An excellent experience. I highly recommend this accommodation. Our room was comfortable and spacious, the window sealed the outside noise perfectly. The TV in the room supported screen sharing from the phone, that I highly enjoyed. One needs to use the room card to get the elevator moving, which makes the rooms feel safer. The personnel are helpful and friendly, they all smile and always greet the guests. Breakfast was a solid choice, as you can examine in the attached pictures. During weekdays you even get a Prosecco and a Moët on weekends. Baristas will happily make you coffee as well. The location is fair, just a few minutes from the metro station, but it is easily a walkable distance from the city centre. I recommend grabbing a salad from Puzzle Salads around the corner, or visiting the Pilsner Urquell Tradice Original Restaurant, right across the street. There is a neat park nearby, as well as a mall and a supermarket Lidl. I literally cannot think of any negatives.

We were very happy with the hotel. Facilities were very good, breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal for journey to city centre and very close to tram stops and Metro. Ideal for surrounding restaurants and shopping. We initially had a three night stay with our room located at the back of the hotel which was very quiet and peaceful. A few days later we stayed for one night and were located at the front of the hotel which suffered from traffic noise. We found the air conditioning not to be very effective and required window to be open during the night.

Nice hotel in an area which has some bars and restaurants. We parked with Mr Parkit directly opposite. The front desk was very polite and we received a welcome beer (after some pressure😀). The room is very clean and if you close the window also silent. The breakfast was very busy. It was even hard to find a table. The food was good. Nothing to complain here!

If you want to stay in a reasonable distance from the town center it is a place to consider. Good rooms, clean, good service and very nice breakfast. There is miso soup available which I love and all the usuals eggs, sausages etc. There is also a specific stand during the breakfast where you can order a nice coffee. Recommended!

We really enjoyed this nice hotel overall. We had the possibility to park our car inside and never take it out because the location was strategic and well connected with public transportation. The room was basic but clean and functional, we appreciated the spacious shower. The breakfast was very good and well organized and the staff was polite and ready to help. Prague ist wonderful as it is but staying here made it even better. Very well done.

Our stay in the hotel was ideal. The crew wecomed us in a very friendly way. Upon our arrival, they offered us a free drink at the bar. The rooms are super clean and the decoration very modern. The best part is its location as it is situated in one of the most central areas in Prague.Very easy access to the metro line and many bus lines that can take you all over the city. We' ll choose for our next stay in Prague for sure!

Everything was very clean, room was bright, comfortable and quiet. All interactions with staff were great, very friendly and always happy to help and give recommendations. The included breakfast had a lot of variety and tasted very good. Location is pretty good as well, in short distance to tram Station Andel.

I slept here for three nice and immediately felt welcome upon arrival. Rooms are spacious, there's free coffee in the hallway, breakfast is superb and make sure to drink a Long Island Iced Tea: one of the best I ever had.

We stayed here for two nights. The staff is friendly, the rooms are simple yet clean and space efficient. We were very pleasantly surprised with the various breakfast buffet options. There truly was something for everyone and everything was replenished long before it was gone. There are two coffee locations at breakfast, one is a self serving machine (skip this one) and the other is a barista making any choice of coffee for you, including a variety of plant based milk alternatives. While we don’t drink alcohol at breakfast, the hotel serves Moët & Chandon champagne. This is included in the breakfast price, making this one the most inclusive breakfasts we’ve experienced at this room rate. We’d be happy to stay here again when visiting Prague.

Alles sauber, super Service, alles top.

Perfect hotel for those who want to be in the middle of all the action in Prague. Also, there is an easy access to the Airport. To top it all, their breakfast was amazing. The rooms, service, location , and atmosphere were excellent.

We had a business stay for two nights. Hotel being located at the city center and metro station hence has good connectivity to the places across Prague. It was extremely pleasant right from the check-in to check-out. The rooms are good, clean with ambient temperature control. The staff is very kind and helpful. They provided us an extended check-out for around 2 hours free of cost. The breakfast has a decent spread. The restaurant may have more food items on the menu especially on the chicken items :-). We surely recommend the hotel.

