. Kein gutes Haus. Sauberkeit wird auch nicht groß geschrieben.

Absolutely great experience with Vienna house. From the beginning didn’t even expect such a stunning service. Hotel is renovated, rooms have great interior and design, great location and the most important is decent price.

Wir waren das zweite mal in diesem Hotel . Das letzte mal vor Corona . Leider hat es etwas nach gelassen vom Service. Die Gläser im Zimmer oder Handtücher wurde nicht gewechselt . Der Speisesaal sehr laut wie in einer Halle aber Frühstück sehr lecker und viel Auswahl . Ist für jeden was dabei . Rezeption seht nett und hilfsbereit. Lage sehr gut 👍. Mit der U-Bahn gleich in der Stadt . Kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke . Trotzdem sehr schönes Hotel .

Wonderful hotel. Fantastic experience since the very first contact at the reception. Rooms are spotless clean and very spacious. They offer very tasty waffers in a little bag if you wish to skip room cleaning, which was a fantastic option and a very tasty one too. Every single member of staff from receptionist, to restaurant staff and room service was very nice. The breakfast is super tasty with huge selection of delicious fresh foods. The hotel is situated just off the main Metro line meaning you can get to the city cente within 5 minutes. Will definitely come back!

Perfect place to stay. Excellent service and professional staff. Excellent transport to city or airport. Hotel has a restaurant if you’re really looking for a easy night dinner. Good food yet menu is really simple. Breakfast is perfect. There is a local shop just beside the hotel if you’re ever short of something. Great food places around. I was there close to a week and everything I needed was around the hotel.

Nice hotel with good and very clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a nice bar with lots of drinks and quick bite food. Waiting/lounge area is very large and nice and there is a Piano in the lobby if you feel like playing something. Breakfast was good the diveristy of some food is not that great but they compensate with other varieties.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Vienna House Diplomat. I loved the atmosphere and hospitality provided by Klara and Romana, very professional hosts. The hotel has beautiful art deco and offers great amenities. I absolutely recommend it.

Stayed for 1 night, requested a quiet room (without neighbour's above) cause had early flight. It was rather noisy, from above and a neighboring rooms till 22 even with ear plugs. Soundproof is not good enough and actually nobody cares about your requests.

I have been staying here for many years. Never had any complaints. The hotel has been brought up to date recently, everything looks new and clean. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, attentive service. Dejvická Metro station is just a minute away and getting downtown is a blast. Have to mention the breakfast buffet, it‘s really above average with a huge food selection. Only downside is the sauna, you pay CZK 500,- after a 50% discount and the place has no charm at all. The room to relax has the charm of a prison cell and is without windows, just two relaxing chairs and no possibility to step outside. Not worth the money for sure. Apart from that it’s a very convenient place to stay, business or pleasure and highly recommended.

Modern hotel, the reception is friendly! Room really modern, tidy and clean. - No airco during winter time in the room (it was so hot). Out of the city center, but short distance to metro and tram. Supermarket next to it. All in all a premium stay, but a few flaws, like pillows being just air, airco switched off whilst room and hallway being hot. I've had drinks at the bar multiple evenings. The staff are sometimes distant, sometimes engaging. Depended on the day. Grand and luxurious hotel off-center. Somehow noisy, but looking back on my stay, I think I made a good choice staying here with some flaws. 4/5. Recommended, but a passed several rooms with open doors, loud voices. Ask for a room away from the elevators, like I did.

Greatest Hotel in Prague I've been to so far. A bit outside of the city center. Better take train than taxi. The staff was amazing. Service was perfect.

A very pleasant hotel with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Particularly noteworthy is the staff of the facility - very nice, smiling, helpful (Marcela Fiavola is a real host who looks after her guests) I must also praise breakfast - a large selection, wonderful omelettes and delicious, creamy scrambled eggs. Tram and bus stop close to the hotel, good connection to the rest of the city. :)

Beautiful boutique hotel, centrally located only 4 train stations from the city centre. The service is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast buffet is big and very delicious, with a variety of bread, cheeses, miso soup, pancakes, porridge, sausages, eggs, really good coffee and tea as well as siders. I love the retro look of the restaurant! The bar and the restaurant downstairs are fantastic too! The gym is huge and modern and probably the best hotel gym i have ever seen. Def recommend 5/5 for a stay in prague. We even got a cute birthday surprise for my husband with a fruit and macarons platter :-) thank u!

