We got a room next to rooms with group of young men that were partying and shouting in the hotel before they headed the town. When we asked staff to react or to move us to different room because it was so noisy they were helpless... They told us that was a similar problem a day before so that was another day of such behaviour was tacitly accepted... All in all, the whole evening until 22:30 we had to bear the noise, shouts of their before party and counting on they leave soon... Obviously we have been also awakened at the dawn when this group came back to the hotel and made noise again. This is not the thing you expect when book a room in the hotel with a reception 24h. The garbage those guests left in the corridor next to our room when running between their rooms remained there for the whole night even though it was raised to the staff and they have viewed this on the monitoring - again no reaction. The room was so poor and unkempt - mould in the bathroom, peeling plaster, bad smell and no amenities in the room - nothing like a glass even... The furniture in the room seems to be random set of things that were founded in different places. Strongly NOT recommended - in the similar price range you can find much better stays in the city and similar location. I would not stay there again even having it for free.

the hotel is old, very worn and not very clean. The rooms only resemble the photos on the website at first glance. At second glance: dirt on the floor, black tile joints in the shower (mould), no hooks for towels or jackets. Our window didn't close properly. Likewise the (rusted) door of the shower cubicle. Practically zero soundproofing to the hallway (4cm open gap on the room door) or to the neighboring room. The hotel is in urgent (!) need of renovation! There is an unpleasant smell in the house. It smells like a mixture of chlorine and damp mold. Breakfast is (literally) in the basement: listless buffet in a cramped and stuffy space. We only had breakfast here once, after that we preferred to go to cafes. We would definitely not book here again!

SHOCKING HOTEL! Upon arriving at the hotel I was actually afraid to enter as the dated appearance of the hotel reminded me of a hostel! rooms also in need of a upgrade! The rooms were very dirty! Clumps of hair and food on the carpet, dirty sinks and brown stained toilet bowls! Also stained furniture. Very very noisy room, the old windows absolutely do nothing to stop the noise pollution from the trams right outside the hotel! Don't expect a relaxing experience in this hotel. Word of advice AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Also don't be fooled by the 1 star as there was no option to mark this a minus.

We had a apartment here it was simple, clean and super friendly staff. It was pet friendly and the breakfast although basic it did the trick. Very good value !

Very good location, easy to get to most places of interest. Personnel is attentive and helpful, service is great. Breakfasts are simple but fairly decent. Rooms are ok for a 3 star hotel, clean. Good impression. 👍

The staff was nice, the room was okay, the bed was comfortable! The breakfast was great! The view was cool from our window!

I can't comment on the rooms or service, as they cancelled a group booking without explanation. Best steer clear lest they cancel on you too, leaving you disgruntled and out of pocket. I'd call them a shambles, but that would be an insult to shambles.

A very good and well connected place to stay. Near the convention centre. Hospitality is good and the staff knows English and is helpful. A little old building but has good amenities and with a complimentary breakfast makes it a reasonable stay on your pocket as well.

The hotel was clean and the reception staffed 24h. Staff was friendly and the breakfast had the usual food that is expected and is always being topped up. The location is good with it being out of the main town centre, which is more calm. With the main tram connections running from in front of the hotel.

Hotel was abit dated with curtains hanging off the pole, breakfast wasn't for us as it tasted like rubber, but for the price it was a comfortable bed to put your head down at night. Great location for trams! Staff seemed very helpful aswell!

The breakfast room was smelling like thrown away food. The staff was nice and helpfull. We booked an apartment 404 and the bed was broken and our fridge too.

I booked two nights and would have needed to cancel three days in advance to not have to pay anything. Unfortunately my daughter had an unforseen medical incident on the day before arrival. The hotel was totally inflexible and I had to pay the full price. Can't recommend booking here if you have people in your life that you love and want to take care for in an emergency.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.Nothing more. Rooms do not match with pictures,Dust can be found everywhere,Cold water,No room cleaning and may god help you in case you forgot check out,They won't even warn you beforehand and throw your belongings out of the room.Does not even deserve that one star which I gave.

