Okay hotel. Mediocre experience. You are asked to pay extra for basically everything. The pool is in a separate building so you are walking past a recreational room with a lot of people, in your bathrobe, feels a bit weird. Also have to pay extra for the pool, the sauna, the towels, the extra minutes. When you are asking for ‘our of the normal’ request you are looked at funny. Like can I taste the wine first. Customer service could definitely be better. Smiling and agreeing should be easy right? Also only staff at the reception seem to know the basic English language. Food in the restaurant is decent! Didn’t have breakfast. You can hear people walking and talking clearly in the hallway. Also the desk in the room is so low you cannot work at it comfortable. I simply expected a little bit more for a wellness hotel. This place is not as advertised.

We stayed there for my birthday! The hotel is well located, newly constructed and with a beautiful reception! There’s a piano player and it was lovely to hear her play! The staff were friendly and prompt to help. The breakfast was good with lots of options! The wellness are was great and the kids really enjoyed! We recommend and would love to come back when we’re in Prague again. 🥰

I go to the pool often with my son. Great one. Good pool small sauna, baby pool and jacuzzi all included. Multi sport works there as well. The hotel restaurant is nice too.

We spent here two nights and it was okay! Great, even! However, when we arrived we had to pay additionally for a parking spot which wasn't my best investment. In general the hotel seemed very "money limited" and by that I mean - you needed to pay basically for everything which, to me, was very surprising compering to other hotels I have stayed in. Even borrowing a pool towel cost 20 kč, when in different places, it was totally free. Staying more than 60 minutes in a pool also required paying money. But aside from that, the rooms were clean, the food was very tasty and I enjoyed our stay. It wasn't too far from the centre either!

Terrible staff at hotel step Wellness. Arrogant, rude. When confronted management, same situation there. I was visiting that wellness for 4 years and left lots of money there, but even then they do give a sh1t about your experience and what happened to me. Not recommended unless you want to meet the most rude service in Prague.

Bad Service at the wellness reception. At arrival there were three receptionists behind the desk, however, no-one realised there have been clients queuing, they were playing with their mobiles instead. At the check out I was charged for extra minutes spent on top of 60 minutes. I was wondering what was the price per extra minute and receptionist answered arrogantly that i should have done maths by myself. This approach has nothing to do with customer friendly environment. These kind of staff do not belong to contact with a client.

Reasonable priced, very clean and well maintained. Connects to a huge tennis and sports complex with swimming pool and jacuzzi. Very good restaurant. Breakfast has a big variety. Will definitely stay there again.

I stayed here with my wife and son. We were given a room on the first floor - 102, right under the little green area right next to the lobby. The sounds of flowing water were good for the little one to fall asleep, nevertheless, there were people smoking in this area, which is pretty much its purpose too - there are ashtrays there. So if you don't want to get cigarette smoke in your room, keep the windows closed in the mornings especially. Also, the location by the railway was not disturbing, at least for us - yes, you hear the train passing, but our room had windows to the other side so not bad at all. Otherwise the hotel is really nice, great breakfast with many options, delicious, and fresh, totally enjoyable. The wellness and sports facilities are great as well. Room was nice and tidy, nothing particular to highlight or criticise. There is a traditional food Czech restaurant directly in the hotel, only had a snack there but it sure was delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful, thank you very much :) The 10EUR or so for indoor parking per day is not too nice I have to admit, but excuse me if that is the standard in Prague, I don't know since it was a first time I stayed in a hotel here.. Overall I would come to this hotel again, the experience is very positive and would recommend it to my friends too.

Its at max a 3 star hotel with pool. Reception staffs are cold, unwelcoming... Basically just getting the job done. On the other hand cleaning staffs are very friendly and happy. Water world and sauna are really good. Food is ok. Restaurant is good. Location is not ideal. It will take around 40 mins to reach old town by public transport.

I enjoyed my stay here, we were in an economy room with two single beds, the room was extremely small so keep that in mind if you plan on spending time in your room. And wouldn’t recommend for kids. Bathroom also small but clean, however the shower door and part that holds the shower head was both broken making it hard to use, even handheld was difficult as the door was broken. No tv in our room but complimentary wine and drinks was provided. The trains do come past regularly but windows are thick and the noise didn't disturb us. Food and restaurant was excellent! Service just above and beyond, you’re never waiting for anything. Staff top tier and all know a good amount of english or fluent. Food all super delicious, highly recommend the beef tartare, and though you do need to pay separately (!!) for breakfast there is a massive range and all super fresh, including pastry’s and fruits. We did not use the wellness centre or pool so keep in mind this review is just for everything else. This hotel is about half hour from the airport but isn’t in the main area so there’s nothing much to do unless you catch a taxi or bus to the city centre which isn’t difficult. Overall enjoyed my stay here but wouldn’t stay more then a few nights, great place if staying after a long flight or a night in between hotel changes. Only thing was the broken shower, quite severe and should have been fixed before our arrival but we didn’t change rooms due to only staying a night.

Absolute Diamond in the Ruff! THIS IS A 4.5/5 STAR PLACE!!! We are local Prague residents who had heard great things about this place and it's many activities and access to wellness facilities. We decided to stay at the hotel and enjoy a "staycation" this last weekend. We were absolutely blown away by the hotel and the comfort we had staying here. When arriving, you are welcomed by the smell of lavendar at the hotel entrance. They offer both covered and uncovered parking for a fair price of 12 Euros per day, the parking is very close to the lobby so unloading your car is very easy and simple. Staying in other hotels, espcially in the city center this is a bit of pain and when they do have parking the prices are easily double or triple this amount. If you are not driving to the hotel, there is good access to the city by bus, two stops to the Vysocanska Metro station, I had read a review which referenced Palmovka but that is further away. The area is not pretty (due to the metro lines) but the hotel area and wellness center are hidden away in their own little area which is very safe and well kept. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and were there to meet our every need. We especially want to recognize VALENTINA (very nice woman who checked us in), MARTINA and ANNA who were very helpful upon check out. The wellness and sports facility is connected via indoor walkway. They have two bowling lanes, tennis, squash, sauna, massage services, and a huge swimming pool. Everything is like new and very clean, we were blown away by the quality and cleanliness of the facilities, this was top-notch! If you book directly with the hotel you receive more swim time and sauna time, but we went through Expedia and still received adequate time. We decided to buy some swim time before check out on our last day, it was only (billed at $0.18/min if you go over your purchased time) or ~$11/hr/per person. I've read some reviews about train noise, these people are just too sensitive for city travel, but honestly we had our window open the whole night, the trains did come and we did hear them but it is not some super busy Metro like London or Paris....anyone complaining about trains should not be visiting a city and should select a place further away in the countryside. It's not that bad, we slept really well with our window open. We were with our young child so traveling to a restaurant to eat was not a very good option and I was not sure about Bohemia Restaurant which is in the Hotel. Again, we were very impressed with the quality of Czech food, beers and overall service. The prices were very fair slighly more than our local Czech restaurants in our area but not as expensive as the Hotels in the city center which are charging 120 CZK ($6 USD) for beer and 450 CZK ($22.50) for burgers. We realized when were leaving that we did not have stress about anything staying at this place. I was bit hesitant leaving this great review because I want to be able to book this place again but enough reviews like this one and I am afraid I will have a more difficult time making a reservation, but this place and staff deserves this type praise.
