Nice hotel, comfortable beds, hot water in shower, clean. Basic and Good breakfast. Staff are kind and helpful. Not in the center but close enough to walk there. Room are not so modern but comfortable enough. No pool or gym but there is an option to buy cheap tickets to the Novotel hotel right next to Ibis.

Overall, we had a fine stay in this hotel, but it is clearly due for a refurbishment. We appreciated the quality of the Ibis sweetbed, the location and the soundproofing. We also loved the breakfast, which included a variety of cereals, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, hot dogs and other good stuff. The coffee was also very good. Unfortunately, the thermostat didn't work as expected, the room didn't get quite toasty despite being set on the max temperature. Also, even though the soundproofing prevented noise from outside or other rooms, the ventilator in the bathroom was noisy enough that it made falling asleep more difficult. As a suggestion to the hotel, if they installed energy savers and made sure that guests actually paid for the breakfast they were eating, they could perhaps use that money for refurbishing the "popcorn" walls and also ensure heating in the rooms.

The hotel in convenient located in the city, so almost everything is in walking distance. The hotel has next to the entrance a small shop where you can buy drinks and some snacks. Frontdesk staff were friendly and helpful. The room it self had everything you need however some wear and tear were visible (holes in doors due to slamming the door by previous guests). The bed is good, pillow a bit to think for my taste, but i could stack some together. Shower is basic but good. Breakfast buffet is good and plenty full...also here a friendly staff member who helped me when needed.

We really had a great experience staying in Ibis. Staff was polite, helpful. Welcomed us with some dessert and complimentary drinks. Rooms are quite spacious. Everything was perfect.

Good Ibis but not the most central location although it’s on a metro line. Air conditioning worked well for us but we were assigned a room for wheelchair access and the whole bathroom was the shower so the floor was wet after showering and took a long time to dry.

Very good value for the money. Staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The room was good, it had everything we expected from this type of the hotel. Some things were a bit worn out and could be replaced, but everything was working as it should.

I can’t fault the hotel. Stayed there 3 nights and had no issues. Good location(10 minute walk the the square), friendly staff on reception who are happy to help at any hour, and a decent breakfast. If you want a cheap hotel in a good location this is the place to stay.

Nice hotel, very well placed for visiting attractions. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are basic, but we didn't need more. Breakfast is included and has lots to offer, but is a little lacking in the English Breakfast range.

The place was ok. Old. People on the reception were nice, when they were there. They kept running from the outside. The room cards stopped working during the night and no one was on the reception to help us. Someone came eventually and gave us new cards. Breakfast was good, nice variety even for a vegetarian.

Very good location, close to every important spot. The rooms are ugly, the beds and bedding are not comfortable and the breakfast isn't great. For not more than 50€/night would be a good deal, more than that it's a not worth it.

Very good hotel. Great location to go everywhere almost using the tramways (we used a lot tramway 22) in just view minutes. Room service is super good. Breakfast is fantastic. ,(don't miss the breakfast). Thank you for everything

Great little hotel, perfect for what we needed (stayed 3 nights). Yea rooms are basic, but I'm only sleeping in there and using this place as a base to visit Prague. I would have liked a kettle but just popped down to the front desk and had a coffee or cup of tea down there so no problems really, staff are great, so overall very happy with this hotel.

Nice comfortable room with shower. Very clean and tidy. Bed was a bit firm for me though. Breakfast was included. Various dishes, continental and scrambled eggs with meat sausages. Cereals also. Staff service was excellent.

Basic hotel, but generally clean. The receptionist was pleasant at check-in. The room we were initially given on 4th floor had very stained carpet. I spoke to reception, and he was happy to move rooms, and came with me to view a room on 5th floor. This room still has some carpet stains, but not as bad. Otherwise, room was clean. The receptionist was really pleasant throughout, and I think this must be a common complaint. He tells me that the hotel is undergoing renovation but this will take a couple of years. I went back to switch our room keys over and he offered us complimentary breakfast as an apology. This was appreciated, and it was nice to know that our thoughts were valued. It is a 3 star hotel, so not totally far off what we expected. It is good enough for 1-2 night stay.

Average stay, knowledgeable and honest staff follows through on their promises, no room service for food, breakfast options for vegetarians are a bit limited, if you want to be closer to the happening places, find a place to stay near old town square.

The hotel is adequate. Rooms are small and very dated, lacking in amenities such as coffee or a safe, bedside tables are comically small. But this is not surprising for a budget hotel. There were also stains on the walls and carpet, and dirty socks left in the closet. The location is great and staff are friendly. Overall, it’s worth it if you can get a good deal.

The room was basic but good enough and clean. The bed was comfortable. It would have been nice if there had been coffee and tea facilities in the room, but it wasn't a drama that they weren't there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a 20-minute walk away from the old town, but public transport is near too.. A taxi from the old town was around 170 Czeck crown (£6).

