This hotel is without any doubt one Prag’s hidden gems and you really get a lot for what you are paying. It is an inexpensive hotel but without any loss of quality. Nice comfortable rooms, with light clean bathrooms. Comfortable beds and soundproof walls. There’s an a/c mounted in each room and a cooler. You get a nice, tasty breakfast if you like but if not don’t there are plenty of food outlets around. The street itself is quiet and a bit hidden away from the main arteries of the city a short stone throw from Narodni Divadlo. It is excellent but I saved the to the end. The staff are nothing but superstars and they really care about their guests. I can warmly recommend the Cloister Inn. And I am picky as I travel a lot. All together It was a stay with charm, soul and spirit that will demand that you go back as often as you can.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a very enjoyable stay! The hotel itself is nice and is surrounded by cozy restaurants, it's in an ideal location since the old town and Charles bridge are less than 10 minutes away. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was everything we could ask for! I recommend this hotel and if I came back to Prague I would definitely consider coming back here.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, we had a nice outside view that we appreciated. The location is perfect in the city center in a quiet street near all the interesting attractions of this beautiful city. The breakfast is really delicious with a good variety of food (coffee could be better). Little improvement: change shower head, ours was a bit broken. Overall really good quality for the price

Stayed multiple times, basic but very clean rooms, excellent location. Short stroll into the main square or Wenceslas but quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.

Tv was capped so no USB can be plugged. Nice breakfast. Ramp/stairs to access the reception. Keys are not electronic. Room super clean and comfortable although furniture style was not my type. Very well located.

the room was decent for the price. the location was very good, not far from the center but not too near to get annoying by crowned tourists. the staff was helpful and polite. they also have airport transfers service too

There is a coffee machine at the reception.. Our room was big, we had a sofa and a table..the bed was big and comfortable. Our room was by the road and opposite there is a restaurant and couple of bars..but we hardly heard any noise from outside..it is about 5 minutes walk to Charles Bridge.

Very happy with the hotel during a 4 night stay. Great location just off the heart of the tourist areas so a 5-10 walk minute to various popular spots. The tram stops are close by to give quick access to the likes of the castle. Wi-fi was excellent. Tea and coffee can be made by reception and taken to the room if you wish. The room was made up every day.....we honestly had no grumbles....apart from a very small TV and poor channels, but we should have other things to do in such a beautiful city. Takes about 50 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel using the 119 bus and the metro, including a 10 minute walk.

Smack in the middle of the city! Nice walk to everything! Parking spots available, but be sure to practice super tight parking. The receptionist that helped us with the check-in was a star! Helped with two bookings and explained it all. TV was on the small side, but then who comes to Prague to watch TV?

We loved this location. The hotel was good with a good breakfast. Don't use them for any other 3rd party services like taxi, tickets or laundry. They charge WAY more than what you would pay outside. The street is quiet but it's only a street or two from a very busy street with nightlife. In general try to find food by 9 pm. 10 at the latest. It's so convenient to either side of the river and that's what you're paying for. And the breakfast

Location is simply amazing near to the city center, amazing breakfast Everything was so clean. In the reception the staff was good and especially i would give 10 out of the 10 girl named Irina. Whatever we asked she never said no and she tried to help us in every possible way and we are thankful for that. The room and the hotel was very clean, the price is very suitable with the service they provide and I highly recommend this hotel for staying, especially if its your first visit in Prague

3 star hotel that is done well. Everything is good and basic, no frills, but price reflects that fact. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet matches the price and it has good variety of cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yogurt, muesli, hard boiled eggs, sausages. Very convenient location.

Everything was great, except parking places....extremely small, so your car has big chances to be hit or scratched. I recomend 100%, but without parking places.

Best location but rooms are very small and cozy. service is okay if you don't include your breakfast while booking it will cost 10 euro. How ever they did not let me check in before 3 pm. I had checkout the city first and checked in in the evening.

My stay was comfortable and relaxed at the hotel. Top location, honestly couldn't be better. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The pillows were very high and I couldn't sleep because of it on the first night, so one of the staff kindly searched for a smaller pillow for me. Easy check in and check out. The bed was very comfortable with a firm foam mattress and warm blankets. The shower had a great pressure and temperature. Everything was spotless, expect for underneath the bed. There were big crumbs and a sock from the previous guest. The building is very old, so some rooms may not have easy access to electricity sockets, but the staff is very willing to help and think in solutions. Will definitely stay again!

For a 3 star hotel is this great. The rooms are decent and large. Location is great. Only the price is on the higher side.

Good place to stay near what you want but not in a busy street that bars and restaurants noise will bother you and the staff is very attentive. But one issue the WIFI is not the greatest in this hotel at best is spotty.
