Fantastic property in the centre of Prague. Very close to main city centre attractions such as Old Town Square. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Fantastic view on Prague Castle from roof bar and very tasty breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great family room, my kids loved it there. Thank you RD Blu team.

5 star hotel but ask for a large beer or a normal beer 500ml in any other country you get meet with a FIRM NO come on guys be proud of your beer

We had a brilliant experience during our stay at the hotel for couple of nights. The staff are well trained and courteous. We were welcomed properly and shown to our room without much delay. The construction of the rooms are slightly old fashioned especially the toilet setting but that din’t put us off. The junior suite that we stayed was well equipped, bright and spacious. The views weren’t that much of a deal since it was overlooking the road and other hotels, but the blind-out curtains did heir job. It’s a eco friendly service that they got wooden key cards but the toiletries in the bathroom were of single servings. The entire group could switch towards refillable toiletries to save plastic bottles. I would like to offer special mentions to Jana and Leroy who took good care of us. Thanks and we can’t wait to be back already!

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the main train station in Prague. Our room was very clean when we arrived. Nice size, bottled water, fresh apples, and nuts were complimentary too. The restaurant breakfast was buffet style with many options and was fresh. Overall a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in your hotel! We would like to thank your super-helpful staff, especially Jana who took care of us during our stay. She even wrote us a list of beautiful hidden places, not that touristic, that we appreciated the most! Also, my husband had similar experience with Benny from the bar. He was very professional, nice and friendly. The breakfast in hotel was amazing and location is exceptional. Walking distance to most everything we wanted to see. We will definitely come back.

Was disappointed by their online booking system and poor telephone and email manner with some of their staff. However Jan their GM took our issue seriously and addressed our concern. Great recovery! Even showed flexibility as our flight is delayed and made some appropriate adjustment. Although we didnt get an upgrade for being their Premium member but all and all the room is good sized, breakfast is ok and has spent the time staying with the hotel great

Who decided doors between rooms is a good idea? I can hear everything from the neighbors... Other than that, the location is pretty central. You won't be far from the important landmarks. My room came with a bath and it's great after visiting around Prague to relax. Their provided soap, body cream and shampoo smell really nice.

The very nice staff upgrade my room to a Junior Suite. It was the best way to start my vacations in Prague. The bed was so incredibly comfy, the room has a relaxing vibe and a very big bathroom. The breakfast offers a good choice of delicious food. I strongly recommend this hotel !

Perfect location, very central. 15-20 min walk to old town it’s not in the middle of the madness. Service is excellent! Breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic everything from eggs, meat, bread, pastries, cheeses, cappuccinos. And a shout out to Mr. Marien he’s the gentleman at the front desk/Manager. So polite and accommodating. Truly deserves a 5 star. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this spot.

This hotel was well located, and the staff really couldn’t have done enough for me. I had an early flight, and the hotel staff at reception arranged a taxi for me to the airport, they arranged a wake up call, and even arranged a breakfast box for me to take which was more than generous in quantity! Due to the wonderful service by this hotel, I would not hesitate to recommend this and will definitely stay here again when visiting Prague.

Amazing service! It was a perfect stay! The rooms are clean, spacious with sufficient air. The walls can pass through some noise but in acceptable levels. Breakfast was pretty good. Gluten free bread is provided.

We stayed here for 3 nights , the staff were really great and helpful , but unfortunately the room ac wasn’t working properly. We called the receptionist but she told us all the hotels rooms are the same because of the season, I’m not sure why I didn’t get the point. And also we tried the breakfast buffet one time we weren’t very satisfied there wasn’t much variety and almost everything was finished even though it was about 9:30 or so. Overall we loved our stay here the room was really nice and well prepared. Special thanks to Mr.Ghalib🙏🏼

The staff service was excellent. Even though we made the mistake of booking different dates, the staff, especially Jana, helped us and adjusted the dates without additional charges. The room was spacious and very clean, making us have a comfortable stay. The quality of the food, especially the breakfast, exceeded our expectations compared to what is typically offered in Prague. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 15-20 minute walk from the Old Town. In summary, our experience at the hotel was outstanding, and we especially appreciate Jana for her exceptional customer service.

