Liked: It’s a nice hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. And that’s all. Not fabulous, not wow. Free parking in the courtyard. Good breakfast. Helping staff. I really appreciate the hospitality of the staff. Disliked: Overall the rooms looks cheap, it’s like a 90s hotel. In the elevator and lobby area smells like chlorine from the pool. I would also say that the picture doesn’t reflect the reality. Breakfast is ok, same every morning, and not at all outstanding or fabulous. Spa and jacuzzi is not free, and neither cheap. One of the elevators was out of service. Fabulous as a rating is too much. And definitely not a four stars.

Super friendly people working there at the reception. Check in was fast and we were provided with some vouchers - and were very happy about it. Tge rooms were clean and tidy, the beds were not saggy at all and very cozy. Lunch buffet was plenty and tasted great. You can reach a tram station in a few minutes by foot.

First I would like to praise the hotel staff. Everyone was really very polite and helpful! The hotel is located in a neighborhood that I personally find very interesting. The distance from the city center by tram is 11 - 15 minutes (depending on the time of day). Everything in the room was neat and clean. The rooms were also cleaned and tidied by the staff every day. Also, it is important to mention that our car was parked in the hotel parking lot, which is secure. Definitely, the service is at a high level and the price is extremely favorable according to all the above. I definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again.

Great price and service ratio. We got even a bottle of wine at our room. Nice and complete breakfast. Freshly baked bread and many sweet pastry of you like that. The personnel was always happy to help and had good enlgish compared to other parts pf the city. Very nice beds I should also add. Maybe the only downside might have been the shalow walls as it was a bit noisy but not impossible to sleep. The gym was not great, there was no air and it had very old machines.

The staff are super friendly and polite. The hotel restaurant has delicious foods and a good menu plus nice staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only thing is that there is no air conditioner in the rooms, but big noisy fans. The hotel is about 8 minutes drive to the old town. So if you are not used to walk، it might be a little bit challenging for you to walk to the Old Town! I had booked for 2 nights stay، but my flight to Prague was cancelled and I had to fly the next day to get there 20 hours later. I asked if they would charge me for just one night، which they did not accept. So I paid double for just one night stay. Obviously، I didn't feel very satisfied.

We had a lovely stay. Clean room and comfortable beds. The breakfast was wonderful. Cool places around. The staff was extremely helpful and went extra mile to help us with everything we needed. Big thank you to Ondrej and Kristyna - both were friendly, professional and very happy to help.

The service was perfect. We stayed at the family room which was very comfortable and well equipped. It is located 20 mins away from the city center by train (costs 1 euro approx each way). We also enjoyed the wellness area (jacuzzi and sauna). Definitely a place I will come back when in Prague.

Very nice hotel just outside Prague, Rooms was specious and well equipped… With a tram you’re 5 minutes away from city center Transportation is very well organized and easy so this is nothing to worry about… If I’ll be back to Prague I’ll choose the same hotel

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Room was nice and clean. We had a free welcome drink and met only very friendly staff. Dinner was rudimentary as was breakfast. Location was good - parking in front and close to two tram stations going to the centre of Prague.

We had a wonderful time in Prague. The staff was super friendly, we got some free gifts, e.g., water and wine, the rooms were clean and we felt very comfortable. All in all, really recommendable.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! This is the worst hotel I have every stayed in. The staff was rude and unprofessional. The room was NOT AIR CONDITIONED and there are no screens in the windows so to cool off the room I had to leave the window open and a bat flew in my room. The twenty something desk clerk was so scared of it I had to get it out of the room myself. When I asked the staff to install a screen they did nothing. The beds are terribly uncomfortable because you can feel the springs poking out of the mattress when you lie down. The maid always left dirty dishes in my room even after she allegedly “cleaned” the room. Again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! And the wifi did not work.