Had a lovely stay in this hotel. Reception team were friendly at all times of the day. Rooms are basic, but then again I'm only there to sleep, I spent most of the day our and about in the city centre and streets. Breakfast for me was ok(I have health problems) but there was a wide variety of stuff, like cereal, breads with butter and or cheese. Tea,coffee and juice. And some hot breakfast items like sauages and eggs. Everything is within walking distance, but there is also trams and metro nearby too I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I shall definitely book this hotel in future when I come back.

Good location close to shops, restaurants, national Museum, Wenceslas Square. Friendly staff at Reception. Good value for money, however we found the room very stuffy and windows didn't open. We booked the Accessibility Room which did have a walk in shower and some hand rails. There were some things missing which would make it safer and more user friendly which we have suggested to the hotel.

Me and my wife visited this ibis at November that we were on our eurotrip for a month. The receptionists were sad and impolite with us. The room was super dirty and towels were 1000years old. The shower doesn’t work properly and the bed had blood stamps on it. What can we say about ibis hotel. We though that it was a decent hotel but it was bad

We arrived in the hotel pretty late, after a day trip in Leipzig. Not much food option left, but the Galosh soup in bread is pretty memorable.

I had a family room even though I was by myself. The room was large, clean with a very comfortable bed. Flat screen TV and free WIFI. Safe deposit boxes were available at reception. The bathroom was small and very clean. The breakfast area was huge and the buffet breakfast had a nice varity of foods. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Great budget hotel - rooms are small, cosy and practical. The location is amazing for the price, really central and perfect as a base for exploring Prague. If you're not having the breakfast, make use of the handy little cafe in the reception with cheap coffee and fruit juice. You can get a 10% discount if you book direct on their website and join their loyalty club, which is free.

Exactly what you’d expect from a budget hotel, not sure why it’s not higher rated. The pricing was good, the hotel room was spacious, and the staff were very helpful. They have a storage room for luggage if you need to check out. There’s also a really neat restaurant in the hotel. Location can’t be beat.

Routine ibis hotel, with good location and access to hl.n station. Good number of rooms available. Total value for money.

The Hotel itself is in a very good location with a 10 minute walk to the centre. Upon arriving the receptionist was robotic and came across rude but all the other staff were cheerful. The rooms are very outdated and hostel like. Although they were clean enough which is more important. We needed to use an iron and we were advised to use the ‘ iron room ‘ this room is something out of a horror film and the iron was utterly useless.

The hotel was generally good, but hotter than the sun. The air conditioning was not much use, even on lowest setting so we opted for having the window open on -1°C nights. The bed was fine, not the best, not the worst. Coffee facilities would be welcomed. Breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs lovely. Excellent location!

Decent little hotel, had good public transport links just outside the facility. 45 minute walk (depending on how quick you walk) to get to near the centre. The hotel staff spoke English and had been very clear in what they were saying. With the elevator, you would need to swipe your card to select the floor you need and would work.

Nice budget hotel with rooms a bit dated. Location is not bad with transit nearby. The hotel is a bit old with not many options on TV. It definitely needs to be upgraded and modernized. As with Ibis, there is generally ONLY 1 staff at front desk, particularly in evenings so DON'T expect any kind of servicing or housekeeping assistance in afternoon. The swimming pool as shown on website is NOT actually in this hotel but in next door Novotel. Breakfast was good value for money.

Decent location, common areas are nice, and breakfast was exceptional for 9 Euros. Rooms were clean but are basic and need some investment. There is a parking garage that is hidden on the right side of the hotel. Look for two large doors without much signage. There is a ticket dispenser in between the doors. Parking spaces inside are insufficient for both hotels at this site. I ended up parking on the street outside one night.

The hotel is centrally located and close to all tourist spots. The room was clean but the room size and the bathroom was small (looked more like the small ones that come in cruise ships). Provided the cost for each room I expected to have atleast a water kettle or coffee machine but it didn't have both. The breakfast services was good and had variety.. Recommend this hotel if you dont plan to be inside the hotel and looking for just a clean nice stay.

Went as a stag do. Really nice low/mid range hotel to stay in (don't take low as bad). The hotel rooms were nice bathrooms were also fine (shower was strong as so that's a plus). Decently located from the old town center like 15 mins walk. Breakfast was good both hot and cold - self service. It didn't have a bar but did have a fridge for bits however there is a supermarket right across the road. Downside, air con was pointless and it was really hot at times. For the price it was well worth it.

Hotel is very good, everything very clean and organized. Staff gave us lot of attention, as it was our 1st time in the city. It's pretty near everything you need, including Metro, and in a very quiet street at night.
