Good hotel for the price, but the rooms could be better. In the end is very clean and with enough amenities. The rooms has good showers and a good bed. It’s a bit noisy in the room as the doors lacks of isolation. The breakfast is really good either way some nice local dishes that was the best part

Nothing to write home about. The front desk sold us tickets to the transit system at a higher cost than if I went to the actual terminal, that was disappointing. The two double beds were one king, with 2 blankets. I would definitely stay here again if the price was right. Bring a blow-dryer they have one of those small eat your hair dryers. Clean hotel, quiet, conveniently located to public transportation and food. The area had a times square vibe to it. Very active / busy

The hotel is located at the great spot, one minute walk to a tram station, around 15 minutes to the old town center by tram, and a shopping center next to it! Staffs are friendly and room is clean! We slept very well in this hotel! There's also an underground parking which is convenient! Highly recommend and it will definitely be my first option to stay at if I visit Prague again

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time, there were some issues. I decided to give the hotel a second chance and booked a room there again. However, I mentioned my concerns from the first visit in my booking. To my surprise, they took my feedback into account. The manager even wrote a response to my feedback, which was commendable. The hotel is clean and overall very good. I do have one note though: the breakfast staff always wants to clear the plates from the table. Sometimes they are intrusive, asking if I am done eating. I would like to eat in peace. If a plate is not empty, it should not be cleared away, even if I might not eat anymore from it.

Good, what you expect from a hotel. Modern bathroom, friendly staff and nice cafe (Oscar's) We didn't have the breakfast, so we can't comment on that. Location to the metro and shopping is excellent. Parking is not free, but secure and the price is well commicated in advance. Would stay here again. Bad: - Ventilation made a squeaking noise that we couldn't fix ourselves (fan speed did not matter). Later we found out that the sound was also in the general hallway. Something the maintenance should look into.

Rooms and location are good. Breakfast is very meat and cheese heavy; not great vegan options although the hotel honey is a great touch otherwise. For a very business centered hotel I find it very disappointing that there is not so much as instant coffee in the rooms - particularly disappointing at a late hour. The only bar/restaurant also refused to serve me a lemonade one evening as it had been (fully) privatized for a company dinner and there were no plans to cater to the other hotel guests…

We got a room on the top floor. The hotel team made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was awesome with a great selection of food. The location is perfect, not too far from the town centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

First of all: we as a small group had a wonderful stay in Prague. The hotel team was very friendly and quick. The location was perfect for exploring beautiful Prague. Great and varied restaurants in the immediate vicinity. This was our first, but by no means our last holiday in Prague.

Great location, you don't need any public transport to see the landmarks in Prague, everything is in 30 minutes range. Excellent breakfast. Nice and comfortable rooms. You are getting a present if you don't want your room to be cleaned, which is really great.

A very nice choice. The tram station is too close with very frequent routes. There is a mall center also nearby. The rooms are perfect. I stayed alone and I enjoyed my business travel there. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. A value for money hotel.

Really good hotel, breakfast is a dream. Surrounded by a mall with plenty of shopping opportunities and a gazillion of different restaurants can be found at every corner. The metro and other public transport is also nearby. Parking is expensive but comfortable right beneath the hotel. The windows can only be opened a bit and the A/C doesn't work too well. You can hear noises from the pipes when others shower. If your room faces the street, it will be loud if you open the windows. There's a lot of guests and other people roaming the streets and the bus runs in short intervals from 4:30 to midnight. Otherwise it's fine. The bed was better than in other hotels, but the floor in the bathroom was very slippery. Staff is friendly, speaks English. In the breakfast room there's a robot helping the waiters with dirty dishes etc. The waiters do a great job clearing and cleaning the tables. It always looked pleasant and clean. However, the A/C was very strong there so you might want to bring a sweater. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to check out the other amenities (i.e. gym).

The customer service was outstanding! Michel welcomed us when we checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. Staff made us feel welcome and provide helpful hints and suggestions for our 2 days in Prague. Even made sure we had reliable transportation to the airport! Kudos to the entire staff!!

Nice hotel. In a nice off-center location. Great rooms, great breakfast, good wellness location. The little drop: why does the reception staff has to be <20years old as a rule? And only be partially ok with English, and basic customer interaction?

I had a very pleasant stay. The location is easy to find and you are close to everything, tram, bus, taxi station. Very close to shopping malls, restaurants. The room is really nice and with a lot of space, clean and confortable. The buffet at breakfast time has plenty of options and even an Asian corner. The gym is very big and the equipment is in good conditions. The staff was very friendly. For sure if I will repeat if I’m in the city again.

We've been here for several times. The rooms are good and the service is always friendly. And the breakfast offer is excellent. The parking is quit expensive. The hotel is located in a very nice area with restaurants and not far from the old city. With the tram and metro we could go everywhere. To clean the room not every day anymore makes sense. But the reason is rather cost savings than climate reasons. But if the reason is about climate than they could do a lot more and different. It's crazy how much paper they use for decoration the breakfast tables. Nobody need things like that.

Excellent hotel! Came back for a second stay after 12yrs and it was as good as ever! Rooms were very clean, modern and spacious. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Location is excellent! And easily the best hotel breakfast of my entire Europe trip! Not just variety but the freshness and quality of the spread was fantastic! Very happy and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Prague!

The front desk people helped me make a phone call, replace a lost key, order a cab, understand the money exchange and get directions. I was traveling alone in a foreign country and just knowing they would help me significantly reduced my anxiety. I also really enjoyed the sparkling clean, well designed bathroom with the heated floor. I looked forward to a hot bath at the end of each busy day. The overall experience was a great value for the money!

Friendly and efficient staff who spoke excellent English. WiFi, Safe and TV were of a good standard. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfasts had a good variety of food and drinks but the Bacon and Fried Eggs were cold each morning. A kettle with Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room would have been welcomed. 10pm seemed early for the bar to close to guests.

Very nice hotel in Prague. I had an apartment which was huge! Room was clean and I could sleep very good. Hotel is located next to some restaurants and a big shopping small. For sightseeing you need to walk up to 30min or need to take the tram. Breakfast was also very nice. A lot of choices and I really liked that they are offering gluten free bread, alternative milk and even a small Asian corner.

Nice hotel, with very decent dining. The room was rather well insulated from the outside (I had a window to the street) but not so much from the inside (I was able to clearly follow a discussion on the corridor). Excellent was the fact that the refreshment for the coffee breaks (during the conference) was available all the time, not only during the scheduled break itself. This is not usual, and it was very positively commented by participants (and myself). I would have no problem to recommend the hotel for a stay or for a conference organisation.

Everything was perfect. Room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast! There was one minus - tourist tax about which there was no information when making the reservation. Still, the hotel deserves a 5 star quality to price ratio. Highly recommend

Clean hotel, really friendly staff all very helpful. The bedrooms were comfortable, and very nicely presented. The only negative comment I have was with the bar facility, it closed at 22:00, with no option for guests to have a beer, and whether your on business or on holiday it is nice to have access to a drink after 22:00