Different rooms than picture , no robe or slippers at room , also there is dust everywhere and it's not breathable , no room cleaning (rooms will be cleaned only after you will check out for another customer),rooms are noisy and you can literally hear everything, staff don't give you enough information ! You have to check out on 11 but no one warns you or reminds you (All other hotels have warned me on the day!!) our belongings were thrown out of room and all messed (hopefully we haven't lost anything ) because we were late due to their miscommunication with us . I personally wouldn't suggest it at all !!

Hotel has older and newer rooms. Older ones smell a bit, rather pick newer ones.

It looks fine from outside but the rooms were kind of dirty especially the toilet! Receptionist were very friendly and helpful . Sauna and the others were completely fine and enjoyable Breakfast fast average like any others

The GOOD - the staff were nice - the breakfast was basic but good (coffee was terrible though) - check-in and check-out was without issues - there's a fan in the room The BAD The room was terrible. We were in a room 27, you walk in and the whole room is just a double bed there's a small room which I guess serves as a wardrobe but is pretty much unusable for anything else, the furniture is old, but the bathroom was the worst. The sink is ok, but your toilette is basically inside the shower and it's the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. The room was nothing like in the advertised pictures and I get that you want to show your best room but room we got was so bad that after a whole day of walking around the city, we'd rather sit on a bench in a nearby park than relax on a bed and rest. And the pillow was uncomfortable.

VERY nice staff, especially the woman with long black hair. We had a very nice stay there, it was clean and breakfast was good too but I wished there were more pork alternatives for muslim guests (only sausages and pate were made from chicken). Wellness area was great and clean too. I will definitely come back...

Good for 1 or 2 nights. But won't consider for longer trips. WiFi is very weak and unreliable and the furniture is old and stained. The elevator is SLOW. Breakfast is somewhat lacking, but tolerable. Attendants are nice and willing to help and its location in the city is very good, so you can reach everywhere fast.

I enjoyed my time here alot, good location about 20 mins by tram to the centre of Prague and the Charles Bridge. Friendly staff very tolerant of the 14 man stag do that I was involved in that was staying here. Main tram links on the doorstep and reception staff are very happy to call you a taxi if necessary. Cheap beer, fizzy drinks and refreshments available at reception all at a very reasonable price. Rooms are basic but served every need we had, showers and toilet were well ventilated, they provided a bedside fan on request, fresh towels every morning. Only poor Mark I would give would be the breakfast which is very, very basic but that's just my opinion it may suit other people's needs. I personally prefer different to just croissants and orange juice every morning. Other than that, I'd highly recommend staying here.

Only offering 4 stars ✨, as we've stayed here before, but it seems to have slipped down 👇🏼 a bit. Although the rooms and the hotel 🏩 is okay 👌🏼, it's the breakfast 🥣 that has plummeted - not really appealing to the eyes 👀 anymore. The breakfast 🥣 used to be good 👍🏼.

Staff was very helpful, they provided us great apartment, which was clear and included all necessary tools. 2 Separate bedrooms with big comfortable beds, huge dining room with extra sofa and tv + table for 8 and good looking kitchen.

Very charming and clean hotel. However, I stayed there during a heatwave and the absence of air conditioning was really bad. The room had a fan, but I couldn't open the windows because the train passes every hour just nearby. The rooms are rather small. Overall, the experience was not great, mainly because of the heatwave. I would not recommend it for business trip. However, this should be a nice hotel for a quick romantic gateway.

I was treated very well the moment I walked in. The young lady was very welcoming and allowed me to check in 3 hours early at no extra cost which was handy as otherwise I would have been walking around with bags for hours. Good value for money. Slight criticism would be the breakfast options weren't great but service is the most important thing.

Stayed for a stag do and the hotel was great, had large rooms with everything you'd need. Breakfast was basic with no cooked food. Very nice people and has a tram spot outside
