The hotel facilities are okay. Just share my experience: There were two receptionists taking turns at the front desk. I had unpleasant experience with one of them. the elder one. I asked twice about room location and arrangement, but she gave me inconsistent answers. I was confused and wanted to confirm further. I understand we get what we pay for, and I was not trying to changing rooms. I was just not satisfied with the inconsistent answers, which I did think not professional. However, the lady got impatient and accused me of wasting her time, As a tourist, I was disappointed and aggrieved by this attitude. Later I met another younger front receptionist who may be a manager, and I reported the experience to her and was reassured. When I checked out, the first receptionist apologized to me and she admitted there might be some misunderstanding between us. Her attitude was more sincere. After that, I felt much better. I booked a single room in a three-star hotel. Although the price was not high, I still expected the hotel to be relatively professional. Generally speaking, the hotel was quite good. The room was okay, the location convenient, and the breakfast good. Most of the staff were friendly. The most unpleasant experience was the front desk experience. I hope the receptionists can be more friendly and patient to foreign tourists who do not understand Czech well. Their work is very important and will directly affect the customers’ first impression of the hotel. We also want to enjoy ourselves in Prague. Thank you.

very cute nice room. no air conditioning or mini fridge, but that was expected and we didn’t care at all because of the amazing price. the included breakfast was a god-send, and tasty, full of sausages, coffee, pastries and cereal. the location is close to many cute little shops ( i would suggest Geosvet across the road, cute shop full of amazing fossils and crystals and rocks).

I enjoyed my stay in Prague and the Lunik is in a great location only about 20 minutes walk downhill to the main shopping street. Two Metro stations are even closer. My only criticism comes due to the noise at night from next door. My room had a connecting door with zero soundproofing. One party decided to talk all night until the small hours and run hairdryers and other appliances. I would not recommend asking for a single room on the basis of getting this particular one. I'm sure rooms without the door are fine Breakfast was included and self service which meant a good start to the day and one less meal to buy when out and about. There were different options every day

Medium experience. Although rooms and hotel were very clean, I've experienced some sour behavior from some of the staff. Also quite a few did not speak English very well or at all, so some miscommunications occured during the stay. Great location and quiet most of the day.

Amazing staff (let us check in before the actual time), very helpful, nice and quick. Excellent location (right at IP Pavlova, which is the epicentre of everything). Clean, beautiful rooms with all the amenities you could need for a nice stay. Would recommend to everyone!

The hotel was alright but the blonde front desk lady with glasses made it a horrible experience in overall. She is presumptuous beyond words and rude right to your face. Disgusting really...

Very charming hotel, great staff, awesome location! It’s very close to public transportation and you can be all over Prague in no time! The bedrooms are comfortable, the heating was great, pillows are good… the only room for improvement would be the shower area - it’s small and uses a curtain instead of glass. But since the hotel seems a bit older, it’s really acceptable! The breakfast is good, the staff is always helpful and warm. It also has great exchange rates, better than most exchanges in town and definitely way better than the ones in the airport!

Nice city hotel with short distances to the old town, good value for money. Very nice staff, good breakfast, breakfast room very small. Beds are not suitable for people with back problems. Many good restaurants within 1-2 minutes walking distance.

Hotel Lunik is a great affordable option to stay when visiting Prague. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Muzeum metro stop and the main shopping trip. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean with all the amenities needed and you cam even get single rooms which is nice for solo travel. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and you can store your luggage before your departure after checking out.

This place was great for what we paid for. The room was clean and tidy, the receptionist was really friendly and the breakfast was good. Standard buffet breakfast but tasty and fresh. The location was really good, in Between 2 metro stations that can take you anywhere in Prague. The only downside was the shower. It was really small! For 1 or 2 nights it's OK but for any longer it wouldn't be comfortable. But that's just me and my shower! All in all a great location, good price, friendly staff and a good brekky!!

The front desk lady who wears glasses is very rude and unprofessional. I hope she learns some manners and basic customer service. The shower was ridiculously small. Location was good though. Fair distance from main boarding spots and close to very nice restaurants.

Good value hotel. Receptionists could have been friendlier but they were efficient. Waiting staff in the breakfast room were lovely. The room was a good size with a large bed and we had a fan, ideal as it was very hot in Prague when we stayed. It's not the nicest hotel I've stayed in but would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

I think this hotel is violating the law, the hotel staff was asking for the EU visa of the guest at checkin. I don't believe the hotel has the right to do that. That's the immigration border control's job. After passport, etc. document was provided to the hotel, the hotel staff still insisted EU visa. We were too tired after a long trip at check in, so whatever. But looking back, we should have contacted the local police to see what they say. For all the hotels around the world I have been to, there has not been one hotel asking for your visa. Either your passport or other form of ID is sufficient for verification, that's the hotel's job. The hotel's job is not country border immigration control. Also, regarding the rooms, it's very small indeed. Most importantly, the room, bed and shower are extremely uncomfortable. However, the service of the staff superseded all, absolute trash service and again terrible experience.

