Es ist ein gemütliches, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich.

Had a lovely short stay. Staff have been really helpful. Breakfast options are good. Price reasonable, distance from the centre is good. The room is well appointed, more than spacious (I've paid more for smaller), comfortable and the beds are REALLY comfy :) EDIT: I forgot to mention if you've got an early check out they do a really nice "breakfast box" for you to take away. It's a very generous selection and kept us going quite nicely

I made a booking and paid for the room in full which was fine. Unfortunately l got notified by my brother and sisters that my mother is basically dying so I've cut my holiday sort to hopefully say goodbye to my mother. I informed the hotel 6 or 7 days of my arrival if they can cancel the room as I'm heading back to Melbourne Australia. I asked for a refund or even an extension as I'm planning to complete my vacation in due course. Receiption emailed me back and said they will not refund me the money nor give me an extension. They have no consideration at all, even the Receiption emails respond was basically BAD LUCK. I won't be booking another room with this motel ever again. They need to have some compassion.

Very well located hotel in the city center. Rooms are big and very warm. The washrooms have a bathtube. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Breakfast was pretty nice but with few vegetarian options. The only bad thing was the soap/wash gel offered in the rooms. When we arrived the staff told us we havent paid because our payment method did not work but they secured our room so that was very nice. Good service for the price you pay.

A terrible hotel. My family and I were counting hours to get out of it. Rooms were not properly prepared. Despite the fact that I have paid a considerable amount for the room, it didn't have basic facilities in it. The heating system was basically two malfunctioning radiators that didn't work properly. No air conditioner. The room was really cold. Bed sheets were not clean as you expect it. Kettle was for extra money. Shower was broken. The toilet was full of hair when we arrived. Highly unrecommended for families and children. The staff member in the reception was passive-aggressive and very argumentative.

It's bad breakfast, and the cleaning is not so good. Personally some of them was not service on and they don't tell about the must special rules as surprise me are that if you take some person in hotel after 00:00 they need documents or passport to come inside in the hotel I shall don't use this hotel more.

A really nice modern hotel with clean/ well looked after rooms that were spacious and well appointed considering the budget price. Breakfast was a buffet which has a good range of hot and cold choices with some western style, continental options like cereal or toast, alongside some more Czech offerings like stuffed pancake and spicy sausage. The reception staff were not the friendliest (came across as though they were bored/fed up when you spoke to them) but this could have just been a language/translation thing. Be aware that if you book airport transfers they will charge quite a premium, we were quoted almost 800kc one way and eventually booked our own for 430kc

Comfy beds, okay breakfast. Had money and valuables stolen from our room while we were eating breakfast on our last day. Manager didn't seem to believe us when we said the window we had left closed was now open. No action other than "I'm very sorry". We couldn't follow up for fear of missing our flight, but it was a terrible experience which I don't feel was handled properly.

Nice hotel only a few minutes away from town. Easy check in and check out service. Our room was spotless, comfy bed and a great shower. The cleaners were very noisy on a couple of occasions. Breakfast had both sweet and savoury items available- can get a little busy around 9am but we always got a seat. The staff were polite and helpful. Drinks were available from the lobby bar. We would stay here again.

Great hotel located only 10 minutes away from town. Easy check in and check out service with an option to leave your luggage if needed. Our room was spotless, comfy bed and a great shower. The walls can be a little thin but we was at the end of a corridor so we didn’t mind it at all. Breakfast had both sweet and savoury items available- can get a little busy around 9am but we always got a seat. Would stay here again.

Great service all around, with help setting up airport transport, AMAZING breakfasts every morning, and good housekeeping. I loved the location because it was easy access to many different attractions (and next to a really good brewery!). We really enjoyed our rooms, although the wall did seem to be a little thin - luckily our neighbors were respectful, so noise wasn't an issue. Would highly recommend, especially for the price we paid!

One of the best hotels ive stayed in, in Prague. Very modern rooms, comfortable beds and great selection for breakfast. Not too far from the river or tram and metro stations, also a mini shopping centre.

  • 4/5 Diana L. 4 months ago on Google
Nice hotel, very good location to explore Prague. Very nice & helpful staff. Not good soundproof as we could hear kids running and crying in the corridor. Good breakfast but the room gets very busy as there are many big groups. Overall it is a good hotel, we would stay hete again.

