The location is beyond perfect! Close to many tourist attractions, great restaurants and coffee shops, and the old city. Everything about our stay was amazing. Stayed with my wife and kids. The staff were professional and very helpful. Check-in was a bit delayed for a room mix-up but we took the time to walk around the hotel. They got milk & cookies for the kids which was very thoughtful. Definitely will come back when we're in Prague.

The staff (everything esle) at 4 Seasons in Prague is amazing! We have visited the hotel in the summer with a very special request. We wanted to use the roof terrace for a very special moment - for our proposal. This was without any booking or previous arrangement. Ondrej Halouska, the manager provided the most outstanding service. He allowed us to use the terrace for 1 hour so my partner could propose to me. Thank you to all staff who has made our day even more special.

The staff are incredible and go above and beyond for customer service. Barbora was so kind and helpful right from the beginning, however she was extraordinary on the day of our checkout. We only stayed here one night in order to break up the long drive from Berlin to Vienna. Everything was wonderful until at about 12:30am we began hearing a banging sound. It turns out they were doing an emergency repair in the restaurant. The sound continued well into the morning, and as you can imagine we were not happy about it. The next morning Barbora found us immediately at breakfast to apologize profusely, and let us know once we were done with breakfast to come chat with her. She offered to comp our stay for the night as well as extend our checkout well past checkout time. This was great customer service, however what really sets it apart was that as we left Barbora gave us a bag of the most delicious ham and cheese sandwiches and muffins for our drive. They also stocked our car with water. What was seemingly a nice gesture turned into a life saver on the long drive to Vienna. Even if you experience an inconvenience at this hotel they are more than accommodating to make up for it. Everyone is lovely and so helpful, we would gladly stay here again!

The highest levels of service and hospitality, as expected. Without discounts, the prices are insanely high and not competitive in my opinion, compared to the nearby selection of hotel rooms. This also includes the tours, massages, etc that the hotel offers. I was lucky to have the opportunity to experience such a hotel for over a week with the help of a great offer that they had. If you have more money than you know what to do with - this is the hotel for you! You'll be pampered from A to Z in ways you couldn't think of.

Very close to Charles Bridge, easy five minute walk. Great location in Prague. Very nice hotel with impeccable service to include nightly turndown services. Less than a block from bus stop and underground metro station for easy transportation anywhere in the city and beyond. We purchased a 24-hour pass for less than $10 each and it got us on all public transportation, great deal and so convenient, just don’t lose the ticket. No need to rent a car. We used Uber and Bolt for when we didn’t want to figure out the public transportation or wanted to get closer to our destination and minimize walking due to blisters and prices were very good.

Top notch service, mega attentive, tailor to our needs. Sincere thanks for the upgrade and offer of our anniversary cake. This hotel is well built or well refurbished, the insulation against the freezing weather outside is super good. Regardless how cold it is outside, it’s warm and stable inside our room. It’s a very well decorated hotel with elegant homeware, well designed and organised. The breakfast is superb, outstanding and really vitalises you right from the beginning of the day.

We loved our time here. The service was top notch, the hospitality was amazing, the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the spa was superb. I would happily stay again. We went to the restaurant Cotto Crudo for our wedding anniversary and everything was absolutely perfect. They took really good care of us all the way and also prepared us an anniversary pastry. Wonderful experience, combined with a wonderful location and terrace.

This was our first trip to Prague. Our stay at the Four Seasons was amazing. The rooms and service are first class. The attention to detail on room service was top notch. Also, the location is central to the area to walk almost anywhere you want to go.

There is a reason the Four Seasons has the reputation it does. The staff earn that reputation every day. The service is second to none. The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious, and beautiful. When some talk about anticipating a customers needs and serving their unspoken wants/needs- the Four Seasons is doing that

Location, location, location. Great views of the river and the castle. The restaurant is also very good. The breakfast is extensive with local specialties. Everything is walking distance from historic center to Jewish center to the castle and bridges. The staff is very well trained and helpful.