We had a great stay! Everything was smooth from the beginning. We got greeted by a friendly receptionist who explained everything. Room was nice and clean, and had everything we needed. Equipped bathroom, comfortable bed with cozy duvet, nice view, it was quiet so we had a good sleep and breakfast was amazing. Hotel is close to metro and a tram, so you can easily and quickly get both to the city and the airport. Definitely recommend.

Nice and clean service, breakfast is one of the key features...a little bit outside of the city center, but you can take tram or subway to commute easily.

Everything was amazing, rooms were large and luxurious, food was excellent at breakfast, lunch and dinner, hotel stuff friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located 100m from the tram and metro stations and you can go to the center within 15-20 minutes by public transport.

Cleanliness is a major problem. Used, dirty mugs and stains all over the room. Shower turned into a lake immediately. One positive thing that it is close to metro station.

Had a slevomat voucher for the hotel. Everything was on top, breakfast in room was no problem (travelled alone and did not feel comfortable to go for a breakfast).

Totally renovated, what a change! Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and good restaurant as well for lunch or dinner if you don't want to go out. 100m from Metro station to go to town, plenty of restaurants 5min walk. And the bar is great, excellent service, good atmosphere. Best is for me the helpful and smiling staff. A feel good hotel!

Good hotel with an great and varied breakfast. Was kind of caught off guard by the policy to only clean rooms once per three day unless you ask otherwise. This is notified on a flyer in the room but would have been helpful to know upon checking in. The policy in itself I can agree with though.

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Close to metro (10 minutes ride to city center). Room is clean and nice. The street has a grocery store and a pharmacy. Overall, very happy with this hotel !!!

It was in a good location. The staff was nice. Room was clean and enough for one room person. There is a bar and restaurant. There is a car park. The only thing I had was the check out morning. I wanted to drink a cup of coffee. I said I will pay for sure. They said no. Either I had full breakfast or I can not drink. It was a part of the whole breakfast. They could have offered me simply a glass but instead they said no.

I am an American and strongly recommend this establishment. The is a subway entrance nearby with easy access to most of Prague. Grocery store next door with multiple restaurants nearby. Good clean hotel with excellent service.

The worst hotel ever. Have no idea why is it 4stars. There are no slippers and bathrobes, the room was not clean: there was hair and dust everywhere, the cups fro tea and coffee were dirty. The stuff is super unfriendly, especially the girls at reception. Except Tanya, she was the only kind person to me. Moreover, there was no booklet with the schedule in my room and during the check-in no one told me as well when the breakfast is, that’s why I missed it and had to go outside while it was raining. I wasn’t given an umbrella as well. When I was trying to find out the reason of all this, the receptionist was very mean. Don’t recommend to anyone.

This would have been a 5 star except that the matresses and pillows were hands down the worst I have ever slept on, and that includes some Motel 6's and Super 8's and even some tea house lodges in Nepal where you're sleeping on a wooden box with a 4 inch foam pad. The pillows were large, flat and pretty empty with no support at all. I managed about 6 hours of sleep my last 3 days there. The property is otherwise top notch with modern design, good food and drink options and a great gym. If you're picky about beds and pillows you will probably want to spend the money on another International chain like Marriot, etc.

Decent hotel not too far away from the centre. The rooms and public places were very clean. The room was well equipped; safe, fridge with drinks, extra accessories were all available in the room. The bathroom was clean and the size of it was comfortable. Compact but not crowded. The sound isolation of the room was not perfect, but it was okay. The breakfast was excellent, I think one should stay at the hotel for several days to try all the dishes. They have a parking garage, but I think it is a little bit too expensive. All in all, it is a great hotel with good services.

I love this hotel a lot. Stay here every month a few days. The newly opened gym has everything you would appreciate!! Rooms fine, bed nicely soft, breakfast very satisfied. Great hotel midway between the airport and the city center. Easily accessible by public transport and a 3-minute walk to the subway station. Rooms are spacious with modern furnishings. Rooms have all amenities one would expect. The breakfast menu is plentiful with options for all cultures. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotels seem to be popular with conferences and corporate events.