I booked a two double rooms. But when we went in the our room,we didn’t understand: what we paid for? the walls are dirty, there is no refrigerator in the room, it’s quite cool, the toilet handle is loose, the view from the window is on the opposite wall. as I wrote above, I booked two rooms. the second room was on the top floor, warm, cozy, with a more modern renovation and a refrigerator. and now the question is: was it really impossible to take care of your guests and prepare rooms for them with the same level of comfort? my mood is ruined. After all, looking at the photo, I was expecting a cozy modern room.

I've visited Prague about 15 times now and always stay in Hotel Pav. Rooms are always clean, and staff are always friendly and helpful. Nice location with a few bars and cafes nearby and only a short walk to the old town.

Very nice staff, rooms are clean and well equipped. Nicely located too, and very affordable. Breakfast was nice, I love eating salted foods in the morning so I liked it a lot. Also, you can access Netflix directly from the TV which I loved

Nicely located hotel in Prague with medium room price. Definitely a good place to stay for a weekend in Prague. What isn`t nice are the room walls - they are very thin so you can hear the neighbors, especially if they are noisy.

Clean comfortable little hotel at the edge of the tourist zone of Prague. Great location to explore the Old Town, Hradchani, and beyond. Breakfast was included, which was a bonus. We would highly recommend this place.

A gem of a hotel! Set in a quieter part of the city (with restaurants either side) and a couple of bars was a fantastic location. Less than 10mins walk to the river or to the town was lovely. The hotel is immaculately presented, staff friendly and welcoming with comfy beds and a super hot shower : perfect!

We booked last minute and they gave us a good price. Best sleep i had in my whole interrail journey. Stayed here only for one night as it was above our budget but it was worth the price. Good bath and tv in the room. Breakfast also excellent and they have a bag storage area.

the room I got was nothing like what is posted on the internet. I asked for a double bed or two twins for a single person, figured I could push them together my self if needed. what I got was a room that looked like a college dormitory. extremely tiney C shaped room, two twin bed but one stuffed in a corner, very small, could barely walk around, tv didn't work either. There are no pictures on the internet of the room I got, it was terrible. When I complained I was offered the handicap ♿️ room on the first floor beside the street, and it was dirty so I refused it. This hotel was not worth travelling across the world for. I recommend using caution if you see a good price with a NO refund policy.

Good for the price. A renovation would be good. Location is very good. Breakfast could have some more, like ceshew nuts.

Hotel entsprach den Vorstellungen und Bildern in Internet. Der Service war gut, Rezeption sprach fließend Englisch. Frühstück war ok. Die Zimmer wirkten sehr sauber und neu. Die Preise der Bar sind angemessen.

  • 4/5 Matthias S. 10 months ago on Google
Gut gelegen!

Nettes kleines Hotel in Prag! Hotel inkl. Personal zu 100% empfehlenswert!!!

We had three great nights in this hotel. Very easily accessible to trains. We had free breakfast every morning. The restaurant next-door is also amazing. I highly recommend going there for food and atmosphere. On the downside is there is no AC. I would not recommend going in the warmer months.

Lovely hotel, in the "New" town area. 20 mins walk to "old " Town through narrow side streets packed with shops. Tram service nearby if you don't want to walk.

We stayed at Pav Hotel and we remained satisfied. Our room and all the hotel was clean, and warm and the hotel was close to everything. Good value for money.

Big room and bathroom, great location, great breakfast and nice staff. The only down side is there was no AC, but we didnt need it, even though it was the end of July.

I really like this hotel. It was functional and right near all the tourist stuff. The rooms are interesting, and depending on where you are at in the hotel, the layout may be different. The breakfast buffet isn't bad, with meats and cheeses, eggs, English bacon, toast, fresh fruit, and cereal. They have a nice bar, with a nice bartender. Everyone speaks at least a little English, which is nice. I recommend!!

Brilliant hotel for the price. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff are friendly and have good knowledge of the area. Only issue was two of the brochure they gave us were dated (winter and summer terms) so some boat times and bus times were wrong. But apart from that everything was great.

  • 5/5 Andrew M. 4 years ago on Google
I have no real complaints about this hotel. We had a room on the top floor with air conditioning, and the ac was very strong and kept us perfectly cool. The balcony in our room was a nice touch, though the unused upstairs area was a bit strange.

Great hotel for a city break. We were here for 4 nights. Well situated for exploring the area. Room was spotless and serviced every day, have to say, the bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Staff were great and helpful. 4 stars as the bar wasn't up to much, could do with much bigger breakfast room, never enough tables. Wish the room had had air con as it was so hot but at least we had a fan in the room. Over all though, great hotel,

Rooms clean and tidy. Near everything you need to be as a tourist. Oh and ask or talk to Raul behind the bar. Guy knows his stuff and will look after you. Our stag party loved it.