I loved this hotel. The service in incredible I wanted to hug everybody! Haha just so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. And the drinks of course also. The location is perfect for touristic activities and also for shopping.

This is the place to stay in Prague. Centrally located with amazing attention to detail as far as the people cleaning your room amd turn down service. She even helped organize my electronics cords and put velcro bands on them! It has amazing breakfast and a staff that will bend over backwards to help with anything and everything. At breakfast on our last day the kindest morning server actually put a container of pastries together for my son for when we arrived home. Just incredible and unexpected.

Like in 2021 we decided to enjoy again today the breakfast at that hotel and it was just fantastic and so tasty and yummy. Highly recommended. We alsi would like to congratulate Jana for her 5 star service. She has been so kind and friendly with us once again. I don’t have enough words to convey how much I enjoyed my five night stay at Four Seasons Prague Hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, including the rooms and common areas. It’s also located in the heart of “Old Prague” (Prague 1), which is home to the old Jewish Quarter (dating back to the 1,300’s. Most impressive, however, we’re the staff. All of them, without exception, were helpful, friendly and courteous. For the kosher consumer and Sabbath/Shabbat observant Jews who refrain from using elevators on their holy day, the hotel is extremely versed in the Sabbath/Shabbat customs. Depending on your level of observance, they would happily escort you up the elevator and open your room or give you access to the service stairwell (not available to the general public) to walk up or down without having to use the elevator. I’ve never experienced such a level of Sabbath/Shabbat accommodations, not even in Israeli hotels in israel.

Very unprofessional and unpleasant, they never clean the table, or take empty glasses, rude staff especially the manager of bar and restaurant. Terrible presentation, it felt like drinks from some whatever pub in the middle of nowhere saving money on ingredients, but for 3 times the price of a good bar. We were having drinks and our drinks were almost full before dinner, and waitting for someone to come bring some menu for food...but of course they are so slow motion.. Their unprofessional rude manager was like "obviously nothing happening on this table" I'd like to bring you the check!!! We are 5 young professionals, and we never had anything like that anywhere. Such a vulgar place. The manager saw the Arabs coming from the gulf with gold chains, and wanted to give the table for the Arabs, and get rid of the young ladies.

The service was second to none! We have stayed in many 5 star hotels, all with great service, however this was exceptional! I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return. Thank you

Always love to be back. The best hospitality ever. Ivan, Jan, Roman were impeccable and are always smiling. Eva at the spa was unbelievable with our kids. Our journey at the hotel was once again memorable and we can't wait to be back. The whole Four Seasons were amazing. The swimming pool and the sauna was extra clean. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfy that you don't want to get up. Also the hotel has a beautiful view of Prague and is located right next to the Charles Bridge.

I love this hotel! From staff till rooms and spa just perfect! The hotel is located directly besides the Charles bridge, so a awesome location. Breakfast was delicious. My favorite hotel in the whole Czech Republic!

Gorgeous hotel with a view to match! Centrally located and immaculate service. Don't forget the complimentary shoe shine! The bar has got some of the best selection of scotch in town.

Stayed 4 days. Will rate several aspects Room:view and comfort to die for. It was good Service:General manager Mr Dell was courteous and extremely helpful, Dining hall. Food manager Mr Garredo not only runs an excellent service but comes and personally helps during rush times. All the staff in the dining room was so helpful,it just made the # extra holiday calories v acceptable. I strongly recommend the hotel for a pleasant experience.

I came my lovely city Prag before my departure and i was looking for coffee shop and more. I saw four seasons hotel and asked reception ..she gave m coffee for free.. the didn't take money from me.. the are amazing ,kind and respectful and helpful.. this is five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨✨✨✨✨ Prag is five star ✨✨✨✨ for season is five star.. they deserve... Thanks 🙏😇 after 7 hours bus trip coffee is life guard and in 04:30 all city was sleeping!! And so i am 🤞 and Angels following me.. there is a legend about Charles bridge ..once you pass on it you will visit again.. after five years i came again.. i love it...