Hotel staff is very friendly. I didn't realize that I need to bring electric converters when I came to Czech. Front desk staff was gladly to offer me multiple choices of outlet converters and that made my stay much easier. Thank you.The breakfast bar was nicely prepared everyday. Thank you to the staff.

Very nice hotel, perfectly connected with the entire city. You can easly reach all principal sites in just some minutes. Our room was cozy and clean, with turnouts everyday. The receptionists were all very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and full of choises. It was my girlfriend's birthday and they put some cookies in the room: she loved it and was really appreciated.

Good hotel for good price. If you're traveling for business you'll have trouble telling it apart from every other hotel you visited in the past. But the rooms are clean, staff friendly, breakfast tasty and location superb. Avoid parking here at all costs. The fee for one night here is ridiculous.

Excellent hotel, super good breakfast, great location, nice staff and fair price. We loved it and will stay there again when we come back to Prague.

Our stay was great. The place is close to the old town and you can go by walk or public transport. The room was nice and the breakfast is really good, with lots of gluten free options (they also have gluten free bread). Plus they also have access to a nice gym.

We've stayed here for 2 nights, and within this time everything was perfect. Starting from the rates, rooms and customer services and finishing with location. Definitely would recommend this hotel

Clean room, cleaned thorougly day-by-day, very nice staff, very substantial breakfast, very quiet and peaceful. Insulation is also very good, so the room keeps either a cold or warm temperature troughout the day. Very nice experience, nothing to complain about.

Great service, room was very cleaned & comfy. The only downside is that there is some noise coming from the street. Other than that I'd have put 5 stars 🌟

Rally nice hotel! Stayed there over a weekend. Modern, clean, friendly and helpful staff, great neighborhood not crowded with tourists as in the centre, a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. You can find rooms with really reasonable prices! The only thing I could complain about was empty mini-bar during a whole stay. Anyway I will be happy to stay over there again.

Great hotel not far from the center. Great breakfast, friendly staff, great choice for staying in Prague. Highly recommended!

Terrible place to stay if you are sensitive to noise. Apparently all rooms have ventilation shafts and they make noise through the night. Either that or they couldn't bother changing me from my room. No a good sleep at all and staff are super arrogant and condescending. Breakfast was boring

Very nice hotel in an active area in Prague. Few steps you the Metro and tram stations taking you anywhere and you have a very nice shopping Mall with food street just at the corner of the hotel.

This hotel in Prague is everything that everyone says. It’s clean, modern, and stupendously located. You legitimately couldn’t stay in a better place. Nope, not even a hotel in Old Town or Mala Strana. First, the value is fantastic. You have access to a gym, a bar, and daily housekeeping all for less than $50 USD/day (depending on the traveling season). The rooms are clean, big, comfortable, and relatively modern design-wise. The bed is very comfortable. No creaking, no coils digging into your back, nothing. You also have everything you need for a long stay: A mini-fridge, a desk, a hot water kettle, coffee, tea, etc. The instant coffee is really good and made by a local roaster. Housekeeping is so good. They will keep your room looking brand new while you're there. I did have a few gripes. The desk chair was a bit uncomfortable. Some sheer privacy curtains would also be fantastic, since there’s a big office building right in front of the hotel.

Arrival to hotel was absolutely smooth. We came by car from east side of Prague, we passed Barandov bridge which was in time of our arrival in process of reconstruction. Before our arrival I checked with reception how to get to the garage, hotel has about 18 reserved places to park. Receptionist was kind, we liked her :o) Bartender was also epic, he prepared for us few excellent drinks, was kind to our daughter, I have no complain. Room was quite big (Deluxe room) and I am not sure if we purposely ordered 3rd bed for a child or they put it there by themselves. But it was there as regular bed, thumbs up. In general we were very pleased with the stay. From location perspective, it is one of the best hotels in its location, on quiet street (there is tram under window but we did not notice it at all) with fair prices. We will definitely return here for our next visit.