As everyone has mentioned, shower room is tiny. But except that, everything is great. I will absolutely stay this hotel next time I get to Prague. My favorite points are location and very soft bed ;)

All the staff is super friendly, helpful and kind. I must make a special mention to Lenny, who assisted me regarding a taxi transfer to the airport. Thank you SO much 💚 I would love to stay here again when I re-visit Prague. Thank you to all the staff, including the cleaning staff who was hard-working and friendly too!

I was really impressed by this hotel. I was booked in the standard single room which was spotlessly clean and well equipped with tea and coffee, toiletries, fast wifi, etc. The modest price included a generous breakfast. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly and luggage storage was provided before and after the stay.

Good value for money, good breakfast. We were a bit dissapointed that the room did not had any AC or refrigerator, and also the shower was very tiny. The hotel offers underground parking across the street for 20€/night. All in all, good stay.

Lovely hotel, perfect location, outstanding delicious buffet. Definitely four or five stars for my review. Slightly less than 5 because the person at the front desk on first night, nice man but really did not have information about options for other available rooms in the hotel. Hotel was told not sold out. Nor did he provid the possibility to find out which other rooms could be available or view for 2 minutes, even if had to pay more per night. Booked through Expedia which is always fantastic!! Yet the room I had was fine, very clean, nice staff in general, good price and would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very convenient near subway trains! also trams at corner, and wonderful restaurants all around.

This older building could use some updating. The shower was terrible and if you want coffee you have to pay for it. On the other hand their hotel breakfast offering was very good and well managed.

disappointment!!! I have been to many hotels around the world but I have never seen a hotel like this. This is a very small room with a children's bed. The shower is 30 cm x 30 cm and the curtain sticks to your body in the middle of the shower. The water spills on the floor and the experience is really unpleasant! Do not approach the place 12/18/22

Lovely place, possibly the best accomodation you can find with that price. Tasty breakfasts served inside or outside. Possibility of keeping luggage in hotel after check-out time. One little disadvantage is no air-condotion.

The people working there were excellent at customer service. We have stayed at many hotels in our travels. I give this one thumbs up for value, cleanliness and service.

We came to Prague with our friends to celebrate a birthday. I read only good reviews about the hotel before booking, so we booked this accommodation. Yesterday, upon arrival, the receptionist was obnoxious and impolite. She acted like a training officer in the military. I asked her a question about parking, she almost threw us out. The bathroom in the room is small and uncomfortable. We can hear the sounds from the upper floor and from the next room. We were very disappointed in the hotel, I do not recommend it to anyone.

I went with my parets to Prague for the first time and I loved it! They allowed me to do a late check in very kindly. Linda sent the the explanations and I could make it easily. Every staff starting from the recepcion was really kind and profesional. Breakfast was simple but tasty and the staff was always checking everything was toped up and ready for us. Remoming dirty plates from the tables and keeping the food ready for us. Thank you so much! I will come back for sure!

Linda is nice if you are nice 😊 Parking in basement across the hotel entrance. Beds bit hard for me. small breakfast room. Tram nearby. several restaurants nearby.

Rooms are small and not so clean. Breakfast is ok but receptionist Linda is a rude person. She has not got job’ abilities. She asked us visa in hotel. we don’t need a visa if not we couldn’t have pass through the airport. Sadly, she insisted about that we should have visa. So absurdly. I have’nt been heard that in a hotel before.

This is a small hotel situated close to Wenceslaw square. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was good with lots to choose from. The only complain would be that the toilet, or the shower leak and there was water on the floor everytime we used either one.

Good breakfast. Room is small but cozy, will be ok if you just need a place to sleep. Bathroom is small, not really comfortable with the shower. Everything is fine with affordable price

Two biggest problems in any hotel room : 1, Mattress is only 5 inches (10cm) thick, standard mattress should be 8 inches +. Thus, it's not really a mattress but more feel like just a topper. 2, Shower, it's so small that your body is touching the tile/curtain with a small Asian body girl frame. The thing is that the shower could be bigger because there is enough space to expand the shower base. The service is also very poor compared to other 3 stars hotel too, similar to some of other travelers said. Overall, it's a terrible experience, I definitely would recommend against it.

The reviews do not reflect our experience at this hotel. Breakfast is not free (180 czk/person/day). Everything is for charge. Staff was rude (if you wonder, call for vacancy). Room is old, but okay. The shower booth was very very very small. Safe was out of order. 20-30 minutes to walk to the edge of the old town (much farther to the praha castle), which in my opinion is not near the city center. The stay discouraged us from visiting Praha again, but even if we do, we will definitely avoid this hotel.