Dear all, This weekend my family and I visited Prague for Christmas. We decided to stay at Rassidon Blue Hotel. Our experience was not good at all. A very expensive hotel but in terms of quality and services it lags far behind the competition. We had booked a restaurant in the centre of the city and wanted to check in, change our clothes and get a little rest… So no special requirements…To our surprise, nothing of this was possible. The staff told us at 1 pm that we could check in two hours. Zero willingness to push anyone to get our rooms a little bit earlier, actually not saying anything…just we can not acommodate you. You can imagine that it was really inconvenient for us, as well for our three children. I personally travel a lot but I haven't encountered such a behaviour for a long time... in the hotel and in the restaurant you can get a bottle of chlorinated water for CZK 100.. breakfast one big chaos.. no place to sit…OK, we can wait of course a while but lack of interest from the staff was not understandable. Only said: we have no place right now…. And let us stand there without any interest…At the end our family had to sit devided by dirty and unlaid tables. Yes, the hotel was fully occupied and I can imagine that something can go wrong but this time it was from the beginning until the end. In my opinion the hotel has no management and if so, very bad.

My go-to hotel in Prague. Great rooms and excellent service from friendly and very helpful staff. I also love the location, which is close to everything & with great transportation options, but away from hoards of tourists. It's always a pleasure to come back and I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

Premium hotel just outside the Prague tourist traps. Great breakfast, room very nice. The only downside being they don't have any car parking, but there is a public car park 2 blocks away. Just do some research before you travel.

The location is amazing! It is 5-10 minutes from the main street. On the other hand, the staff of the hotel weren’t so nice to say the least. In addition , we stayed there for 4 nights and they didn’t clean our room not once. I expected more than that from a 5 stars hotel.

The hotel was great. We had a trip with friends and the whole stay was simply great. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms spacious and quiet, the facilities were nice and the staff always helpful. Special thanks to the hotel for preparing a happy birthday note in the room of one of us. I have no complaints about the hotel. Probably the "only" downside was the location. The hotel was not so close from the center and there was not much to do/see around, but it was still in normal walking distance from major points of interest.

If you are looking for comfortable stay you should choose radisson blue hotel. The location is in the middle between old and new town. Great professional staff, welcoming chocolate and fruit in the room, good Ac and wifi connection.

Disappointing stay at a Radisson Blu Property. At a 5 star hotel, they only give you water on the first day of your stay. Rest you have to buy. Moreover, there is no dedicated bell boy to assist with luggage. The breakfast is just to little for a 5* property. Nothing for vegetarians, only bread and vegetables. No Dosa, Paratha, Idli and other international options that are found at Radisson Blu properties globally. The room layout was just bad. At a premium room they don't have any view (only an inner courtyard) and it feels claustrophobic. If I pay for a premium room, I expect a view!!

Very nice hotel with friendly service. The location is quiet, but very close to the city centre. Cons: Very low water pressure in the shower (in the sixth floor).

Situated in a great place, near everything you'd like to see. Reception was amazing and the breakfast and staff were great. But, doesn't live up to a 5 star standard.

This isn’t a five star hotel. The rooms are small, the bed is uncomfortable, it was dark, the carpet was stained and the staff were rude and unaccommodating. I stayed here for 15 days and I expected a five star hotel. This is a 3 star hotel at best. The food offerings are limited and the laundry prices are astronomical!! I would recommend looking to stay somewhere else for this prices.

I could not believe the value of this place. Maybe it's Prague in general, but I would absolutely stay here again. My room was incredible, and they had literally every room amenity you could think of, all the way to scented pillow mist. And perfectly located to walk around town. I felt like it was a $500 a night room; it was like $150. I paid as much for basically a hostel type room in Geneva. Highly recommend.

Stayed here as part of friends stag do! It is a nice hotel. It is a nice part of town.Very clean and team is friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Did not have breakfast as plenty of places around. The little extra mile is missing for me to mark it as 5 stars.

The best place to go in Prague! We have stayed as a group and the organization of the rooms were amazing, swift and efficient check-in procedures while effectively collecting all necessary data. Special Thanks to Anthony, great Host with an eye for detail and great proficiency in German. The rooms were comfortable and beautiful in design! Breakfast buffet was excellent as well, huge variety of items to choose from, tasty meat options and attentive staff.

The best hotel out of the 3 hotels we stayed in Budapest - Vienna - Prague. Clean room, big room, near to everything. It was a nice touch to a nice city. We just have one problem during our stay which was the cleaning came only at 4pm when we decided to rest before going for dinner. Overall really nice hotel