I was there last week with my family! It is very impress me about the staff. They all so kind and welling to help you. Whatever a questions. If they can answer they tell u. And no cheated and front desk. Sincere and respectful. And important things is FREE PARKING SPACE. Its so convenient for us. The room so clean and good. Breakfast so delicious. But i not really like dinner at restaurants much.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wellness Hotel Extoll Inn, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel immediately at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable. From the seamless check-in process to the attentive room service, their professionalism was commendable. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a restful sleep and a productive day. What sets this hotel apart is its exceptional wellness facilities. Thé services offered a sanctuary of relaxation, and the variety of treatments available catered to all preferences and needs. The dining experience was another highlight. The on-site restaurant served a variety of mouth-watering dishes that catered to all palates, from local specialties to international favorites. Breakfast was a feast in itself, with an array of healthy options to kick start the day. The location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area or head into the city for business or leisure activities. In summary, Wellness Hotel Extoll Inn offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and well-being, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers alike. I left feeling rejuvenated and am already looking forward to my next stay

A fantastic place. I would start with the fact that we were traveling from Bulgaria to Poland and our way back we visited Prague. Before this we were at Budapest and Germany. And this hotel was the best when it comes to location, accomodation and in general. First - there is a separate private, guarded parking for the guests of the hotel. And it is free. This is an absolute win for Prague and if you are visiting for few days it will save you a lot of money. Second there is a tram that leads you to the old town and it is no more than 100 meters from the hotel. In general the location is very quiet and you can have a good rest. This is about the parking and the location. The rooms are very big, with own corridor and big bathroom. They are not the most luxurious rooms but they are perfect for a couple who wants to see the city and doesn't have a lot of requirements. Super comfortable bed, flipflops from the hotel, towels everything is provided and available. Yeah, there is no air-condition in the room, this may be an issue for some, but there is a fan that is enough to make even the most heated air breathable. Service - amazing. When we checked in the receptionist gave us all the information that we may need, advices on where to eat, what to see, how to get to the old town, everything we asked he was able to answer or searched for us. Also we received complimentary welcome drinks, free spa, yeah the hotel has pool, and sauna, where you can rest after whole day of walking, and at our room there was a bottle of red wine, free beers, water, colas and tea, and coffee. It was way above our expectations! They made us wanting to return as soon as possible so we can experience the same attitude towards customer again. My only concern is that they raised the bar so high that they will need to keep it like this in order to satisfy their customers. I hope they will manage.

Great place and great food but there's no air conditioning! Sightseeing is hard to do if you have a schedule since hot tub and sauna are only open during late morning (11AM) and you gotta reserve it ahead of time. I am however very glad with room service since we got a bottle of wine in our room and a few snacks for free!

The staff was amazing, both patient and helpful. The rooms were nice, a little small, with only two chairs for a room of four, bus still very nice. The bathrooms were big and clean

A classy hotel in a serene environment with top top quality customer service. When my friend Agassi and I arrived at night Ahmed (the security guy) was super helpful in helping us pack our vehicle and get stuff to the room. We were offered free complimentary drinks. The wellness service is one reason why we selected this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The sauna and jacuzzi made our night. It was super cool to have chess boards in the lobby. Andrew and Nick were very very helpful in the morning during our checkout. Andrew gave us brief history of his two tattoos which was fascinating. Nick was kind enough to give us €20 coupons for our next visit, whenever that is. I’ll definitely recommend wellness hotel extol inn

Pleasant stay. But would have been better if the hotel had air conditioning. They supply fans but that just circulates the hot air and is noisy. Hot tub and sauna need to be pre booked and open only late morning (11am), so if visiting for sightseeing is difficult to schedule your time.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and had a fantastic stay. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful offering advice on transport etc. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options. The room we stayed was also good with comfortable single beds as requested plus complimentary wine in the room and free complimentary drinks as well. As it was near Christmas they had mulled wine and biscuits at the reception for everyone which was a lovely gesture. We walked to the tram stop just 3mins away to access the old town and metro station. We used the jacuzzi and sauna which was really nice after a day of exploring. Thank you Nick for your help with transport and Ahmed who used to come and have a friendly chat. We also had dinner one night and it was really nice. They also have luggage storage facility. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to Prague.

A clean and well-maintained hotel, a reasonable distance from the center. Very tasty and sufficient buffet breakfast, staff really nice and helpful. Safe parking for the motorcycle was found in the courtyard.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and we had a fantastic stay. The hotel offers a free parking, the staffs are really friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the room we stayed was also good plus a free wine upon check-in, and the location is so accesible - just 3mins walk to tram station. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to Prague. Recommending it to all that are still looking for a hotel in Prague.