Moderately priced hotel in a good location for walking tours to all attractions of old Prague. Our family room was quite large, bathroom comfortable even though non-working soap dispensers for the rest of the stay. Breakfast not crazy but you can eat enough, unfortunately too repetitive for a longer stay. The lack of warm scrambled eggs bothered us. Our recommendation: a) make a reservation from the hotel website and b) if you travel by car, use the Czech parkingcard dot cz website where you can buy a parking card on the blue line in the entire area of old Prague, also in front of the hotel, included in the garage price

Really good location with very affordable prices. Rooms are clean and have all you need. Overall, experience matches money payed.

  • 5/5 Matthew P. 2 years ago on Google
Very good value for money and is far enough away from the centre to be quiet but close enough that you can walk anywhere worth visiting. Definitely would recommend very friendly staff and decent breakfast.

Everything was cool. Tasty breakfast and easy-going hotel workers. But it was very dusty in the room.

  • 3/5 Pninit K. 2 years ago on Google
The breakfast was enough, not everything is tasty, but there is veriaty and you can choose. In the last days for our staying we asked to fill the soap in the shower, and they havn't filled it until the check out. Overall, nice hotel and a good location.

  • 5/5 Laura K. 1 year ago on Google
Very nice place, a little hidden from the outside but worth staying. The rooms are super comfy, clean, and warm. The staff was friendly and nice. We missed our plane and after contacting the hotel all was sorted in a good atmosphere after arriving around 11 am our hotel room was ready for us. Only breakfast wasn't special for us but everyone has different tastes. We can really recommend the place. We feel very relaxed after a week there. ❤️❤️

No parking on the hotel site you have to go park on another company so if you have a big car or van it's not the best hotel The rooms are clean and well maintained

  • 4/5 Laura M. 1 year ago on Google
Great affordable hotel with great location and most friendly staff! Breakfast was amazing, hotel was clean and cozy close to everything. We booked two double rooms which were not completely similar, the other was smaller and had little smaller bathroom. Rooms had minor flaws, in our room tv didn't work correctly but it didn't really bother us since we didn't really need to use it. Rooms were quite hot since no ac but at least we had a fan. Definitely would recommend!

  • 4/5 Fabri J. 1 year ago on Google
We enjoyed our stay overall. The room service could be a bit later in the day though, they didn’t do our room 2 out of the 4 days we stayed 😅

  • 1/5 Lyam D. 1 year ago on Google
Rude overnight reception man. Even though hotel information clearly states you can by drinks from reception after midnight. The man in a very unfriendly almost aggressive tone told me off for asking and kept repeating that its closed in a very abrupt rude manner.

  • 5/5 Mary W. 1 year ago on Google
Would recommend to visitors very close to metro and tram lines and within close area to shops and river

  • 5/5 Cristian A. 1 year ago on Google
The location is good in a quiet area. I had the big room with a very big bed which was on the top floor. Non-stop hot water and heat. The bathroom was large but did not have enough hooks for towels. Good breakfast (between 7 am and 10 am) but the coffee was not extraordinary. And for dessert there were two courses. It was a good choice for what they offers.

  • 1/5 Cat D. 1 year ago on Google
TV doesn't work, only the lobby TV works is what I was just informed. There's no kettle of any sort in the rooms, you have to pay for coffee in the bar area. I do not recommend this hotel!

  • 4/5 amin t. 1 year ago on Google
Very clean, perfect location, great breakfast with good options. About 15 minutes walking to luxury boutiques street and the Charles bridge, less than 10 minutes walking to the Dancing House, 20min walking to shopping centers etc. I missed a good coffee machine for breakfast and the staff are helpful but maybe too serious. Smile :)

  • 4/5 Paula W. 1 year ago on Google
Helpful and friendly staff, very clean hotel. Lots of choice with buffet style breakfast. Disappointly no tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms.

  • 4/5 Alex G. 9 months ago on Google
Hotel was adequate. The lobby staff were helpful. Showers had good water pressure and never-ending hot water. The included breakfast was ok, but I only ate it once out of my three days because the food at the local restaurants is better, in my opinion. Luckily when I stayed, the temperature was in the mid 60s, so I could keep the windows open and stay comfortable. There is no AC in the bedrooms so I would never want to stay here in the summer.
