There
was
a
definite
picture
of
the
bathtub
on
the
website,
but
we
did
not
get
the
room
as
depicted.
The
reception
said
that
we
should
have
written
the
bathtub
for
necessity.
2.
You
do
not
get
a
bottle
of
water
every
day.
They
say,
just
the
first
bottle
of
water
is
complimentary.
However,
there
was
not
enough
information
beforehand.
3.
The
toilet
cover
was
shaking.
4.
In
the
shower
booth,
the
cliper(shower
head
fixer)
was
not
fixed,
and
it
was
dangling.
5.
The
radiator
did
not
heat
the
room
enough.
Even
though
we
fully
turned
on,
it
was
not
even
warm.

When
we
first
arrived
at
our
room,
the
TV
screen
just
stopped
and
did
not
work
properly.
Above
all,
this
well-known
hotel
should
have
checked
whether
there
were
any
problems
in
each
room.
The
customer
cannot
call
the
reception
every
single
time
for
requesting
a
technician
at
the
reception.
The
guests
want
a
comfortable
staying,
not
here
to
find
problems
and
request
fixing
every
time.