No complains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in, check out was fast and hassle-free. Private parking in the premises was available free of cost. Good Tram connections to City center. Breakfast was good. Hotel rooms were perfectly clean and well maintained. Room heater was working perfectly. I can recommend the hotel.

I stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay here again. The hotel is in a good location, Prague 7. It was a very long walk, but I was able to make it to Old Town on foot, and felt safe the whole way. Uber or Bolt is recommended. The rooms are very clean, but a little bare. This may be more of a cultural expectation from me. I can't be more clear though, that the rooms were very clean. The staff were the real gem here though. All the people at the front desk, no matter how busy they were, were always able to be helpful. The restaurant and bar staff, were very friendly too. I never had any trouble understanding or being understood. Overall, a very good experience.

For the Price we paid with booking it was amazing. The wellness was great too we got relax. We got complimentary wine and welcome drinks I recommend to put the wine in the fridge as soon as possible. The Hotel isn’t far from the city either, we took Uber and it’s only 4 min away. It’s never too loud. Breakfast was included and they had a variety. If you’re looking for a hotel with a view, I won’t recommend it, but other than that I loved it.

The hotel is easily accessible by tram to the old town. The breakfast is very varied and satisfying. Although the rooms are not very luxurious, they are acceptable in terms of price. The most pleasing part of the hotel is the people working at the reception. They are so helpful and friendly that they may be the reason why I will choose this hotel for my next visit to Prag.

Very friendly and professional staff. We were given a summary with hours for meals, public transport to the Old City, prices for spa and wellness which was quite helpful. It's located very close to trams heading to the city centre to which you can get in about 10 minutes, so it's not that long. A room was large and super clean. It was clever to give guests a notepad where they could request in writing that cleaning ladies left an unfinished glass or something. Each guest gets a free bottle of Czech wine. The breakfast was really good even if it was a typical continental one, however sweet pies are worth trying. At the check-out me and my friend were each given a bottle of water for a journey, that's a nice gesture. Highly recommended!

I was here for a few days with my friends and I sincerely recommend this hotel. Room was very clean and tidy, we got a wlecomedrink. Beeakfast was very tasty and well quality. Great location of the hotel - close to metro and tram stops, very friendly service both at the reception and housekeeping. greetings from Poland, we will definitely come back one day!

The staff at the reception are really nice and smiley. The rooms are big and even though the hotel is not the newest, it's good value for money. Free parking is really helpful in Prague, and the breakfast was good

The hotel was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs (periodically coming and check with us, hello to girls from reception). The quality of the food was excellent, the quality of the service was awesome overall a very good positive attitude. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every event, entertainment. There is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high. Elisabeta

We had a blast. I was a little anxious after reading some negative reviews, but after the warm welcome by Libusé and her colleagues (forgot their names) we felt really special. The breakfast was amazing and we were totally relaxed after the sauna and jacuzzi. Already recommended this hotel.

Our stay was overall great, nothing to complain about, really. Breakfast allows you to pick from many options, cleaning was frequent and swift; if you're a driver, that's the place for you as well. Generally speaking, we felt like the rooms and services were in a better standard than similar places in other European capitals, so we can only recommend the place.

Great price to value ratio. Good service, located close enough to center without the hassle. Very nice experience. Hotel has not been renovated in a while and it shows but, considering Prague standards, it is a good choice

  • 5/5 Jakub Czaja (. 2 years ago on Google
It is a really great place to stay on your trip to Prague. Localization is good(3 minutes from tram station), rooms are okay for that price, the same with breakfast. There is parking for clients. Also, all people who works there are very nice and always trying to help. If you don't want to spend much, and has nice hotel - Extol is for you

  • 5/5 Etijoro L. 1 year ago on Google
The hotel is fabulous and worth the spend. Good value for the cash. The room is clean and smells nice. Friendly reception with good English. The restaurant cooks good and the prices for a meal is fair. The environment is quiet during the day and also at night. You will not regret your stay and may definitely want to come back!
